Evet, bunun i\u00e7in K\u00fcrdistan Tarihi\u2019nin derinlerine<br \/>\ninmeden yazmak zordur. Hatta yer yer imkans\u0131zd\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan Tarihi\u2019ni-biz buna<br \/>\nK\u00fclt\u00fcrel Tarih diyelim-somut verilerle verebilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikli olarak s\u00f6zl\u00fc<br \/>\ndestanlar\u0131n dilini bir bir \u00e7\u00f6zmek gerekiyor. Aile ya\u015fam\u0131 da<br \/>\ndahil, ekonomik, sosyal, siyasal ve ideolojik (dinsel, sanatsal ve bilimsel<br \/>\nolanlar\u0131 dahil) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n en uygun bi\u00e7iminin yenilenmi\u015f haliyle kabile<br \/>\n(kom\u00fcn) boyutlar\u0131nda geli\u015fmesi, toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<br \/>\nvazge\u00e7ilmezli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecektir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k uzun s\u00fcre modernitenin sadece kabu\u011fu<br \/>\nkalm\u0131\u015f, her \u015feyi k\u00e2r ama\u00e7l\u0131 olan aileci, hanedanc\u0131 ve \u015firket\u00e7i kurumla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nta\u015f\u0131yamaz. Ulus-devletin bu yapay ya\u015fam kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 kurumlar kurumu olan \u2018Zeusla\u015fm\u0131\u015f\u2019<br \/>\ntanr\u0131sall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcremez  demektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda \u201cTarih, \u015eimdidir,  (K\u00fcrdistan Tarihi\u2019ne \u00d6zl\u00fc<br \/>\nBir Bak\u0131\u015f) ile tarihte olup bitenlere bir g\u00f6z atmak istedik. Esas amac\u0131m\u0131z<br \/>\ntarihi incelemek olsa da, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z an\u2019dan itibaren K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da<br \/>\nya\u015fanan kahramanl\u0131klara ve ihanetlere de yak\u0131ndan bakmak zorunlu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<br \/>\nUzun ve yorucu bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeden ge\u00e7emeyece\u011fiz. Esas amac\u0131m\u0131z ise K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn Tarihi\u2019ni, direni\u015f ve ihanet<br \/>\ndiyalekti\u011fini i\u00e7 i\u00e7e i\u015flemektir. Genelde K\u00fcrt Tarihi denildi\u011finde  \u201cKendi kurdu<br \/>\nbol olan halk  ya da \u201cihanet\u00e7isi \u00e7ok olan halk  yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u00e7ok\u00e7a yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\nAsl\u0131nda bu s\u00f6ylemlerin derin sosyolojik anlamlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu sosyolojiyi<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6zmeden, K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6zmek neredeyse imk\u00e2ns\u0131z hale geliyor. Bunu da yapabilmek<br \/>\ni\u00e7in hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yoktur ki  K\u00fcrdistan Tarihi\u2019nin derinliklerine dalmak ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz<br \/>\nolacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Peki, toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratan, hem devlet\u00e7i hem de demokratik<br \/>\nuygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en geli\u015fkin formlar\u0131na be\u015fiklik eden bu co\u011frafya ve toplum, nas\u0131l<br \/>\noluyor da bu gibi geriliklerin esiri haline geliyor? \u00d6yle basit, s\u0131radan ve<br \/>\ny\u00fczeysel yakla\u015f\u0131mlarla bu zor ve derin \u00e7eli\u015fkinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fclmemektedir. Gelene\u011fin g\u00fcc\u00fcne bu kadar \u00f6nem verilmesi bundand\u0131r. Gelenek<br \/>\nbir anlamda, ya\u015fama anlam katan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dokunun kendisidir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u201cGelenekler geni\u015f anlam\u0131yla bir ku\u015faktan \u00f6tekine<br \/>\nge\u00e7irilebilen bilgi, tasar\u0131m, inan\u00e7, ya\u015fant\u0131 bi\u00e7imi  daha geni\u015f anlam\u0131yla maddi<br \/>\nolmayan k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr. Gelenekler s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve yaz\u0131l\u0131 olmak \u00fczere iki b\u00f6l\u00fcme<br \/>\nayr\u0131l\u0131rlar. Daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olarak toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesinde ve<br \/>\ndenetlenmesinde \u00f6nemli rol oynarlar. Genellikle tutucu olan gelenekler aile,<br \/>\nhukuk, din ve politika gibi toplumsal kurumlar \u00fczerinde etkilidirler. Bireyin<br \/>\nba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu grubun ya da toplumun geleneklerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, bu kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n derecesine g\u00f6re bireyin topluluk\u00e7a aforozundan sald\u0131r\u0131ya u\u011framas\u0131na,<br \/>\nhor g\u00f6r\u00fclmesinden alaya al\u0131nmas\u0131na kadar geni\u015fleyen tepki t\u00fcrlerinde<br \/>\nbi\u00e7imlenir. Selahaddin Eyyubi buna iyi bir \u00f6rnektir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Sonu\u00e7 itibariyle K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n iyi bir askeri oldu\u011fu<br \/>\nger\u00e7e\u011fiyle de, bir K\u00fcrt \u015fekillenmesi belleklere yerle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kabile<br \/>\nahlaki ve politik toplumun en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplum bi\u00e7imleni\u015fidir.<br \/>\nKabilelerin her zaman klasik uygarl\u0131klar\u0131n amans\u0131z d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 olarak<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fclmeleri, ahlaki ve politik toplum \u00f6zellikleriyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca<br \/>\nfethedilip denetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi  ya yok olurlar ya da \u00f6zg\u00fcr<br \/>\nkal\u0131rlard\u0131. Fakat zamanla yozla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik yapanlar<br \/>\naile i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu gibi kabile i\u00e7inde de hep olumsuz rol oynam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u2018Kaderci\u2019 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na sahip insan, her zaman kendini<br \/>\nyenende bir \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck bulundu\u011funa, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ona boyun e\u011fmesi gerekti\u011fine<br \/>\ninan\u0131r. Tam aksine  birey ve toplumda ya\u015fanan s\u00f6z konusu bu<br \/>\nruhsal s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k bir nevi bu t\u00fcrden bir asabiyetle, duygusall\u0131kla ve<br \/>\ntepkisellikle kendisine bir savunma mekanizmas\u0131 yaratarak korumaya al\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Buldu\u011fu psikanaliz y\u00f6ntemiyle, bireyin ve toplumlar\u0131n<br \/>\nsosyolojik geli\u015fim seyirleri i\u00e7erisinde ruhsal ve duygusal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerini<br \/>\nyapan Avusturyal\u0131 psikanalist Sigmund Freud, iktidar-despotizm ve her t\u00fcrden<br \/>\nbask\u0131c\u0131 egemenlik t\u00fcrlerinin alt\u0131nda yatan ailesel baba fig\u00fcr\u00fcne ili\u015fkin<br \/>\n\u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rnekler vermektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00d6rne\u011fin  ailede otoriter zorbac\u0131 bir baba vard\u0131r. K\u0131z karde\u015fi<br \/>\nile durumun \u00e7ekilmezli\u011fini tart\u0131\u015f\u0131r. K\u0131z karde\u015f de ayn\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncededir. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n do\u011fal geli\u015fiminin bir sonucu olarak,<br \/>\nbinlerce y\u0131l\u0131 bulan bir geli\u015fim s\u00fcrecinin sonucudur. Yani a\u015firet i\u00e7i \u00e7eli\u015fkiler, d\u0131\u015f nedenlerden dolay\u0131 geli\u015fmemi\u015f ve<br \/>\ngiderek gecikmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u00e7 \u00e7eli\u015fkileri belirginle\u015fmeyen bu toplumsal<br \/>\norganizasyonlar, ileriye do\u011fru evrilemediler. Bu da yukar\u0131da izah edildi\u011fi<br \/>\ngibi, i\u00e7e b\u00fcz\u00fclmeye neden olan di\u011fer bir fakt\u00f6r olmu\u015ftur. Ezene kar\u015f\u0131 ezilen,<br \/>\ns\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye kar\u015f\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclen bilinci olu\u015famam\u0131\u015f olup her a\u015firet \u00fcyesi a\u015firetinin<br \/>\n\u015feceresiyle \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00fcr hale gelmi\u015ftir. Bir araya gelen her bir \u00fcnite ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00fcnitelerin ortak ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7in ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc anla\u015fmalara dayanarak bir<br \/>\naraya gelmesi ile olu\u015fan yap\u0131lanmaya konfederasyon denilmektedir. Burada tek<br \/>\nbir \u00fcniteden bahsedilemeyece\u011fi gibi nitelikte ikiyi a\u015fmayan \u00fcnitele\u015fme de s\u00f6z<br \/>\nkonusu de\u011fildir. Bu devrim olmadan klan<br \/>\na\u015f\u0131lamaz. Klan toplumu ise geni\u015f aileyi a\u015fmaz. Bu y\u00fczden geni\u015f bir dil<br \/>\nolu\u015fturamazlar. Dilin geli\u015fimi \u00fcretimi, \u00fcretimin geli\u015fimi toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirir.
