YJRK\u2019nin hedefi  \u0130ran devletinin toplum \u00fczerindeki hem s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci hem cinsiyet\u00e7i etkilerini a\u015fmak.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fcten Yek\u00eetiya Jin\u00ean Rojhilat\u00ea Kurdistan\u00ea-Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan Kad\u0131n Birli\u011fi (YJRK) Y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi \u00dcyesi Reng\u00een Urmiye, \u0130ran\u2019daki sistemi ve m\u00fccadeleyi anlatt\u0131. \u0130ran\u2019da ge\u00e7mi\u015ften s\u00fcregelen bir kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinden s\u00f6z eden Urmiye, \u201cE\u011fer ideolojik bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 yoksa, verilen emek heba olur  dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan Kad\u0131nlar Birli\u011fi YJRK Y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi\u2019nde yer alan Reng\u00een Urmiye, \u0130ran\u2019daki kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. \u0130ran\u2019da ge\u00e7mi\u015ften s\u00fcregelen bir kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Urmiye, hem Ka\u00e7arlar d\u00f6neminde, hem \u015eah Muhammed ve \u015eah R\u0131za d\u00f6neminde hem de 1979 devriminde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n aktif bir m\u00fccadele verdi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Ancak buna ra\u011fmen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kurumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ula\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Urmiye, \u201cKad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli ulusal ya da genel sorunlar\u0131n g\u00f6lgesi ve alt\u0131nda kald\u0131. Ne kadar emek ve bedeller verilirse verilsin, e\u011fer ideolojik bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 yoksa, verilen emek bir noktadan sonra heba olur. Kad\u0131n toplumsal sorunlara kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etti, ancak kendi sorunlar\u0131 ile ilgilenecek ideolojik bir alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayamad\u0131  dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00dcZLERCE KADIN CEZAEV\u0130NDE<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ran\u2019da devletin b\u00fct\u00fcn mekanizmalar\u0131n dini lider denen tek merkezden y\u00f6netildi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Reng\u00een Urmiye, alttan \u00fcste t\u00fcm hiyerar\u015fik yap\u0131n\u0131n erkek egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda bir\u00e7ok sorunda inanc\u0131n \u00f6tesinde derin \u00e7eli\u015fkilerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Urmiye, \u201cdevletin en zay\u0131f noktalar\u0131ndan birinin din, di\u011feri ise kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lik oldu\u011funu, bunun i\u00e7in de teoloji \u00fczerine en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir tart\u0131\u015fmaya dahi izin vermiyor  diye konu\u015ftu. Urmiye, \u015fu anda y\u00fczlerce kad\u0131n\u0131n siyaset yapmak istedi\u011fi i\u00e7in cezaevlerinde tutuldu\u011funu dile getirdikten sonra, kad\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle tarif etti: \u201cKad\u0131n hareketinin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi, g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanmas\u0131 demek toplumun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadele i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131 demektir. Onun i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenim dahil ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen devlet b\u00fcrokrasisinde kad\u0131na sadece y\u00fczde 5 gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kota tan\u0131n\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n, hukuk alan\u0131nda sadece karar veren hakimin yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 olabiliyor. Ordu i\u00e7erisinde sadece doktor, asayi\u015fte ise ahlak polisi gibi, asl\u0131nda kad\u0131n i\u00e7in onur k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir g\u00f6rev veriliyor. Ahlak polisi ile de kad\u0131n \u00fczerindeki \u015fiddet daha da derinle\u015ftirilerek, kad\u0131n eli ile toplum kontrol edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>\u2018KUTSAL EVL\u0130L\u0130K\u2019 \u0130LE KADIN S\u0130STEME BA\u011eLANIYOR<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ran genelinde en y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde fuhu\u015f ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Reng\u00een Urmiye, bu konuya ili\u015fkin \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bilgiler verdi: \u201cTicaret ve mafya i\u015flerinde kad\u0131n yo\u011fun kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130ran\u2019da kad\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmenin en faal y\u00f6ntemi cinselli\u011fini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131r. Zehra ya da kutsal evlilik olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan evliliklerle her y\u0131l binlerce gen\u00e7 insan\u0131 sisteme ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale getiriyorlar. Bu \u015fekilde gen\u00e7 insanlar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc al\u0131nmak isteniyor. Sistem gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131n yo\u011funla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 cinsel konular ve evlilik \u00fczerine \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ev ekseninde kal\u0131p sisteme hizmet etmesi i\u00e7in Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7ocuk s\u00f6ylemini \u015fimdi Ahmedinejad da dillendiriyor. Kad\u0131n e\u015finin izni olmadan d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya dahi ad\u0131m atam\u0131yor, bir i\u015fte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fam\u0131yor. Toplum i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrekli bir cinsel damga ile m\u00fch\u00fcrleniyor. Cinsel damga ile bir kad\u0131n\u0131 infaza kadar da g\u00f6t\u00fcrebilirler. Kad\u0131n \u00fczerindeki recm ve idamlar bu yasalar\u0131n sonucudur. <\/p>\n<p>S\u0130STEM B\u0130R \u00c7IKMAZI YA\u015eIYOR<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut durumda \u0130ran devletinin ve sisteminin bir \u00e7\u0131kmaz i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu ifade eden Reng\u00een Urmiye, sistemi de\u011fi\u015ftirmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Urmiye, halklar\u0131n bahar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bir K\u00fcrt bahar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131ktan sonra, \u015fu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 yapt\u0131: \u201c\u0130ran\u2019da ister toplumsal, isterse cins sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kal\u0131c\u0131 tek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bir demokratik devrimin ya\u015fanmas\u0131d\u0131r. YJRK olarak hem K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131na hem de t\u00fcm \u0130ran\u2019da ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlara \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z, ya\u015fanan bu m\u00fccadeleye aktif kat\u0131lmalar\u0131d\u0131r. D\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7ler de\u011fil, i\u00e7 dinamikler ancak de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme cevap olunabilir. Sistemi de\u011fi\u015fime zorlayabiliriz. <\/p>\n<p>YJRK 8 YILDA \u00d6NEML\u0130 B\u0130R ALTERNAT\u0130F HAL\u0130NE GELD\u0130<\/p>\n<p>2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan YJRK hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren Reng\u00een Urmiye, Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00f6zetledi: \u201c1997\u2019den 2004 y\u0131lana kadar do\u011fu kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n bir m\u00fccadelesi olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bir ara s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fand\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Do\u011fu kad\u0131n\u0131 kendisini genel kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7inde ifade etti. 2004\u2019te YJRK kurulu\u015fu ile birlikte Do\u011fu ya da \u0130ran i\u00e7indeki t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ortakla\u015ft\u0131ran ve bir alternatif s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015flatt\u0131. YJRK bu ideolojik iddia ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin teminat\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan \u00fc\u00e7 temel dayanak oldu\u011funu belirten Urmiye, bunlar\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir ideoloji, \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve me\u015fru savunma oldu\u011funu kaydetti. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda Do\u011fu K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n me\u015fru savunma g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak H\u00eaz\u00ean Jin\u00ean Rojhilat\u00ea Kurdistan\u00ea\u2019nin (HJRK) \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Urmiye, \u201c\u0130ran\u2019da en fazla \u2018bir kad\u0131n nas\u0131l asker olur\u2019 sorusu ile kafalar kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak, kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck saflar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yer almas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc al\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Fakat \u015fu bir ger\u00e7ek ki, \u0130ran\u2019da bir me\u015fru savunma g\u00fcc\u00fcn yoksa ne siyaset y\u00fcr\u00fctebilirsin ne de ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 tan\u0131n\u0131r  dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Geride b\u0131rak\u0131lan 8 y\u0131lda belli bir kurumsalla\u015fma d\u00fczeyine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Urmiye, siyasal, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve bas\u0131n alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fcklerini s\u00f6yledi ve \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cBizi en \u00e7ok ideolojik duru\u015fumuz di\u011fer kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinden ay\u0131r\u0131yor. Jiyan Suru\u00e7, Ronah\u00ee Wan, Z\u00eelan Pep\u00fble ve onlarca \u015fehit yolda\u015f\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda ideolojik duru\u015f somutla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yolda\u015flar direni\u015f ve m\u00fccadele ruhu ile Do\u011fu topraklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelip orada \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcler. \u00d6zg\u00fcr ya\u015famda \u0131srar \u015eirin Elemhuli \u015fahs\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u015eirin yolda\u015f sisteme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckte karar k\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bir daha asla sisteme k\u00f6le olmayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 hissettirdi, g\u00f6sterdi. M\u00fccadeleyi \u0130ran\u2019daki di\u011fer halklar\u0131n kad\u0131nlar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131rma gibi bir \u00e7aba ve amac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. Toplumun t\u00fcm sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zebilecek bir ideolojik yap\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r.
