Birine ya da birbirlerine g\u00f6re \u2018Laz olmak\u2019 olgusu, kimli\u011fin<br \/>\ntarihsel ve toplumsal ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klama ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 daha fazla \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131yor.<br \/>\nLazlar kimdir, kimlere Laz denir?<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Sinop&#8217;tan itibaren Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesinde T\u00fcrk, G\u00fcrc\u00fc, Laz,<br \/>\nHem\u015finli, Po\u015fa (Kafkas \u00c7ingenesi), \u00c7erkez, Balkan g\u00f6\u00e7menleri, K\u00fcrt,<br \/>\nRomeyika\/Pontos Rumcas\u0131 ana dilli toplum gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli halklar ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nSadece bu b\u00f6lgede bile T\u00fcrk\u00e7enin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda  Lazca, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce, Hem\u015fince, Romeyika ve<br \/>\nLomavren (Po\u015faca yani \u00e7ingene Ermenicesi) gibi birden \u00e7ok dil konu\u015fuldu\u011funu<br \/>\ng\u00f6rebiliriz. B\u00f6lgede ayr\u0131ca Aleviler de ya\u015famaktad\u0131r  Sinop&#8217;ta 11, Samsun&#8217;da<br \/>\n39, Ordu&#8217;da 32, Giresun&#8217;da 11, G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane&#8217;de 44, Bayburt&#8217;ta 9 olmak \u00fczere y\u00fcze<br \/>\nyak\u0131n Alevi k\u00f6y\u00fc oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Din a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Lazlar, genellikle ya<br \/>\nHanefi-S\u00fcnnidir  ya da Ortodoksturlar. \u00c7epniler ise S\u00fcnnile\u015ftirilerek asimile<br \/>\nedilmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Orta ve Do\u011fu Karadeniz halklar\u0131n\u0131n hepsine &#8220;Laz&#8221;<br \/>\ndenilmesinin sebebi baz\u0131 tarihsel ger\u00e7eklerden besleniyor. Laz halk\u0131n\u0131n bu<br \/>\nco\u011frafyada d\u00f6rt bin y\u0131ll\u0131k bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fi var. Lazlar \u2018denizci ve sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131\u2019 bir<br \/>\nkavim olarak y\u00f6renin en kadim halklar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Elen kolonilerinden sonra<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgeye gelen Romal\u0131lar y\u00f6re halk\u0131na \u2018Laz\u2019, \u00fclkelerine de \u2018Lazika\u2019 demeye<br \/>\nba\u015flad\u0131lar. 6.y\u00fczy\u0131la kadar bu b\u00f6lge, haritalarda da Lazika ad\u0131yla<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar\u0131n atalar\u0131,<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>Yunanl\u0131lar gelmeden \u00f6nce Ordu ile Sohum aras\u0131ndaki b\u00f6lgede yerle\u015fik olan<br \/>\nbir kavimdi. Ancak Laz kimli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nce Yunanla\u015fan sonra da<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkle\u015fen bir Laz toplumundan bahsedilebilir. B\u00f6lgeye zaman i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok yo\u011fun<br \/>\nYunan, G\u00fcrc\u00fc, Ermeni, T\u00fcrk g\u00f6\u00e7leri ya\u015fand\u0131, n\u00fcfus yap\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fti, ama halka<br \/>\nverilen isim de\u011fi\u015fmedi. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc anlam\u0131yla \u2018Laz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u2019 denildi\u011fi zaman  Elen<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle harmanlanm\u0131\u015f, di\u011fer halklar\u0131n birikimiyle de ortakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve<br \/>\nTrabzon\u2019dan ba\u015flayarak G\u00fcrcistan\u2019a kadar ula\u015fan bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrden<br \/>\nbahsedebiliriz.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Laz kimdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar  Kafkasya orijinli, kendilerine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir dilleri olan<br \/>\n(Lazca\/Lazuri) bir halkt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu halk T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de, Do\u011fu Karadeniz&#8217;de Atina&#8217;dan (Pazar)<br \/>\nba\u015flamak \u00fczere, Art&#8217;a\u015feni (Arde\u015fen), \u00c7aml\u0131hem\u015fin&#8217;in kuzeyi (Vija\/Vijadibi),<br \/>\nVitze (F\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131), Arkabi (Arhavi), Xop&#8217;a (Hopa) ve Bor\u00e7ka&#8217;n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda<br \/>\nyo\u011fun olarak ya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Bu co\u011frafyaya da &#8220;Lazistan&#8221; deniliyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar bu il\u00e7eler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Marmara ve Bat\u0131 Karadeniz&#8217;de de<br \/>\n\u00e7ok say\u0131da k\u00f6y ve mahallede yerle\u015fik durumdalar. Osmanl\u0131-Rus Harbi&#8217;nden<br \/>\n(1877-78) sonra Batum, Hopa, Bor\u00e7ka, Arhavi ve \u00e7evresinden s\u00fcrg\u00fcn gelmi\u015f<br \/>\nLazlar\u0131n torunlar\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Laz kimli\u011finin ba\u015fat<br \/>\nbelirleyeni dildir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Laz topluluklar\u0131n<br \/>\ng\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda kulland\u0131klar\u0131 anadilleri Lazcad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Laz halk\u0131n\u0131n kimli\u011finin ba\u015fat belirleyeni dildir. Di\u011fer<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6zellikler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan y\u00f6redeki di\u011fer halklarla b\u00fcy\u00fck benzerlikler<br \/>\ng\u00f6sterir, \u00f6nemli oranda ortak bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Kendi i\u00e7inde Do\u011fu (Batum, Hopa, Arhavi, F\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131, diaspora,<br \/>\nBor\u00e7ka) ve Bat\u0131 (Pazar, Arde\u015fen, \u00c7aml\u0131hem\u015fin) Lazcas\u0131 olmak \u00fczere iki leh\u00e7eye<br \/>\nayr\u0131lan ve yerli Kafkas dillerinden biri olan Lazca d\u00fcnyadaki &#8220;yok olma tehdidi<br \/>\nalt\u0131nda&#8221; olan dillerden de biridir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Lazlar ve din<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar olduk\u00e7a ge\u00e7 bir d\u00f6nemde, on yedinci y\u00fczy\u0131l i\u00e7inde<br \/>\nH\u0131ristiyanl\u0131ktan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7mi\u015flerdir. Megreller, Hristiyan Lazlard\u0131r. On<br \/>\ndokuzuncu y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131na dek -Arhavi&#8217;de oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenen- birka\u00e7 Ortodoks<br \/>\n&#8220;diren\u00e7 noktas\u0131&#8221; varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Genel olarak bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Lazlar\u0131n dindar bir topluluk<br \/>\noldu\u011fu, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7evre toplumlarla k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u00f6ylenemez. G\u00fcrcistan&#8217;daki<br \/>\nH\u0131ristiyan Lazlar ve Megreller i\u00e7in de dini ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131n\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcman<br \/>\nLazlar\u0131nkine benzedi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Kom\u015fu halklarla<br \/>\nili\u015fkiler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Laz halk\u0131n\u0131n Lazistan&#8217;daki kom\u015fular\u0131 T\u00fcrkler, Hem\u015finliler ve<br \/>\nG\u00fcrc\u00fclerdir. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 esas topluluk d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7ok az say\u0131da Po\u015fa ve K\u00fcrt de b\u00f6lgede<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Fakat diaspora Lazlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z vakit, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131<br \/>\nb\u00f6lgelerin kozmopolit muhaceret(g\u00f6\u00e7) yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131 olmas\u0131 sebebiyle \u00e7ok<br \/>\ndaha karma\u015f\u0131k bir tabloyla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar oralarda  \u00c7erkez, Abhaz, G\u00fcrc\u00fc, Bo\u015fnak, Arnavut,<br \/>\nPomak, Yunanistan-Bulgaristan-Yugoslavya-Romanya g\u00f6\u00e7meni T\u00fcrkler, K\u00fcrtler,<br \/>\nDa\u011f\u0131stanl\u0131lar, \u00c7ingeneler gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da halkla yan yana ya da i\u00e7 i\u00e7eler.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u0130li\u015fkide olunan bu kadar \u00e7ok halka kar\u015f\u0131n Lazlar\u0131n kom\u015fular\u0131<br \/>\ndeyince ilk akla her zaman Hem\u015finliler gelir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc iki toplum aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok<br \/>\nderin \u00f6zel ba\u011flar vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar ve Hem\u015finliler, Lazistan&#8217;da Arhavi hari\u00e7 her il\u00e7ede<br \/>\ni\u00e7 i\u00e7e ve yan yana ya\u015f\u0131yorlar, k\u00f6ylerin kimisi kom\u015fu, kimisi ise karmad\u0131r. Bin<br \/>\n\u00fc\u00e7 y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k ortak ya\u015fam pratikleri Lazlar ve Hem\u015finliler aras\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok<br \/>\nortak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, psikolojik, sosyolojik \u00f6zellikler yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar da\u011flara kadar yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsalar da esas olarak bir<br \/>\nk\u0131y\u0131 halk\u0131d\u0131r ve \u00fclkeleri sahil boyunca uzan\u0131r. Hem\u015finlilerse do\u011fayla daha i\u00e7<br \/>\ni\u00e7e ya\u015fayan, da\u011fl\u0131, \u00e7oban bir halkt\u0131r. \u00c7ayeli&#8217;nde de yine k\u0131y\u0131 halk\u0131 olan<br \/>\nHorumlar ya\u015farlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">&#8220;Horum&#8221;, her iki halk\u0131n l\u00fcgatinde de<br \/>\n&#8220;Karadenizli Rum&#8221; anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Trabzon&#8217;da baz\u0131 il\u00e7elerde g\u00fcneye<br \/>\ndo\u011fru 50-60 k\u00f6yde Rumca (Romeyika) konu\u015fulmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Ekonomi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar\u0131n geleneksel \u00fcretim tarzlar\u0131, \u00e7ay ziraatinin<br \/>\ngeli\u015fiyle da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00fcretim tarz\u0131 tek tiple\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ekonomi diye<br \/>\nnitelenebilecek \u00fcretim faaliyetleri \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ve tamamen s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc sistemin<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belirlenmektedir. N\u00fckleer santraller ve HES\u2019lerin<br \/>\nyap\u0131m\u0131yla, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc do\u011fal zenginlikler, s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z kar mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla anti-ekolojik projelere<br \/>\nkurban edilmektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bug\u00fcn Lazlar\u0131n di\u011fer halklardan farkl\u0131la\u015fan herhangi bir<br \/>\nekonomik etkinlikleri yoktur. Kapitalist sistemin etkileri ve entegrasyon<br \/>\npolitikalar\u0131 sonucu  devlet\u00e7i sistemle b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme durumu ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f bu da<br \/>\nLaz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve dilinde a\u015f\u0131nmalar yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. As\u0131rlard\u0131r kendi \u00f6z k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini<br \/>\nkorumay\u0131 ba\u015faran Lazlar, Lazistan\u2019\u0131n kapitalizme a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla hem bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\nhem de asimile s\u00fcrecine girmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Feodalite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlarda bilinen anlamda bir feodaliteye, a\u011fal\u0131k sistemine<br \/>\nrastlanmaz. K\u00f6yl\u00fclerin \u00e7o\u011fu az ya da orta d\u00fczeyde toprak sahibidir, topra\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nolmayanlar da &#8220;yar\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k&#8221; denilen sistemle ekmeklerini kazanmaya<br \/>\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131na dek Lazistan&#8217;da bir derebeylik<br \/>\nsistemi -yirmiye yak\u0131n derebeylik- mevcuttu, bu a\u011falar genellikle<br \/>\n-Megrelya&#8217;daki prensler kadar olmasa da- zalimlikleriyle an\u0131l\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Eski a\u011fa soyu olan s\u00fclalelerin \u00e7o\u011funun aslen Laz olmamas\u0131<br \/>\nise -Lazistan&#8217;da Lazla\u015fm\u0131\u015f kabileler vard\u0131r, daha \u00e7ok soyadlar\u0131 sayesinde<br \/>\nbilinirler- \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 ve ilgin\u00e7 bir durumdur.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazistan&#8217;da feodalite olgusu, Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n harekatlar\u0131yla<br \/>\nbirlikte, b\u00fcy\u00fck isyanlara sebep olarak -Tuzcuo\u011flu \u0130syanlar\u0131- uzun s\u00fcre\u00e7te zorla<br \/>\ns\u00f6n\u00fcmlendirilebildi. Bug\u00fcn eski a\u011fa soylar\u0131n\u0131n zenginlikleri, siyasal\/k\u00fclt\u00fcrel<br \/>\nbask\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrse de, bildi\u011fimiz anlamda bir a\u011fal\u0131k durumu hi\u00e7bir bi\u00e7imiyle<br \/>\ns\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir.<span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>2. B\u00d6L\u00dcM <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Asimilasyon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131rmamak gereken bir durum Lazistan\u2019\u0131n<br \/>\nisimlendirilmesine ili\u015fkindir. K\u00fcrdistan realitesinde oldu\u011fu gibi Lazistan\u2019da<br \/>\nda Batum\u2019dan Trabzon\u2019a kadar olan b\u00f6lge, b\u00fct\u00fcn Osmanl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131nda1923 y\u0131l\u0131na<br \/>\nkadar Lazistan sanca\u011f\u0131 olarak isimlendirilmi\u015ftir. Fakat bu fakt\u00f6r Lazlar\u0131n<br \/>\nasimilasyon \u00e7ark\u0131ndan ge\u00e7mi\u015f olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmemiz anlam\u0131na da<br \/>\ngelmemelidir. Lazlarda dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr anlam\u0131nda ya\u015fanan asimilasyon ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi,<br \/>\n\u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oranlardad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle 1980 askeri darbesinin tek\u00e7i zihniyeti ve<br \/>\nsistemli asimilasyon politikalar\u0131 sonucu, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Laz dilinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ntehlikeye girmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Yeni nesil Lazcay\u0131 bilmemektedir. T\u00fcrk\u00e7eden \u00f6nce Lazcay\u0131<br \/>\n\u00f6\u011frenen \u00e7ocuk art\u0131k yoktur. Sadece F\u0131rt\u0131na vadisindeki \u00c7aml\u0131hem\u015fin Lazlar\u0131nda,<br \/>\nArde\u015fen&#8217;in Dutxe beldesinde, Arde\u015fen ve Arhavi&#8217;nin kimi k\u00f6ylerinde ve<br \/>\ndiasporadaki baz\u0131 alanlarda Lazca ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi beraber \u00f6\u011frenerek b\u00fcy\u00fcyen<br \/>\n\u00e7ocuklar yeti\u015fmekte.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazcan\u0131n okul kitaplar\u0131nda \u2018se\u00e7meli ders\u2019 olarak yer<br \/>\nald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtebiliriz fakat bu Lazlar\u0131n kendi dillerinin ya\u015fatma<br \/>\nm\u00fccadelelerinin bir yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Laz olma bilinci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlarda tarihsel ve ulusal temelde bir toplumsal bilin\u00e7<br \/>\nyeteri kadar geli\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Lazlar k\u00f6kl\u00fc tarihlerinden, ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki<br \/>\nkrall\u0131klar\u0131ndan, Yunan kolonicilerle, Roma&#8217;yla, Pontos&#8217;la, Bizans&#8217;la,<br \/>\nPerslerle, Araplarla, G\u00fcrc\u00fclerle, Abhazlarla, Trabzon Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Osmanl\u0131&#8217;yla,<br \/>\nRusya&#8217;yla ili\u015fkiler vb. gibi siyasi ve toplumsal tarihlerini fazla<br \/>\nbilmemelerinin nedeni devlet\u00e7i resmi tarih anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar\u0131n neredeyse hepsi Lazl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131ndad\u0131r  ancak bu<br \/>\nfark\u0131ndal\u0131k onlar\u0131 yeterli tarihsel ve toplumsal bilince ta\u015f\u0131yacak d\u00fczeyde<br \/>\nde\u011fildir. Lazlar\u0131n kendilerine ait dilleri ve \u00fclkeleri olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ulus<br \/>\nbilincinin geli\u015fmemi\u015f olmas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen asimilasyon politikalar\u0131yla<br \/>\nda do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong>Laz k\u00fclt\u00fcr \/ kimlik<br \/>\nhareketi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Laz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\/kimlik hareketinin tarihi olduk\u00e7a eski olmakla<br \/>\nbirlikte yeteri kadar ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar\u0131n, Osmanl\u0131&#8217;da, \u00c7arl\u0131k Rusyas\u0131\u2019nda, Cumhuriyet<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;sinde ayn\u0131 zamanda da Sovyetlerde genellikle olduk\u00e7a dar kalm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel, siyasi, dilsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6zerklik ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ama\u00e7l\u0131<br \/>\nhareketler geli\u015fmi\u015f olsa da hepsi, bask\u0131yla, cinayetle ve zorbal\u0131kla<br \/>\nbast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, haf\u0131zalardan dahi sildirilmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki Laz k\u00fclt\u00fcr hareketine bakarsak,<br \/>\n80&#8217;ler d\u00f6neminde ba\u015flayan Almanya&#8217;daki Lazebura \u00e7evresinin faaliyetlerini<br \/>\ng\u00f6rebiliriz.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>&#8217;90&#8217;lar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda ise bir<br \/>\ngrup Laz ayd\u0131n\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;da toplanmaya ba\u015flar, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u00e7o\u011fu birbirinden<br \/>\nhabersiz olan insanlar, yine habersiz olduklar\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fayan Lazlara<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelik faaliyetlerini bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda ve gizlilik i\u00e7inde k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 \u015fartlarda<br \/>\ns\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Almanya ekibiyle kolektif olu\u015ftururlar ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten<br \/>\n1993&#8217;te Ogni (Duy) dergisi do\u011far. Almanya ekibinin etkisi zaman i\u00e7inde k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r,<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcr hareketinde belirleyicilik ve y\u00f6n, kendi birikimini yaratm\u0131\u015f olan<br \/>\n\u0130stanbul ekibine ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ogni&#8217;nin DGM&#8217;lik olmas\u0131ndan sonra hareket bir da\u011f\u0131lma ya\u015fasa<br \/>\nda k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede toparlanarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam eder.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Kitap say\u0131s\u0131nda<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f olur, Lazca eserler verilmeye ba\u015flar. Lazca alb\u00fcmler \u00e7\u0131kar ve<br \/>\nbu s\u00fcre\u00e7 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze dek de devam etmektedir. Art\u0131k bir Laz k\u00fclliyat\u0131ndan s\u00f6z<br \/>\nedilecek kadar bir birikim olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Ancak hareket, belirli bir politik<br \/>\nduru\u015fu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, periyodik yay\u0131nlardaki istikrars\u0131zl\u0131k, \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u00e7 sorunlar<br \/>\nsebebiyle geli\u015fme imkan\u0131 bulamaz.2008\u2019de dernekle\u015fme, zaman i\u00e7inde enstit\u00fc<br \/>\nkurulsa da Lazlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcreklili\u011fe ula\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma<br \/>\ngruplar\u0131 olarak faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctenler de vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Lazlar da di\u011fer b\u00fct\u00fcn kadim k\u00fclt\u00fcrler ve halklar gibi<br \/>\ndemokratik ulus zihniyetiyle kendi \u00f6z kimliklerini ifade edebilecekleri ve<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirebilecekleri toplumsal bir sistem arzusundalar.
