Mao&#8217;nun belirtti\u011fi gibi \u201cDa\u011flara \u00c7\u0131kma \u0130lkesi Nin Ge\u00e7erli Oldu\u011fu Bir Zamanda Ya\u015f\u0131yoruz.Bu ko\u015fullarda sava\u015f ancak kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015f ve m\u00fccadeleyle<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/4650-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">\u201cTarih ne i\u00e7indir?<br \/>\nsorusuna \u201cElbette ki insan\u0131n kendini bilmesi i\u00e7indir.  yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 veren politik<br \/>\ninsan bilin\u00e7lili\u011finin ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczey, apolitik insan yeti\u015ftirme \u00e7iftli\u011fine<br \/>\nd\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen klasik devlet-ulus d\u00fczenini ve onun \u00f6zel sava\u015f rejimi bi\u00e7imindeki<br \/>\nkurgulan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha \u00e7ok ku\u015fatmakta, belirli s\u0131n\u0131rlara \u00e7ekilmeye<br \/>\nzorlamaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">Hakiki olan\u0131n kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131 ve her alanda kendi<br \/>\nya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n kurucu \u00f6znesi haline gelmesi, \u00f6zsavunma, direni\u015f ve m\u00fccadele g\u00fcc\u00fc<br \/>\nolarak kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesi anlam\u0131na gelen demokratik \u00f6zerklik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\ndaha ilk ad\u0131mda devletin topyekun \u015fiddetiyle kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131, bu nedenle \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\nde\u011fildir. Zemin kaybetti\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde daralmas\u0131, despotik fa\u015fist bir sald\u0131rganl\u0131k<br \/>\nhalini almas\u0131 devletin karakteri gere\u011fidir. \u015ea\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 olan, sistemin bu bilinen<br \/>\nkarakterinin \u201ck\u0131sa s\u00fcre  i\u00e7erisinde defalarca tekrar edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, siyasal<br \/>\nakt\u00f6rlerin bunu ya b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6rememeleri ya da g\u00f6rseler bile<br \/>\nanlamland\u0131rma ve kar\u015f\u0131 pratik tutum alma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterememeleridir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">\u00d6zel sava\u015f rejiminin ger\u00e7ekleri perdeleme, ba\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ederek<br \/>\nkitleleri uyutma ve y\u00f6netme faaliyetlerinin doruk d\u00fczeye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemden<br \/>\nge\u00e7iyor olmam\u0131z, bu yetersizli\u011fe gerek\u00e7e olu\u015fturmaz. Nihayetinde k\u0131rk y\u0131ll\u0131k<br \/>\nm\u00fccadele ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi, her birimizin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7en ve ola\u011fan olana yer<br \/>\ntan\u0131mayan, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc ko\u015fullar\u0131n olgunla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir m\u00fccadele ger\u00e7ekli\u011fidir.<br \/>\nK\u0131y\u0131s\u0131ndan, k\u00f6\u015fesinden de\u011fdi\u011fi hayatlar\u0131 bile etkileyen, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren bir<br \/>\nm\u00fccadeleden s\u00f6z ediyoruz. O halde her \u015feyin etkile\u015fim halinde oldu\u011fu bu zeminde<br \/>\nsiyaset \u00f6zneleri olarak nas\u0131l b\u00f6yle etkisiz kalabildi\u011fimizi ger\u00e7eklere ba\u011fl\u0131<br \/>\nkalarak sorgulamam\u0131z, tan\u0131mlamam\u0131z gerekir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">Nas\u0131l ki evrende her \u015fey belirli bir nedene g\u00f6re var olmaya ve<br \/>\nhareket etmeye belirlenmi\u015fse, siyaset ve siyaset\u00e7i de sahiplik etti\u011fi toplumsal<br \/>\nideale g\u00f6re olmak, olu\u015fmak durumundad\u0131r. E\u011fer siyaset, \u201cger\u00e7ekli\u011fi s\u00fcrekli<br \/>\nolarak \u00fcreten ve yeniden \u00fcreten , hakiki insan\u0131n her an yeniden s\u0131nand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir<br \/>\nfaaliyet, bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck alan\u0131 ise, siyaset\u00e7i de bu alan\u0131n hareket halindeki<br \/>\nbilinci ve eylemi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sadece akl\u0131yla de\u011fil hisleriyle de ve sadece<br \/>\nhisleriyle de de\u011fil, olanca tutkusuyla da buna kat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6yle olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ntaktirde demokratik modernite ve ulus kuram\u0131na uygun bir \u201chalklar\u0131n<br \/>\ndemokrasisi ni in\u015fa edemeyece\u011fimiz a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu nedenle akl\u0131 ba\u015fka, hisleri<br \/>\nba\u015fka konu\u015fan, tutku d\u00fczeyi belirsiz ve verili uygarl\u0131k sisteminin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\na\u015fmakta isteksiz davranan, gel-gitli siyaset anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n hangi ideale veya<br \/>\namaca g\u00f6re geli\u015fip geli\u015fmedikleri her zaman tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olmu\u015ftur. Hal\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nalt\u0131na s\u00fcp\u00fcrmek veya ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f teorilerine sar\u0131lmak yerine, a\u00e7\u0131ktan tart\u0131\u015fmak ve<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek devrimci demokratik gelene\u011fin bir gere\u011fidir. Bu gelene\u011fin<br \/>\nyaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 direni\u015f kadar, ya\u015fanmakta olan ayak s\u00fcr\u00fcmeler, yalpalanmalar, lakayt<br \/>\nve y\u00fczeysel b\u00fcrokratik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar da mevcuttur. Ve binbir emekle olu\u015fturulmu\u015f<br \/>\ntoplumsal ba\u011flar\u0131n, ili\u015fkilerin bu yakla\u015f\u0131mlar sebebiyle bir a\u015f\u0131nma ve erezyona<br \/>\nu\u011frama tehlikesiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fu da bir ger\u00e7ektir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">T\u00fcm bunlar, siyasal bir tercihin, bilin\u00e7li bir e\u011filimin ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz<br \/>\nsonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmiyorsa, neye g\u00f6re ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini izah etme<br \/>\nsorumlulu\u011fumuz do\u011far. Kurucu iradenin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi kuram ve kurum ili\u015fkisi, t\u00fcm<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve netli\u011fiyle orta yerde duruyor. Vasat bir akl\u0131n ve bilincin herhangi<br \/>\nbir zorlanma ya\u015famadan kavrayabilme yetene\u011fini sergiledi\u011fi ko\u015fullarda, politik<br \/>\ninsan\u0131n bunun gerisine d\u00fc\u015fmesi, en basitinden ilgisizlik ve inceleme basiretini<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermemek olur ki, bu da ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na kendinin ve bulunulan yerin bilincinde<br \/>\nolmama, bilmeme halidir. Oysa \u00c7inlilerin deyimiyle \u201cKu\u015flar bile sesleri<br \/>\ndostlar\u0131nda yank\u0131 bulsun diye \u00f6terler.  Kurucu iradeye sayg\u0131, kuram ve kurum<br \/>\nili\u015fkisini do\u011fru kurmaktan ve do\u011fru pratikle\u015ftirmekten ge\u00e7er. Orta s\u0131n\u0131f<br \/>\nsiyaset anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla kurucu iradenin devrimci m\u00fccadele anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 birbirine<br \/>\nkar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak mu\u011flakla\u015ft\u0131rmak, dengeci tutumlar g\u00f6zetmek iki temel sonuca yol<br \/>\na\u00e7ar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">Birincisi  halk\u0131n birikmi\u015f, a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmaya-patlamaya haz\u0131r devrimci<br \/>\nenerjisini bo\u011funtuya getirir. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u201cku\u015fatma ve bast\u0131rma<br \/>\npolitikalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7ar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">\u0130kincisi  halk\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcven ve inanc\u0131n\u0131 yitirmesine yol a\u00e7ar.<br \/>\nSessizlik d\u00f6nemleri ve fa\u015fizmler, bu zemin \u00fczerinden y\u00fckselir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">Halbuki kurucu irade, \u201chalklar\u0131n demokrasisi ni devrim \u00f6n\u00fcnde bir<br \/>\nbent olu\u015ftursun diye de\u011fil, bir nehir ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda devrimci dinamizme kanal<br \/>\nolu\u015ftursun, radikal demokrasiyi pratikle\u015ftirsin diye ya\u015famsalla\u015ft\u0131rmak<br \/>\nistemi\u015ftir. Bunun bilinciyle hareket etmek bir sorumluluk i\u015fidir. T\u0131pk\u0131 bunun<br \/>\nsorumlulu\u011fuyla hareket etmenin bir bilin\u00e7 i\u015fi oldu\u011fu gibi. Ne kimsenin bizi ve<br \/>\nne de bizlerin birbirimizi ya da ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 kand\u0131rmas\u0131na yer vermeyecek<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kta bir s\u00fcreci ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kurucu irade sald\u0131r\u0131 alt\u0131nda, halk<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekli\u011fimiz ve direni\u015fimiz sald\u0131r\u0131 alt\u0131nda. \u00d6zel sava\u015f rejimi, K\u00fcrdistan<br \/>\nkimlikli K\u00fcrd\u00fcn \u00f6zg\u00fcr varl\u0131k olma bilincini ve bu bilincin ya\u015fam hakk\u0131na<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelik s\u00fcrekli bir sald\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7erisindedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc devlet-ulus olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nancak K\u00fcrd\u00fcn yoklu\u011fu \u00fczerinden ya\u015fatabilece\u011fine inanmaktad\u0131r. G\u00f6sterdikleri t\u00fcm<br \/>\nrefleksler bu y\u00f6nl\u00fcd\u00fcr ve Rojava&#8217;da, Ba\u015fur&#8217;da, Rojh\u0131lat&#8217;ta kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan t\u00fcm<br \/>\ni\u015faretler, izler bunu g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">O Halde Ne Yapmal\u0131? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">Bir defa \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olmadan bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilelim ve bunun<br \/>\ni\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, daha \u00e7ok hakikat isteyelim. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve hakikati<br \/>\nama\u00e7lamayan hi\u00e7bir \u00e7aba bizleri halklar\u0131n demokrasi \u015f\u00f6leni olan demokratik<br \/>\nulusa ula\u015ft\u0131rmayacak. Topyekun sald\u0131r\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir zamanda \u201csilahlara<br \/>\nveda  t\u0131n\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131ran kurulmu\u015f her c\u00fcmle, teslimiyet\u00e7ilikten ve \u00f6zel sava\u015fa<br \/>\nhizmet etmekten ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131mayacakt\u0131r. Mao&#8217;nun belirtti\u011fi gibi <strong>\u201cDa\u011flara<br \/>\n\u00c7\u0131kma \u0130lkesi Nin Ge\u00e7erli Oldu\u011fu Bir Zamanda Ya\u015f\u0131yoruz<\/strong>. Bu ko\u015fullarda sava\u015f<br \/>\nancak kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015f ve m\u00fccadeleyle ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131labilir ve silahtan kurtulmak<br \/>\ni\u00e7in silaha sar\u0131lmak zorunludur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">Siyaset alan\u0131ndaki g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fck, K\u00fcrdistan ve T\u00fcrkiye devrimci<br \/>\ndemokratik gelene\u011fine ait olma bilincinin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve bu temeldeki<br \/>\npratikten yoksunluktan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bu gelene\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olmak \u00f6ncelikle<br \/>\nverili olana, maddi olana teslim olmamak ve ak\u0131ldan \u00f6nce vicdanla hareket<br \/>\netmesini bilmektir. \u00d6zel sava\u015f rejiminin 30 Ekim 2014 tarihli MGK&#8217;da ald\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nkarar, topyekun sava\u015f karar\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130mral\u0131&#8217;da \u201c\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci  ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen<br \/>\ng\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler de bu topyekun sava\u015f karar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131, bir operasyonu haline<br \/>\ngetirilmi\u015f ve \u00f6yle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Siyaset alan\u0131 bunun bilinciyle g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\nkayna\u011f\u0131 olan devrimci pratikten yoksunlu\u011funa y\u00f6neldi\u011fi ve bunu radikal demokrasi<br \/>\nile a\u015fma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterebildi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ger\u00e7ek i\u015flevine ba\u011fl\u0131 kalarak rol\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\noynayabilecektir. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">\u00d6zel sava\u015f rejiminin fa\u015fist cephe h\u00fck\u00fcmeti \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u00fclkemizde<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131k bir sava\u015f y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131yla, k\u0131nama ve<br \/>\ntencere-tava protestolar\u0131yla durulamayaca\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Mademki y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n<br \/>\nfa\u015fizmiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z diyorsunuz, o halde y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n devrimci-demokratik<br \/>\ndireni\u015fini sergilemek ve sonuca g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek boynunuzun borcudur. Burada d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr<br \/>\n\u201ctarihin mekan\u0131 \u015fimdidir, tarih bug\u00fcnde ikamet eder  derken, ku\u015fkusuz soyut bir<br \/>\nde\u011ferlendirmede bulunmuyordu. Tarih ve \u015fimdi ili\u015fkisi ba\u011flam\u0131nda an&#8217;\u0131n<br \/>\ng\u00f6revlerine ve gerekliliklerine i\u015faret ediyordu. Bug\u00fcn g\u00f6revimiz, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za<br \/>\ny\u00f6neltilmi\u015f bu a\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6zel sava\u015f sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 devrimci m\u00fccadeleyi b\u00fcy\u00fctmek<br \/>\nve geli\u015ftirmektir. Zaman\u0131n seyrine g\u00f6re h\u0131zla hareket etmek ve hemen her alanda<br \/>\nhi\u00e7bir bo\u015flu\u011fa yer tan\u0131madan kendini tahkim etmek, mevcut t\u00fcm bile\u015fenleri buna<br \/>\ng\u00f6re harekete ge\u00e7irmek, d\u00f6nemin izlenmesi gereken stratejisi olurken<br \/>\nhalklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zlemi olan geni\u015f bir devrimci-demokratik cepheyi, blo\u011fu meydana<br \/>\ngetirmek de d\u00f6nemin temel g\u00fcncel g\u00f6revi olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde durmaktad\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin bu y\u00f6nl\u00fc ad\u0131m ad\u0131m geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi pratikle\u015fme,<br \/>\nher g\u00fcn kendisini giderek daha fazla hissettirecektir. \u00d6zel sava\u015f rejiminin<br \/>\ndayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 topyekun sava\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131 topyekun direni\u015f ve Devrimci Sava\u015f Kom\u00fcnalizmi<br \/>\nile yan\u0131t olu\u015fturmak, her in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n buna g\u00f6re kendini pratikle\u015ftirmesi<br \/>\nanlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Siyaset alan\u0131ndan da beklenen, bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe g\u00f6re kendini<br \/>\nolu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve konumlanmas\u0131d\u0131r. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt  \">Sonu\u00e7 olarak, sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n ve sava\u015f\u0131n oldu\u011fu her yerde direni\u015f de,<br \/>\nhendek de olacakt\u0131r: Olmas\u0131 de\u011fil, olmamas\u0131 sorgulama konusu edilmelidir.<br \/>\nFa\u015fizme kar\u015f\u0131 direnerek kimli\u011fini ve onurunu korumak, hakiki insan olman\u0131n bir<br \/>\nvasf\u0131 ve amac\u0131d\u0131r  hendek ise bunun basit taktik ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan sadece bir<br \/>\ntanesidir. Tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yaratmak istedi\u011fi kulluk ideolojisinin ve<br \/>\nonun itaat k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn varl\u0131k buldu\u011fu her zeminde reddedi\u015fin soylu direni\u015fi ve<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi de olacakt\u0131r. Neticede hakikat bir imkand\u0131r. Yazan\u0131n<br \/>\ndeyi\u015fiyle hep bir \u201cbelki nin, bir \u201csanki nin arkas\u0131ndad\u0131r  ama \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn imkan\u0131 olarak hep vard\u0131r.
