Komplo ve entrikalarla beraber Bizansl\u0131lardan, Araplardan, Sel\u00e7uklulardan yana olanlar ya da onlardan iktidar m\u00fccadeleleri i\u00e7in destek isteyen kesimlerin s\u00fcrekli varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 istikrar\u0131 engellemi\u015ftir<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/5312-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da 9 yy. ve Sonras\u0131ndaki Durum <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>K\u00fcrtlerin Bu S\u00fcre\u00e7te Geli\u015fimi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bundan sonra K\u00fcrdistan \u00fczerinde 9. yy\u2019da \u00f6nemli bir otorite<br \/>\nbo\u015flu\u011fu ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Bizans (Do\u011fu Roma) \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu, Ba\u011fdat S\u00fcnni Halifeli\u011fi\u2019nin<br \/>\n\u015femsiyesi alt\u0131ndaki B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu T\u00fcrk \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu ve Atlantik Okyanusu\u2019ndan<br \/>\nK\u0131z\u0131ldeniz\u2019e kadar t\u00fcm Kuzey Afrika\u2019ya h\u00fckmeden \u015eia Fat\u0131mi Halifeli\u011fi<br \/>\naras\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 denge ortam\u0131nda, belli bir sakinli\u011fin<br \/>\nya\u015fanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Bu objektif durum K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerin<br \/>\nolmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da yeterince kendilerini hissettirmedikleri bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi ifade<br \/>\netmektedir. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n her daim sava\u015f alan\u0131 olmas\u0131 beraberinde geli\u015fmemeyi,<br \/>\ntahribatlar\u0131 ve y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 getirmi\u015ftir. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ya teslim olarak kendine<br \/>\nyabanc\u0131la\u015fma-ki bu ihanetin daha k\u00f6kle\u015fmi\u015f bir halde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi demektir-, ya<br \/>\nda kendi k\u00f6klerine sar\u0131larak kimsenin yeti\u015femeyece\u011fi da\u011flara-buda<br \/>\n\u201cmedeniyetten  uzak kalmay\u0131-g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcslemek demektir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrtler bu topraklarda bu ikili durumu ya\u015famaya her zaman<br \/>\nzorlanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. K\u00fcrt hanedanlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki iktidar sava\u015flar\u0131 bu \u015fekilde<br \/>\niktidar\u0131n kendi i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fmesine neden olmu\u015ftur. Komplo ve<br \/>\nentrikalarla beraber Bizansl\u0131lardan, Araplardan, Sel\u00e7uklulardan yana olanlar ya<br \/>\nda onlardan iktidar m\u00fccadeleleri i\u00e7in destek isteyen kesimlerin s\u00fcrekli varl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nistikrar\u0131 engellemi\u015ftir. Buna ra\u011fmen Bizans\u2019\u0131n bat\u0131ya do\u011fru \u00e7ekilmesi ve Arap<br \/>\negemenli\u011finin kendi i\u00e7 \u00e7eli\u015fkilerinden dolay\u0131 zay\u0131flamas\u0131, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da yerel<br \/>\niktidar\u0131n geli\u015fmesine neden olmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ya\u015fanan t\u00fcm olumsuzluklara ra\u011fmen 9. yy\u2019da K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da<br \/>\nsava\u015f\u0131n azalmas\u0131 ve g\u00f6rece zay\u0131flamas\u0131 beraberinde yeni geli\u015fmeleri<br \/>\nyaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok K\u00fcrt Beyli\u011fi daha geni\u015f alanlara a\u00e7\u0131larak, beyli\u011fi a\u015fan<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelere ula\u015fabilmi\u015ftir. Yine bir\u00e7ok ayd\u0131n yeti\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bunlar\u0131n en<br \/>\n\u00f6nemlileri aras\u0131nda bug\u00fcne ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f birka\u00e7 K\u00fcrt ayd\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015fairi \u015funlard\u0131r  Ali<br \/>\nHariri, Baba Tahiri Hemedani, daha da \u00f6nemli bir isim ise \u015eeddadilerin ba\u015fkenti<br \/>\nolan Gence\u2019de d\u00fcnyaya gelecek olan Nizami Gencevi\u2019dir. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Azerbaycan\u2019dad\u0131r.<br \/>\nNizami Gencevi, Ak\u0131lc\u0131 Felsefenin kurucusu olarak bilinir. Xemse yani \u201cBe\u015f<br \/>\nEser  adl\u0131 geni\u015f bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 vard\u0131r. Hegel\u2019in \u201cBizim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimiz Nizami<br \/>\nGencevi\u2019nin cebinden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131  dedi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu y\u00fcz y\u0131lda K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da toplumlar daha \u00e7ok kendi i\u00e7<br \/>\ndinamiklerine dayal\u0131 bir geli\u015fme seyrini ya\u015farlarken, da\u011fl\u0131k alanlara yerle\u015fmi\u015f<br \/>\nolan K\u00fcrtler a\u015firet yap\u0131lar\u0131yla avantajl\u0131 bir durumu ya\u015famaktayd\u0131lar. Bir<br \/>\nm\u00fcddet K\u00fcrdistan \u00fczerinde i\u015fgalci ve hegemon g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131yla<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtler bu i\u00e7 dinamiklerinden dolay\u0131 h\u0131zla bir geli\u015fmeyi ya\u015fad\u0131lar. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Ya\u015fanan beyliksel ya da daha \u00fcst form geli\u015fmeleri<br \/>\ns\u0131ralarsak: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u015eeddadlar Beyli\u011fi\u2019ni (951-1164) \u00f6rnek verebiliriz. Revadi<br \/>\nA\u015fireti lideri Muhammed \u015eeddad taraf\u0131ndan kurulmu\u015ftur. Bu d\u00f6nemde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan<br \/>\nilk K\u00fcrt Devleti, \u015eeddadilerin Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n kuzeyinde kurduklar\u0131 devlettir.<br \/>\n\u00d6nce ba\u015fkentleri Erivan y\u00f6resindeki Dabil (Dvin) idi. Sonradan Gence&#8217;yi ba\u015fkent<br \/>\nyapt\u0131lar. Gence  Berba, Dubeyl, Beylekan ve Aran b\u00f6lgesi hakim bir aland\u0131.<br \/>\nAran\u2019\u0131n bug\u00fcn\u00fcn Azerbaycan ve Ermenistan b\u00f6lgesi oldu\u011funu ekleyelim. \u015eeddadi<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt Hanedanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 1164&#8217;te Sel\u00e7uk kral\u0131 Melik \u015eah taraf\u0131ndan ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Hasnaviler (Hasanveyh) Devleti (959\u20131015): <\/strong>\u0130kinci<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt Hanedan\u0131 959\u2019da Cibal&#8217;de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Kurucusu Barzikani A\u015fireti reisi<br \/>\nHasanveyh bin H\u00fcseyin\u2019dir. Hasanveyh, Barzikani a\u015firetinin reisidir. Bu K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nDevleti 1015 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Hasanveyh soylulu\u011fu, iyi y\u00f6netimi ve<br \/>\nahlak\u0131yla \u00f6v\u00fclmektedir. Dinever (\u0130ran, Kerman\u015fah b\u00f6lgesi), Hemedan, Nihavend ve<br \/>\n\u015eehrizor\u2019a h\u00fckmetmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015fkentleri Sermac\u2019t\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u201cFedlavi Hanedanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Lor) (913-1424):<\/strong> Loristan<br \/>\nB\u00f6lgesi Bedir ve Mansur karde\u015fler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilirlerdi. \u015eam\u2019\u0131n \u015e\u0131mak da\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgesinden buraya g\u00f6\u00e7 eden K\u00fcrt a\u015firetlerle daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendi. 1248 ve<br \/>\n\u00f6ncesinde Hezer Esef d\u00f6neminde \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7lenir ve Halifeden hediyeler al\u0131r. 1258<br \/>\nde Hulagu Han Ba\u011fdat\u2019\u0131 al\u0131r ve bu hanedanl\u0131kla sava\u015f\u0131r ve beyleri Tekleyi<br \/>\n\u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcr. Bundan sonra hanedanl\u0131k Hulagu\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131. 1393 te Timur bu b\u00f6lgeye<br \/>\ngeldi\u011finde hakimiyetine alarak beyli\u011fi kendisine ba\u011flad\u0131. Birka\u00e7 bey daha bu<br \/>\ny\u00f6netimi 1424 te kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fc. En son Timur\u2019un torunu Mirza \u0130brahim t\u00fcm<br \/>\nLoristan\u2019\u0131 egemenli\u011fine ald\u0131.  (Atalar\u0131n Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131, Cemal Re\u015fid Ahmed)<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">En \u00f6nemli geli\u015fme ise ba\u015fkenti Silvan olan Mervani<br \/>\nDevleti\u2019dir (985\u20131096). Bu devletin kurucusu Humeydi a\u015firetinden Bad&#8217;d\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\ndevlet Meyya Farqin (Silvan) ve Amed\u2019i merkez olarak alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hemdanilerle<br \/>\nyap\u0131lan bir sava\u015fta Bad \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr ve yerine ye\u011feni Ebu Ali H\u00fcseyin bin Mervan<br \/>\nge\u00e7er (991). Bu hanedanl\u0131k 1085\/1096 da Sel\u00e7uklular taraf\u0131ndan ortadan<br \/>\nkald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Mervani Devleti t\u00fcm Amed, Nusaybin ve Cezire b\u00f6lgesini<br \/>\nkontrol etmi\u015ftir. Mervani Devleti y\u00fcz y\u0131l kadar ya\u015fayabilmi\u015ftir. Silvan\u2019a<br \/>\nsurlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan su getirip bir su \u015febekesi \u015feklinde alt yap\u0131<br \/>\nolu\u015fturmu\u015flard\u0131r. Mervaniler, b\u00f6lgede yay\u0131lan Haricili\u011fin yolunu kesip<br \/>\nHanefili\u011fe ve Malikili\u011fe g\u00f6re daha tutucu olan S\u00fcnni mezheplerden \u015eafiili\u011fin,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtler aras\u0131nda yay\u0131l\u0131p dominant duruma gelmesine \u00f6nderlik etmi\u015flerdir.<br \/>\nB\u00f6ylece egemenlerin ruhuna bir nevi i\u015flemi\u015f olan i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i karakteri<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam etmi\u015flerdir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Di\u011fer K\u00fcrt Beylikleri\u2019ne ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce Farqin\u2019e- Ermeniler<br \/>\nTigranokerta demi\u015fler-kurulu\u015funa ili\u015fkin anlat\u0131lan bir mitolojik \u00f6yk\u00fcy\u00fc buraya<br \/>\nalmak iyi olabilir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Cemal Re\u015fid Ahmed, Atalar\u0131n Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 adl\u0131 yap\u0131t\u0131nda<br \/>\nEvliya \u00c7elebi Seyahatnamesinde al\u0131nt\u0131layarak Farqin\u2019e ili\u015fkin \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7 bir<br \/>\nmitolojik anlat\u0131mda bulunuyor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u201cK\u00fcrtlerin yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f \u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fc: Vakain\u00fcvis M\u0131\u011fdisi\u2019ye g\u00f6re Nuh<br \/>\nTufan\u2019\u0131ndan sonra in\u015fa edilen ilk kasaba Sincar ve Meyyafarkin (Silvan)<br \/>\nkalelerinin yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki Judi kasabas\u0131yd\u0131. Judi kasabas\u0131 Nuh Peygamber\u2019in<br \/>\ntoplulu\u011fundan, 600 y\u0131ldan daha fazla ya\u015fayan ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 her yan\u0131n\u0131 enine ve<br \/>\nboyuna dola\u015fan Melik K\u00fcrdim taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netiliyordu. Bu Melik K\u00fcrdim, Meyyafarkin\u2019e<br \/>\ngelince buran\u0131n havas\u0131ndan ho\u015fland\u0131. Ve buraya yerle\u015fti. Bir\u00e7ok \u00e7ocu\u011fu ve<br \/>\ntorunu oldu. Kendi ba\u015f\u0131na \u0130branice\u2019den ba\u015fka ayr\u0131 bir dil icat etti. Bu dil ne<br \/>\n\u0130branice, ne Arap\u00e7a, ne de Fars\u00e7a Daraca ya da Pehlevice de\u011fildi. Ona hala<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdim dili deniliyor. B\u00f6ylece Meyyafarkin\u2019de yarat\u0131lan K\u00fcrt Dili \u015fimdi b\u00fct\u00fcn<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da konu\u015fuluyor. Ad\u0131n\u0131 Nuh Peygamber\u2019in toplulu\u011fundan Melik K\u00fcrdim\u2019e<br \/>\nbor\u00e7lu K\u00fcrdistan ucu buca\u011f\u0131 olmayan kayal\u0131k da\u011flardan olu\u015ftu\u011fu i\u00e7in s\u00f6zc\u00fckler<br \/>\nve s\u00f6yleyi\u015f bak\u0131m\u0131ndan biri birinden farkl\u0131 on ikiden fazla K\u00fcrt\u00e7e leh\u00e7esi var.<br \/>\nBu y\u00fczden birbirlerinin s\u00f6zlerini anlamak i\u00e7in terc\u00fcman kullan\u0131rlar  diyerek<br \/>\ny\u00fcz y\u0131llar sonra bile ya\u015fanacak olan bu sorunu 500 y\u0131l \u00f6nce tespit etmi\u015f<br \/>\noluyor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Annaziler (991\u20131118), Muhammed bin Annaz taraf\u0131ndan 991&#8217;de<br \/>\nkurulmu\u015ftur. 1117&#8217;ye kadar bu hanedanl\u0131k h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u201cB\u00fbweyh\u00ee Beyli\u011fi (934-1062): <\/strong>Eski Sasani<br \/>\nmeliklerinden Behram Gorun neslinden gelen Ebu \u015e\u00fcca B\u00fbweyh, Deylem da\u011flar\u0131ndaki<br \/>\nBercenkiaver K\u00fcrt kabilesinin reisi idi. Ebu S\u00fcca\u2019n\u0131n o\u011flu \u00f6nce Hemedan&#8217;\u0131n<br \/>\ng\u00fcneyindeki KER\u00c7 \u015fehrine vali oldu. Daha sonra g\u00fcneydeki ve \u00e7evredeki bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u015fehri kendine ba\u011flad\u0131. (932-933 y\u0131llar\u0131nda) g\u00fc\u00e7lenen Ali karde\u015fi Hasan ve Ahmet<br \/>\nyard\u0131mlar\u0131yla Karzu ve \u015eiraz \u015fehirlerini de ald\u0131. Ba\u011fdat Halifesi Kah\u0131r Bilal<br \/>\nbu \u00fc\u00e7 karde\u015fin kurdu\u011fu hanedanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7aresizlikten kabul etti. Ahvaz ve Huzistan<br \/>\n\u015fehirleri de 940 y\u0131llar\u0131nda al\u0131nd\u0131. Mezhep olarak \u015eii idiler.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">B\u00fbweyho\u011fullar\u0131 taht kavgalar\u0131ndan zay\u0131f d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcler. Sel\u00e7uklu<br \/>\nSultan\u0131 Tu\u011frul Bey DANDANAKAN da onlarla sava\u015ft\u0131. Bu sava\u015fta beli k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Daha<br \/>\nsonra 1041 y\u0131l\u0131nda tekrar sava\u015ft\u0131 ve onlar\u0131 yenilgiye u\u011fratt\u0131. Tu\u011frul 1055\u2019te<br \/>\nBA\u011eDAT \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc. Halifeyi tahtan uzakla\u015ft\u0131ran B\u00fbweyo\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131 Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta<br \/>\nda yenilgiye u\u011fratarak Mervanilere s\u0131\u011f\u0131nan Halifeyi geri getirerek tahta<br \/>\noturttu. K\u0131z karde\u015fini halife ile evlendirdi. 1062 de Musul\u2019daki<br \/>\nB\u00fbweyo\u011fullar\u0131ndan olan Ebul Nas\u0131r H\u00fcsrev Firoz Tu\u011frula ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan ederek<br \/>\nonlar\u0131n egemenli\u011fine girdi. B\u00f6ylece B\u00fbweyo\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n sonu geldi. Bunlardan B\u00fcy\u00fck Loristan, eyalet valilerinden<br \/>\nFedlavi (Fadlawayh, Fazlaveye) y\u00f6netimi y\u0131llar\u0131nda (1060\u20131124) ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z<br \/>\nolmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>\u201cHur\u015fito\u011fullar\u0131 Hanedanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Lor, 1156- 1534): <\/strong>Bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt A\u015fireti 1156 dek do\u011frudan do\u011fruya halifeli\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131yd\u0131lar. B\u00f6lgeye Arap<br \/>\ny\u00f6neticiler atan\u0131yordu. Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131n emrinde olan H\u00fcsameddin \u015euhlu d\u00f6neminde,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt Cengrevi a\u015firetinden Hur\u015fidin iki o\u011flu b\u00f6lgeye hakimiyet kurdular. Bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\nT\u00fcrk Beyi bu b\u00f6lgeyi almak \u00fczere sava\u015flara giri\u015ftiler. En son H\u00fcsameddin Halil<br \/>\n(T\u00fcrk) b\u00f6lgeyi ele ge\u00e7irir. 1243\u2019te Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta bulunan \u015eah S\u00fcleyman halifenin<br \/>\nyard\u0131m\u0131yla H\u00fcsameddin\u2019i (T\u00fcrk Beyi) yenilgiye u\u011fratarak yine Hur\u015fito\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nhakimiyetini sa\u011flar. 1258\u2019de Mo\u011follar\u0131n sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131yla yine iktidar el<br \/>\nde\u011fi\u015ftirdi. Bir\u00e7ok i\u00e7 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalarla beylik s\u00fcrekli el de\u011fi\u015ftirdi.
