Fa\u015fist devletler bu konuda farkl\u0131 konuma<br \/>\nsahiptirler. TC soyk\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 rejimi de insan\u0131 insan yapan toplumsal de\u011ferleri<br \/>\na\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131p ortaya ucube ki\u015filikler \u00e7\u0131karma ve bu ucube ki\u015filikleri topluma<br \/>\nsunmada ger\u00e7ekten mahir bir sistemdir. TC\u2019nin 96 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi bu a\u00e7\u0131dan ele<br \/>\nal\u0131nabilecek say\u0131s\u0131z \u00f6rneklerle doludur. Hatta daha \u00f6tesi bu tarih devletin<br \/>\ntopluma hangi perspektifle sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu ucube ki\u015filiklerin<br \/>\n\u015fahs\u0131nda ele al\u0131nabilir. Bas\u0131ndan akademiye, spordan sanata ama \u00f6zellikle<br \/>\nsiyasette olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok alanda devlet akl\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan bu<br \/>\n\u015fahsiyetler toplumu y\u00f6nlendirebilmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p> Bu, zihin d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in<br \/>\npsikoloji ve sosyoloji bilimlerinin yetmedi\u011fi \u015fah\u0131slara son \u00f6rnek AKP-MHP<br \/>\nfa\u015fizminin borazan\u0131 olma d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda vasf\u0131 olmayan S\u00fcleyman Soylu denilen zatt\u0131r.<br \/>\nAsl\u0131nda bu ki\u015fiye dair d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ifade edebilmek olduk\u00e7a g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ortada iyi<br \/>\nk\u00f6t\u00fc olu\u015fmu\u015f bir ki\u015filik, en az\u0131ndan iki g\u00fcn art arda tutarl\u0131 c\u00fcmleler ifade<br \/>\nedebilen biri yoktur. Tek tutarl\u0131 oldu\u011fu konu olan fa\u015fist, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 T\u00fcrk<br \/>\nmilliyet\u00e7ili\u011fine ili\u015fkin bile herhangi bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ifade etmekten aciz birini<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirmek ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir zorluktur. Bu zorlu\u011fu ancak \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin<br \/>\nbilimsel y\u00f6ntemi ile a\u015fabiliriz. Bu ki\u015fili\u011fin hangi sosyolojik \u00e7er\u00e7evede olu\u015ftu\u011funu<br \/>\ndaha do\u011frusu olu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 incelemek pratiklerini anlamada bize fikir<br \/>\nsunabilecektir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin yo\u011fun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerle tarif etti\u011fi<br \/>\nTC\u2019nin siyaset\u00e7i gelene\u011fini ve 12 Eyl\u00fcl ki\u015fili\u011fini ele almam\u0131z bize bu zata<br \/>\ndair bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve kazand\u0131racakt\u0131r. Keza S\u00fcleyman Soylu 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizmin<br \/>\nyaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 c\u00fcce ki\u015fili\u011fin hasbel kader \u0130\u00e7 \u0130\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 olmu\u015f halinden ba\u015fka bir<br \/>\n\u015fey de\u011fildir. <span>\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p> TC\u2019nin tarihi boyunca siyasi<br \/>\nroller \u00fcstlenmi\u015f insanlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek \u00f6ncellikle devlet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 anlamakla<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur. Kapitalist modernitenin Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki temel temsilcisi olarak<br \/>\nkurgulanan TC\u2019yi, herhangi bir ulus devlet gibi analiz etmek yeterli sonu\u00e7lar<br \/>\nvermez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her ulus devlet, uluslararas\u0131 sistemden yo\u011funca etkilenmekle<br \/>\nbirlikte devlet mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki olgu olarak toplum ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131<br \/>\nolarak \u015fekillenir. Egemenlerin tekelci rekabeti ya da alt s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi,<br \/>\nahlaki ve politik toplum g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin direni\u015fi devletin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr \u015feklini<br \/>\nbi\u00e7imlendirir. TC\u2019de ise sadece iktidar olmaya odaklanan ve g\u00fcc\u00fcn tek ge\u00e7er<br \/>\nak\u00e7e oldu\u011fu devlet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kendi d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki herhangi bir oda\u011f\u0131 kabul etmedi\u011fi<br \/>\niktidar gelene\u011fin modernite makyaj\u0131 ile cilalanmas\u0131 demektir. <\/p>\n<p> Bu iktidar gelene\u011finde devletin<br \/>\nbekas\u0131 (bu beka K\u00fcrt soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve devletin topluma h\u00fckmetme sisteminin T\u00fcrk<br \/>\nmilliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi ile sunulmas\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.) d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir etken<br \/>\nkabul edilmez. Bu devlette siyaset\u00e7i olmak demek devlet \u00e7ekirde\u011finin bir<br \/>\nkuklas\u0131 olmay\u0131 istemek demektir. Siyaset\u00e7ilerin tek motivasyonu devletin<br \/>\nolanaklar\u0131na sahip olmakt\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan TC\u2019de siyaset\u00e7i c\u00fclus bekleyen kap\u0131kuludur.<br \/>\nDevlete egemen olan \u00e7ekirdek ister asker sivil b\u00fcrokrasi olsun ister bug\u00fcnk\u00fc<br \/>\ngibi bu b\u00fcrokrasinin Erdo\u011fan-Bah\u00e7eli fa\u015fist kli\u011fi ile olan ittifak\u0131 olsun,<br \/>\nsiyaset\u00e7inin g\u00f6revi onlara kul olmakt\u0131r. Bu kul olman\u0131n tek getirisi ve bu<br \/>\ns\u00fcre\u00e7te arzulanan yeg\u00e2ne \u015fey bireysel menfaattir. Topluma hizmet etmeyi<br \/>\nb\u0131rakal\u0131m toplumsal herhangi bir g\u00fcce, \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131flara dayanarak siyaset yapmak<br \/>\nbile bu gelene\u011fe \u00e7ok uzakt\u0131r. Esas ama\u00e7 devlete yamanmak ve bu \u015fekilde zenginle\u015fmektir.<br \/>\n\u0130deoloji, s\u00f6ylem, parti bireysel \u00e7\u0131kar i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lan yolda sadece aksesuard\u0131r.<br \/>\nTC\u2019nin siyaset\u00e7i gelene\u011finin genel tablosunun edebi mizahi bir \u00f6zetinin<br \/>\nyap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Aziz Nesin\u2019in \u201cZ\u00fcb\u00fck  roman\u0131 asl\u0131nda bire bir bir\u00e7ok siyaset\u00e7inin<br \/>\noldu\u011fu gibi S\u00fcleyman Soylu\u2019nun da hik\u00e2yesini anlat\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> Bu zat\u0131n olu\u015fumunda bir di\u011fer<br \/>\netken 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizminin toplumu bi\u00e7imlendirme projesinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015filik<br \/>\nkal\u0131plar\u0131d\u0131r. Yani S\u00fcleyman Soylu Z\u00fcb\u00fck\u2019\u00fcn 12 Eyl\u00fcl tedrisat\u0131ndan ge\u00e7mi\u015f<br \/>\nversiyonudur. Bu nedenle bu ki\u015fiyi bir yerlere oturtabilmek i\u00e7in 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizminin<br \/>\nyaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015fili\u011fin temel \u00f6zelliklerine bakmal\u0131y\u0131z.<span> Fa\u015fizmin toplumu da\u011f\u0131tma amac\u0131yla<br \/>\nyaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ki\u015filik her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bireycidir. Evrenin merkezine<br \/>\nbombo\u015f olan ki\u015fili\u011fini koyar ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 buna g\u00f6re anlamland\u0131r\u0131r. Bu ki\u015filik hi\u00e7li\u011fini<br \/>\ng\u00fcce olan tap\u0131nmayla \u00f6rtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bu tipe g\u00f6re zihinsel faaliyet gereksiz<br \/>\nbir u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131r. Her \u015feyin maddile\u015fti\u011fi neoliberal d\u00fcnyada insanl\u0131k, fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k,<br \/>\ndayan\u0131\u015fma gibi ahlaki de\u011ferler \u201cpara etmez.  Bu ki\u015filikte faydac\u0131l\u0131k en temel<br \/>\nilke olmaktad\u0131r. Ki\u015fi ne yapmas\u0131 gerekiyorsa yapmal\u0131 ve biran \u00f6nce \u201ck\u00f6\u015feyi<br \/>\nd\u00f6nmelidir . Fa\u015fizmin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015filik, t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131 kapsar bir \u015fekilde ayn\u0131<br \/>\nzamanda sindirilmi\u015f, silikle\u015ftirilmi\u015f s\u00fcrekli d\u0131\u015fsal bir g\u00fcce dayanmas\u0131 gereken<br \/>\nve g\u00fcn\u00fcbirlik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp ya\u015fayan bir \u015fahsiyettir.<\/span><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt line-height: 107%\"> <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p> <span>T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi, o zamana kadar<br \/>\nyan\u0131lsamaya dayal\u0131 bir d\u00fcnya yaratm\u0131\u015f olsa bile 12 Eyl\u00fcl ile beraber, nevrotik<br \/>\nmegalomanyan\u0131n zemini haline getiriliyordu. Ne de olsa \u201cTarihte T\u00fcrk\u2019ten ba\u015fka<br \/>\nne vard\u0131 . Milliyet\u00e7ilik histerisine tutulmu\u015f her ki\u015fi kendini bu tarihi yazan<br \/>\n\u00f6zne san\u0131yordu. Bu bir \u015fey olabilme hali de ancak devletle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015filirse anlam<br \/>\nkazan\u0131yordu. T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin \u00f6z\u00fc asl\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca hakikat \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131larak<br \/>\nin\u015fa edilen T\u00fcrk milleti de\u011fil, devletle\u015fen milletti. Yani T\u00fcrk demek Devlet<br \/>\ndemek, Devlet demek T\u00fcrk demekti. Devlet \u00e7o\u011fu zaman ordu ile ya da d\u00f6neme g\u00f6re<br \/>\nderin \u00e7etelerle \u00f6zde\u015f olabiliyordu. Esas mesele devletin \u00e7ekirde\u011finin sahibinin<br \/>\no d\u00f6nem kim oldu\u011fuydu. Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u00f6neldi\u011fi \u00f6zne yaln\u0131z ve yaln\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7 ve<br \/>\niktidar odaklar\u0131yd\u0131. PKK\u2019nin m\u00fccadelesi b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeniden<br \/>\nyarat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan \u201cT\u00fcrkl\u00fck \u00fcn temel mayas\u0131nda olan d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k olgusunun ana<br \/>\nbile\u015feni haline getirildi. Art\u0131k t\u00fcm d\u00fc\u015fmanlardan \u00f6nce T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7isi K\u00fcrde<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015fmand\u0131. <span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> AKP-MHP Fa\u015fist ittifak\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7<br \/>\ni\u015fleri \u015fefi S\u00fcleyman Soylu bu karakteristi\u011fe tam olarak uymaktad\u0131r. Vasat bir<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00fczeyi olan, zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7i bo\u015f kabaday\u0131 edebiyat\u0131 ile<br \/>\nsaklamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, kendi yarat\u0131\u011f\u0131 yalan d\u00fcnyas\u0131na inanmaya ba\u015flayan bu ki\u015finin<br \/>\n12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn atmosferinde \u015fekillendi\u011fi \u00e7ok bellidir. <span>Nitekim 1969\u2019da \u0130stanbul\u2019da do\u011fan<br \/>\nS\u00fcleyman Soylu 80\u2019lerde yeti\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ailesi Trabzon\u2019dan yeni g\u00f6\u00e7m\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc ve<br \/>\nKaradeniz b\u00f6lgesine TC rejiminin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 politikalar\u0131n etkisindeydi. 12<br \/>\nEyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizmi ile daha da katmerle\u015fen \u00f6zel politikalarla TC, daha kurulu\u015fundan<br \/>\nitibaren b\u00f6lgenin \u00e7o\u011fulcu etnik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 eritmenin yan\u0131nda Karadeniz toplumunun<br \/>\ngeleneksel ba\u015fkald\u0131ran ve devlete uzak olan yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tmay\u0131 hedefliyordu.<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkle\u015ftirme, bu b\u00f6lgede do\u011fal etnik \u00e7e\u015fitliklerin ink\u00e2r\u0131 ve bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden yapay, \u015fi\u015firilmi\u015f bir kimlik \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Soylu\u2019nun<br \/>\nailesinin esas etnik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011fundan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak bu \u015fekilde<br \/>\n\u201cT\u00fcrkle\u015fmi\u015fti . B\u00f6lgenin genelinde oldu\u011fu gibi birka\u00e7 ku\u015fak geriye gidip bu<br \/>\nailenin etnik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da belirlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Zaten mesele bu ki\u015finin<br \/>\n\u015fekillendi\u011fi ailenin bu sahte yarg\u0131larla T\u00fcrkle\u015fmi\u015f bir duruma gelmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r<br \/>\nyoksa \u201csoyu nun ne oldu\u011fu de\u011fil. <\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span>Demokrat ve Adalet Partisi\u2019nde aktif<br \/>\npolitika yapan orta s\u0131n\u0131f bir ailede yeti\u015fen bu ki\u015finin erken gen\u00e7li\u011finde<br \/>\nk\u00f6\u015feyi d\u00f6nmeyi temel motivasyon olarak belirlemi\u015f olmas\u0131 d\u00f6neminin ruhuna da<br \/>\nuygundur. 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn bilimin k\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bile b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 90\u2019\u0131n hemen<br \/>\nba\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcniversitede \u201c\u0130\u015fletme  b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc okumu\u015f ve ard\u0131ndan bir \u00f6zel \u015firket de<br \/>\nkurmu\u015ftur. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Hayat\u0131n herhangi bir alan\u0131nda<br \/>\nbir g\u00fcce dayanmadan ba\u015far\u0131 elde edebilecek potansiyeli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in o<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemlerde iktidar partisi olan DYP\u2019nin Gaziosmanpa\u015fa il\u00e7e ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile<br \/>\nsiyasi alana ad\u0131m atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da say\u0131s\u0131z katliama imza atan<br \/>\nkirli \u00c7iller-G\u00fcre\u015f-A\u011far \u00e7etesinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olma \u015ferefine de nail olmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\nFa\u015fist \u00c7iller\u2019in kurmay ekibine gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta d\u00e2hil olmas\u0131, tek derdi ki\u015fisel<br \/>\nh\u0131rslar\u0131 olan bu ki\u015fi i\u00e7in muhtemelen b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fans olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Fakat<br \/>\ntarih onun tahmin etti\u011fi \u015fekilde ilerlemiyordu. DYP 2002 se\u00e7imleri ile h\u0131zla<br \/>\ntuzla buz olup tarihin \u00e7\u00f6p sepetine gitmesi ile umutlar\u0131 s\u00f6nen bu ki\u015fi 2007\u2019ye<br \/>\nkadarki zaman\u0131 arka planda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z ticari giri\u015fimlerde bulunarak, \u015fans beklemekle<br \/>\nge\u00e7irecekti.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \u015eefi olan Mehmet A\u011far\u2019\u0131n se\u00e7im<br \/>\nba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ard\u0131ndan istifa etmesi \u00fczerine 2007\u2019de art\u0131k DP ad\u0131n\u0131 alan<br \/>\npartinin genel ba\u015fkan\u0131 olan bu \u015fah\u0131s olduk\u00e7a h\u0131rslanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bekledi\u011fi \u015fans\u0131n<br \/>\ndo\u011fdu\u011funu san\u0131yor bu nedenle \u015fefine ihanet etmekte bir beis g\u00f6rm\u00fcyordu. AKP ile<br \/>\naskeri-sivil b\u00fcrokrasinin iktidar sava\u015f\u0131 alevlenmi\u015fti. Bu m\u00fccadeleden kendisine<br \/>\nbir rant alan\u0131n\u0131n do\u011faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 umuyordu. Bu nedenle her f\u0131rsatta AKP\u2019ye ve Tayyip<br \/>\nErdo\u011fan\u2019a hakaret ediyordu. Ekranlarda yo\u011funca g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131 bu<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemdedir. Erdo\u011fan\u2019a s\u00f6vmek ona ilgi do\u011furuyor, o da bunun fark etti\u011fi i\u00e7in<br \/>\ndaha fazla, daha seviyesiz bi\u00e7imde k\u00fcfrediyordu. Fakat yine talih ona g\u00fclm\u00fcyor,<br \/>\nbir t\u00fcrl\u00fc k\u00f6\u015feyi d\u00f6nmesini sa\u011flayacak koltu\u011fa sahip olam\u0131yordu. 2009 yerel<br \/>\nse\u00e7imleri bu \u015fahs\u0131n hayallerinin bir kez daha y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na neden oldu. Se\u00e7im<br \/>\n\u00f6ncesi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k halinde istifa s\u00f6z\u00fc veren bu ki\u015fi, s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc birka\u00e7 kez<br \/>\n\u00e7i\u011fnemesine kar\u015f\u0131n DP ile istediklerine kavu\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlay\u0131nca bu partinin<br \/>\ny\u00f6netiminden ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Fethullah\u00e7\u0131 tarikat ile yo\u011fun ili\u015fkiye ge\u00e7ti\u011fi d\u00f6nem bu<br \/>\ntarihler olmaktad\u0131r. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan referandumunu o zaman kadar ald\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\npozisyona ters bir \u015fekilde iktidardaki AKP-Fethullah\u00e7\u0131 ittifak\u0131na yak\u0131nla\u015fma<br \/>\nf\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak g\u00f6ren bu \u015fah\u0131s \u201cDemokrasi Bulu\u015fmalar\u0131  ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u201cEvet<br \/>\nkampanyas\u0131na d\u00e2hil oldu.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Herhangi bir<br \/>\nideolojik ilkesi olmayan biri i\u00e7in o zamana kadar etti\u011fi t\u00fcm s\u00f6zlere kar\u015f\u0131n, devlet<br \/>\ni\u00e7inde yo\u011fun bir g\u00fcce kavu\u015fan yap\u0131ya yak\u0131nla\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak normaldir. Fakat bu<br \/>\nilkesizlik sa\u011fc\u0131 parti DP\u2019ye bile fazla gelince bu partiden ihra\u00e7 edildi.<br \/>\n2010\u2019dan 2012\u2019ye kadar Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019a yana\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in araya Fethullah\u00e7\u0131<br \/>\nyap\u0131y\u0131 koyma d\u00e2hil bin bir takla atan bu \u015fah\u0131s Fa\u015fist Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n kendine hi\u00e7bir<br \/>\nalternatif b\u0131rakmama politika do\u011frultusunda AKP\u2019ye al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu ki\u015finin AKP\u2019ye kat\u0131lmas\u0131<br \/>\nsadece onun de\u011fil, Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131nda ne denli omurgas\u0131z oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyordu. <\/p>\n<p> Hemen parti y\u00f6netimine al\u0131nan bu<br \/>\nki\u015fi 2015 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcren diyalog s\u00fcrecine kar\u015f\u0131n ara ara yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarla g\u00fcndeme geldi. Fakat fa\u015fist darbenin ard\u0131ndan art\u0131k<br \/>\nkendisinin g\u00fcn\u00fcn geldi\u011fi kanaat\u0131na varan Soylu, K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinden pay<br \/>\nkapma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girdi. Nitekim 1 Kas\u0131m darbesinin ard\u0131ndan \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal<br \/>\nG\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na getirilmesi bu rol\u00fcyle yeni fa\u015fist \u015fefinin g\u00f6z\u00fcne<br \/>\ngirdi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyordu. Ne \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma  hayat\u0131yla ne de \u201cSosyal G\u00fcvenlik  ile bir<br \/>\nalakas\u0131 olmayan ve bakanl\u0131k s\u00fcresi en fazla i\u015f\u00e7i \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem<br \/>\nolarak tarihe ge\u00e7en bu ki\u015finin, bu mevkiye getirilmesinde K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct yoktur. AKP\u2019nin \u201c\u00c7\u00f6kt\u00fcrme Plan\u0131  \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc katliamlar d\u00f6neminde Bakan olan bu ki\u015fi, bu s\u00fcrecin<br \/>\npropagandas\u0131n\u0131 yapma ad\u0131na s\u00fcrekli karaktersizli\u011fini d\u0131\u015fa vuran a\u00e7\u0131klamalar<br \/>\nyapt\u0131. 15 Temmuz\u2019un ard\u0131ndan AKP-MHP fa\u015fist ittifak\u0131n\u0131n OHAL darbesiyle beraber<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt halk\u0131na y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fka bir a\u015famaya ge\u00e7irmek isteyen fa\u015fist<br \/>\nErdo\u011fan, kirli katliamlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmek i\u00e7in ara\u00e7 olarak S\u00fcleyman Soylu\u2019yu se\u00e7ti.<br \/>\nA\u011fustos 2016\u2019da \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revine getirildi. Art\u0131k K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131da herhangi ahlaki bir normu umursamayacak bir ki\u015fi TC\u2019nin g\u00fcvenlik<br \/>\npolitikalar\u0131na y\u00f6n verecek ve pratikle\u015ftirecek konumdayd\u0131. Ve t\u00fcm kamuoyu bu<br \/>\nki\u015fili\u011fi yapt\u0131klar\u0131yla daha da \u00f6tesi s\u00f6yledikleriyle her a\u00e7\u0131dan yak\u0131ndan<br \/>\ntan\u0131yabilecekti.<\/p>\n<p> 2016 A\u011fustos\u2019undan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar<br \/>\nbu ki\u015finin sorumlulu\u011funda yap\u0131lan K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na sald\u0131r\u0131lar insanl\u0131\u011fa ne denli<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015fman biri oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. Binlerce insan\u0131n i\u015fkenceden ge\u00e7irilip,<br \/>\ntutuklanmas\u0131, halk\u0131n iradesine y\u00f6nelik kayyum sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131, k\u00f6ylerde ve<br \/>\nil\u00e7elerde aylar s\u00fcren soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasaklar\u0131, milletvekili ve se\u00e7ilmi\u015flerin<br \/>\nzindana yollanmas\u0131, temel insan haklar\u0131n\u0131n ask\u0131ya al\u0131nmas\u0131 bu fa\u015fist d\u00f6nemin<br \/>\ntemel sacayaklar\u0131ndan sadece baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. Ku\u015fkusuz bu d\u00f6nem sadece bu fig\u00fcranla<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131klanamaz ama fa\u015fizmin beli ba\u015fl\u0131 simalar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011fu da unutulmaz. K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nhalk\u0131na y\u00f6nelik soyk\u0131r\u0131m sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 her yerde y\u00fcr\u00fcten bu \u015fahs\u0131n K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nhalk\u0131n\u0131n intikam belle\u011finde s\u00fcrekli kalaca\u011f\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcme<br \/>\ns\u00fcr\u00fckleyip kendisi s\u00fcrekli zenginle\u015fen bu ki\u015fi asl\u0131nda sadece K\u00fcrt ya da T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nde\u011fil insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131d\u0131r. Kene gibi kan emen bu tiplerin tarihte nas\u0131l<br \/>\nan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bellidir.<\/p>\n<p> S\u00fcleyman Soylu s\u0131kl\u0131kla Nazi<br \/>\npropaganda bakan\u0131 Goebbels\u2019a benzetilmektedir. Her ne kadar pratikleri ile \u201cBir<br \/>\nyalan ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck olursa kitleler ona o kadar kolay inan\u0131r.  ilkesi ile<br \/>\nAlman fa\u015fizmin ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6neten Goebbels\u2019i an\u0131msatsa bile bu ki\u015fi<br \/>\nen temel noktada Nazi benzerinden ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Ayr\u0131k noktalar\u0131 \u201cinanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k  ve<br \/>\n\u201csadakat tir. Yoksa insanl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00f6zellikleri payla\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar. Fakat<br \/>\nher \u015fey bir yana Goebbels Nazizm\u2019e inanm\u0131\u015f ve ba\u015ftan itibaren Hitler\u2019e<br \/>\nsadakatle hizmet etmi\u015ftir. Soylu\u2019da ise bu iki nitelik de yoktur. Kendi<br \/>\nmenfaati d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir dava ve sadakatle ba\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131 bir lider yoktur. <\/p>\n<p> Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcz dedi\u011fine \u00e7ok rahat<br \/>\nbi\u00e7imde yar\u0131n e\u011fri diyebilecek olan Soylu\u2019nun az\u0131l\u0131 bir K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda<br \/>\ni\u00e7selle\u015ftirdi\u011fi, benimsedi\u011fi bir ilke yoktur. Bu nedenle bug\u00fcn \u201cReis  diye biat<br \/>\netti\u011fi Erdo\u011fan\u2019a yar\u0131n \u00e7ok rahat \u201chain  diyebilir. Asl\u0131nda AKP-MHP fa\u015fizminin<br \/>\nkulislerinden Soylu\u2019nun kendini s\u00fcrekli Erdo\u011fan sonras\u0131na haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nyans\u0131t\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fa\u015fist Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n bu ki\u015fiyi \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fantaj y\u00f6ntemleri(o\u011flunun<br \/>\nuyu\u015fturucu ticareti, Fethullah ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 vb.) ile kontrol alt\u0131nda tuttu\u011fu da<br \/>\niddia edilmektedir. Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte pek \u00e7ok kez yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bu ki\u015fiyi<br \/>\nkirli i\u015flerinde kulland\u0131ktan sonra tasfiye edece\u011fi akla yak\u0131n tahminler<br \/>\naras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Ama daha b\u00fcy\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131k PKK\u2019nin haf\u0131zalardan sildi\u011fi kudretli<br \/>\ndevlet adamlar\u0131 koleksiyonuna Abdulkadir Aksu, Nahit Mente\u015fe ya da \u0130smet Sezgin<br \/>\ngibi d\u00e2hil olmas\u0131d\u0131r. <span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p> Bu \u015fahs\u0131n bug\u00fcn k\u00fcf\u00fcrler etti\u011fi<br \/>\nFethullah\u00e7\u0131 yap\u0131yla derin ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 oldu\u011fu bilinen bir durumdur.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>AKP-Fethullah ittifak\u0131 d\u00f6neminde \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k<br \/>\nolan ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Aral\u0131k 2013\u2019deki ilk a\u00e7\u0131k b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma sonras\u0131 da g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrde<br \/>\nErdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n yan\u0131nda durup Fethullah\u2019 tan da uzakla\u015fmayarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 15<br \/>\nTemmuz\u2019a kadar bu tarikata ili\u015fkin olumsuz tek bir kelime etmemi\u015f olmas\u0131 bu<br \/>\ndurumu kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r. Bu yap\u0131yla ili\u015fkilerini de genel karaktersizli\u011fi<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden yani g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7in her kal\u0131ba girmekle yorumlayabiliriz. Yoksa bu<br \/>\ntarikat\u0131n ideolojisine ba\u011flanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ktidar sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n Fa\u015fist Erdo\u011fan<br \/>\ntaraf\u0131ndan kazan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 netle\u015fene kadar rengini belli etmemesi<br \/>\nf\u0131rsat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndand\u0131r.<span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p> Bu \u015fahs\u0131n birbirinden tutars\u0131z,<br \/>\nkof ve ancak ergenli\u011fe yeni yeti\u015fmi\u015f l\u00fcmpen gen\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6ylenebilecek<br \/>\n\u00e7ok say\u0131da beyan\u0131 vard\u0131r. Biz sadece bu zat\u0131n t\u0131ynetini t\u00fcm a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile<br \/>\ng\u00f6steren bir ikisine i\u015faret etmekle yetinece\u011fiz. \u0130lkini 2016 sonbahar\u0131nda<br \/>\ns\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. \u201c2017 bahar\u0131ndan itibaren kimse PKK\u2019nin ad\u0131n\u0131 bile anmayacak<br \/>\nbuyuruyordu, hayat\u0131nda herhangi bir m\u00fccadeleyi kazanmam\u0131\u015f olan Soylu. Neyine<br \/>\ng\u00fcveniyordu bu s\u00f6zleri ederken ya da nas\u0131l bir r\u00fcya g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu o an, bilmek<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil ama 2019 bahar\u0131nda PKK\u2019nin g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn geldi\u011fi nokta bir yana kendisi<br \/>\nutanmadan se\u00e7im kampanyas\u0131nda insanlara yalvar\u0131yordu: \u201cL\u00fctfen boynumuzu<br \/>\nKandil\u2019in \u00f6n\u00fcnde e\u011fmeyin . Birka\u00e7 ay sonra yok edece\u011fini netlikle ifade etti\u011fi<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn 2 y\u0131l sonra hala k\u00e2busu oldu\u011funu bu \u015fekilde itiraf eden bu \u015fahs\u0131<br \/>\ntan\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in psikiyatri bilimine ba\u015fvurmak zorunludur. Biraz ahlaki de\u011feri<br \/>\nolsa bir nebze ki\u015fili\u011fi hayat\u0131n ger\u00e7eklerinden etkilenebilse en az\u0131ndan ona<br \/>\ninanan insanlara a\u00e7\u0131klama yapar ya da \u00f6z\u00fcr dilerdi. Ama \u015fizofreni, paranoya ve<br \/>\nmegalomanya tan\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok rahatl\u0131kla konabilece\u011fi bu ki\u015fide erdemin<br \/>\nk\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bile aramak beyhude bir \u00e7abad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p> 2019 k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda HDP<br \/>\nmilletvekillerine \u015f\u00f6yle diyordu Soylu  \u201cSizi \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcrsem adam<br \/>\nde\u011filim . T\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere ra\u011fmen y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerini tamamlayan milletvekilleri<br \/>\nfa\u015fist polislere \u201cBakan\u0131n\u0131za selam s\u00f6yleyin  derken bu \u015fah\u0131s tek kelime bile<br \/>\netmedi, edemedi. Ataerkil zihniyetin en kaba temsilcisi olan bu \u015fah\u0131s bu<br \/>\ndurumda en az\u0131ndan utanabilmeliydi. Fakat bu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Keza utanma ancak<br \/>\netik de\u011ferler silsilesine sahip insanlar\u0131n yapabildi\u011fi bir eylemdir.<\/p>\n<p> T\u00fcm bu de\u011ferlendirmelerin<br \/>\nard\u0131ndan ba\u015fl\u0131ktaki soruya d\u00f6nebiliriz. \u201cSoylu  kavram\u0131 en fazla iki anlamda<br \/>\nkullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130lki \u00fcst tabaka insanlar\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in<br \/>\nkullan\u0131lan s\u0131fat niteli\u011fi kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlamd\u0131r. Bu kavramla tan\u0131mlanan ki\u015finin<br \/>\natalar\u0131n\u0131n aristokrat oldu\u011fu i\u015faret edilir. \u201cSoylu  kelimesi ayn\u0131 zamanda<br \/>\nse\u00e7kin feodal s\u0131n\u0131fta yo\u011funca bulundu\u011fu varsay\u0131lan ahlaki de\u011ferlere sahip<br \/>\nki\u015fileri belirtmede s\u0131kl\u0131kla kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Yani ki\u015fi mert ve s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn takip\u00e7isi<br \/>\nolur, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015feyleri dert eder ve ahlaki ilkelere g\u00f6re davran\u0131rsa \u201cSoylu<br \/>\nbi\u00e7iminde tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. S\u00fcleyman\u2019\u0131n atalar\u0131 kimdi bilinmez ama \u00f6zellikle ikinci<br \/>\nanlamda \u201cSoysuz  oldu\u011fu kesindir.
