Bug\u00fcne kadar devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan co\u011frafyas\u0131na ve K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131na (onun \u00fczerinde varl\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn) hep bask\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve k\u00f6lelik stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn reva g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi adil bir bi\u00e7imde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmemesi de buna kan\u0131tt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fclmemesi, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn istenmemesinin alt\u0131nda devlet\u00e7i paradigmalar ger\u00e7e\u011fi var. Bu devlet\u00e7i paradigmalar\u0131n ciddi bir sorgulamas\u0131, ele\u015ftirisi yap\u0131lmadan K\u00fcrt sorununun ciddiyeti anla\u015f\u0131lamaz, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemez  \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sorun yaratan bir zihniyet nas\u0131l bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yaratabilir ki, katliam, imha ve inkardan ba\u015fka\u2026 Nitekim \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm giri\u015fimlerde bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7miyor. <br \/>Haziran ve Temmuz ay\u0131 boyunca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen K\u00fcrt sorununun tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde t\u0131kay\u0131c\u0131 rol oynayan g\u00fcven bunanl\u0131m\u0131n da nedeni, devlet\u00e7i paradigman\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, kendine olan g\u00fcvensizli\u011fidir. \u00d6yle ki ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri toplumsal demokratik ve kom\u00fcnal de\u011ferlerin ink\u00e2r\u0131, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, imhas\u0131 \u00fczerinde temeli at\u0131lan devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa, e\u015fitlik ve adalete dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da erdeme dayanmas\u0131 yoktur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kendine g\u00fcven duymas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamaz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kendine g\u00fcven \u00fczerine de\u011fil, g\u00fcvensizlik \u00fczerine in\u015fa etmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00fczden t\u00fcm siyasi, askeri, ekonomik ve ideolojik g\u00fcc\u00fcne, t\u00fcm kurumla\u015fmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen \u0131\u015f\u0131k gibi parlayan, saf, o kadar temiz bir demokratik ve kom\u00fcnal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn k\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131ndan, onun ya\u015fayarak temsil eden savunmas\u0131z bir y\u00fcrekten, bir bellekten korkar ve hemen tasfiyesine y\u00f6nelir. Bu hep b\u00f6yle olmu\u015ftur. Bu y\u00fczden insanl\u0131k tarihinde devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n egemenli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 demokratik ve kom\u00fcnal ortam kad\u0131n eksenli k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn bin bir bi\u00e7imde direni\u015fi \u00f6nemli yer tutar, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131kta g\u00fcven duygusuna ve empatiye yer yoktur ve olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k, analitik ak\u0131l ile duygusal zek\u00e2n\u0131n denkleminden do\u011fan ana erkil toplumun yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumsal sistemin, onun \u00f6nem g\u00fcc\u00fc kendinle insan\u0131n nas\u0131l ink\u00e2r ve imha edilece\u011finin, nas\u0131l k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilece\u011finin merakl\u0131 sorusu \u00fczerinde salt analitik akl\u0131n sapmas\u0131 sorunu do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Kad\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve en insanc\u0131l toplumsal sisteminden duyulan k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k duygusu ve h\u0131rs\u0131zca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek misali, analitik akl\u0131n sapmas\u0131ndan devlet diye bildi\u011fimiz bir canavar do\u011fmu\u015f ve bu vah\u015fili\u011fini bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olarak t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011fa dayatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zorla kabul ettirmek istemi\u015ftir. Bunun i\u00e7in her \u015feye ba\u015fvurmu\u015ftur. K\u00fcrt sorununda da izlenen y\u00f6ntem politika ve psikoloji budur. G\u00fcvensizlikte \u00e7ok derindir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc g\u00fcven duygusu bir y\u00fcrek i\u015fidir. Akl\u0131n ve y\u00fcre\u011fin denkleminden anlaml\u0131 varl\u0131k ve duru\u015f g\u00f6sterir. Bu denklemi kuramayanlar, vicdanlar\u0131n sesini duymak, anlamak yerine, onu kendi i\u00e7inde mant\u0131k ad\u0131na bast\u0131ranlar, devlet\u00e7i paradigma ile yola \u00e7\u0131kanlar oldu\u011fundan K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7tenli\u011fine K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketinin samimiyetine inanmalar\u0131 g\u00fcven duymalar\u0131 zaten beklenemez, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc vicdanlar\u0131n\u0131 dondurmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 ve hareketinin \u00d6nderli\u011fi ne yapt\u0131ysa bunu bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck oyun, \u015fantaj, taktik, oyalama, zay\u0131fl\u0131k olarak alg\u0131lad\u0131lar ve bu alg\u0131 \u00fczerinden onun tasfiyesine y\u00f6neldiler, ancak her defas\u0131nda ba\u015flar\u0131 ta\u015flara \u00e7arpsa da bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc iflah olamad\u0131lar. <br \/>Bu mant\u0131k ve ruhsuz ruh haliyle devleti uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n at g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bak\u0131\u015f\u0131yla d\u00fcnyay\u0131, hayat\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt sorununu okumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015fta devletin t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm devlet\u00e7i kesimler K\u00fcrt \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketini (K.\u00d6.H)&#8217;de kendilerine g\u00f6re yorumluyorlar. Devletin resmi dili, dini ad\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm diller, k\u00fclt\u00fcrler, dinler, etnik kimlikler ink\u00e2r ve imha edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, t\u00fcm toplum kesimleri T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirilirken  \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n, b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn daniskas\u0131 bu iken, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 bu kavramlarla y\u0131llarca lanse etmek ne anlama geliyor? K\u00fcrdistan kavram\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 neden bu kadar can\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131yor? Hangi dayanakla K.\u00d6.H\u2019ni devlet kurmay\u0131 istemekle su\u00e7luyorlar?<\/p>\n<p>Ahlaki hi\u00e7 olmayan ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131k \u00fczerinde kurulan devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k ger\u00e7e\u011fi T\u00fcrk devleti ve siyaset yap\u0131s\u0131 ve medyas\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011finde \u00e7ok bariz okunmaktad\u0131r. Kendi hukukuna t\u00fcz\u00fck ve program\u0131na, bas\u0131n ahlak\u0131na sayg\u0131s\u0131 olmayan, gerekti\u011finde bunlar\u0131 ayaklar alt\u0131na alan T\u00fcrk devleti siyasal yap\u0131s\u0131 ve medyas\u0131  K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketini de \u00f6yle san\u0131yor, de\u011ferlendiriyor, oysa bilmeleri gereken de d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bunlar\u0131n etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6nmedi\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte reel sosyalizmin etkisiyle K.\u00d6.H\u2019nin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm iste\u011fine yana\u015fmayan T\u00fcrk devleti \u015fimdi de demokratik kom\u00fcnal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme yana\u015fmamaktad\u0131r. Bunu da \u201cPKK devlet istiyor  bi\u00e7iminde lanse ediyor. Peki, ne devlet\u00e7i \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme, ne KCK operasyonlar\u0131ndaki demokratik kom\u00fcnal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme gelmeyen bu devletle, bu devletin bi\u00e7imlendirdi\u011fi kendi toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yitirmi\u015f bir toplumla, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 nas\u0131l ya\u015fas\u0131n? Bug\u00fcne de\u011fin \u00f6denen bedellerden sonra kimse K\u00fcrt halk\u0131ndan kendisini ink\u00e2r etmesini de beklememelidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 kendi en do\u011fal haklar\u0131 olan ana dilinde e\u011fitim isterken, K\u00fcrdistan kavram\u0131n\u0131 telaffuz ederken bu asla ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k, b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck ya da devlet istemek de\u011fildir. K\u00fcrdistan kavram\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrtler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 bu co\u011frafyada egemen olmu\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ve dillerinin ismi olarak kullan\u0131yorlar. K\u00fcrdistan demek \u00fclke demektir, ama bu devlet anlam\u0131nda de\u011fildir. \u201c\u00dclke  demek \u201cyurt  demektir. Devlet \u00f6ncesinde var olan bir ger\u00e7eklik, \u00fclke -yurt kavram\u0131n\u0131 hatta her \u015feyi devlet olgusuyla tan\u0131mlamak sosyo-zihinsel sapman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde devleti tanr\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n, ya\u015fam\u0131 ve ya\u015famda her \u015feyi devletten ibaret sayman\u0131n gafletinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Bu da bireylerin toplumun ne kadar derin bir bi\u00e7imde devlete kul-k\u00f6le durumuna geldi\u011fini ve getirildi\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Oysa devlet d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda daha e\u015fit ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7inde zulm\u00fcn, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, \u015fiddetin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplumsal ya\u015fam  sevgiden, dostluktan, dayan\u0131\u015fmadan, payla\u015f\u0131mdan yana bir d\u00fcnya vard\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler bu d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6zlemi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcreklerinde genlerinde ta\u015f\u0131yor ve ya\u015f\u0131yorlar. \u015eimdi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u00fcrtlerin ayr\u0131l\u0131p devlet gibi insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na musallat olmu\u015f bir y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7imini istemeleri s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. K.\u00d6.H bundan 11 y\u0131l \u00f6nce kendi paradigmas\u0131ndan devleti \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p \u00e7\u00f6pl\u00fc\u011fe atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunu da program ve t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 sapma d\u00fcrt\u00fclerle, K\u00fcrt sorununun ve K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketini ve ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 okumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, etki yetki merkezleri ne olursa olsun tamamen bir ruh ve zihniyet haritas\u0131d\u0131rlar. Kendilerine K\u00fcrt halk \u00d6nderi \u00d6calan\u2019a ba\u015fvurmalar\u0131 ve psiko-sosyal tedavi ve e\u011fitim almalar\u0131 sal\u0131k verilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla T\u00fcrk devleti T\u00fcrk siyaseti ve medyas\u0131 K\u00fcrtleri K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketini s\u00fcrekli b\u00f6l\u00fcc\u00fc, ayr\u0131mc\u0131, par\u00e7alay\u0131c\u0131 gibi g\u00f6stermekten vazge\u00e7meli bu alg\u0131 ve psikolojik vakay\u0131 a\u015fmak durumunda ki, bu halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi e\u015fit ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck birlikteli\u011fi \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engelleyici bir rol oynamakta ve toplumda ayr\u0131\u015fmaya yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim bu hastal\u0131kl\u0131 alg\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmemesi ve K\u00fcrtleri \u201ca\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m  ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda tasfiyeye y\u00f6nelmesi, K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u2019nin ve halk\u0131n\u0131n kendini savunma pozisyonuna ge\u00e7mesi T\u00fcrk devletine AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ve T\u00fcrk medyas\u0131nda yine uyduruk\u00e7a olan eski d\u0131\u015f mihrak, ta\u015feron vs. gibi arg\u00fcmanlara sar\u0131lmalar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle ordu ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetin bu arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131 adeta k\u00f6pe\u011fe kemik atar gibi T\u00fcrk medyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne atmas\u0131 da K\u00fcrt sorunu tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6n\u00fcnde olumsuz bir fakt\u00f6r olmu\u015ftur ki, zaten \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm istemeyen devlet ve h\u00fck\u00fcmet bu t\u00fcr gerek\u00e7elerle kendini gizlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. \u015eiddetin tekrardan devreye girmesinden tek sorumlu T\u00fcrk devleti h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ve sorumsuz medyas\u0131 sorumludur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da ta\u015feron, emperyalizm, i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011fi, derin devlet ili\u015fkisi gibi K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketini bu olgularla karalamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak tamamen toplumu aldatmaya koyunla\u015ft\u0131rmaya y\u00f6neliktir. Kendi yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, konumlar\u0131n\u0131 K.\u00d6.H ile izah etmeye y\u00f6neliktir. Birazc\u0131k ahlaktan, vicdandan ve yeni sosyal bilimden nasibini alm\u0131\u015f herkes \u00e7ok iyi bilir ki, K.\u00d6.H \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan beri asla hi\u00e7bir d\u0131\u015f g\u00fcce s\u0131rt\u0131n\u0131 dayamam\u0131\u015f, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc \u00e7izgisini her ko\u015fulda korumas\u0131n\u0131 bilmi\u015f, bundan taviz vermemi\u015ftir. Daha ilk g\u00fcnlerinden bug\u00fcne de\u011fin uluslar aras\u0131 komployla \u00d6nderli\u011fin esaret alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n hedefi olmas\u0131 ve her \u015feye ra\u011fmen yenilmemesinde bu \u00e7izgisinden, bu karakterinden gelir, \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k \u00f6zellikle de kapitalist sistem gibi soyguncu oligar\u015fik zorba bir k\u00fclt\u00fcre dayanm\u0131yor. Tam tersine insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en do\u011fal, \u00f6zg\u00fcr geli\u015fen toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131na, geli\u015fme diyalekti\u011fine, demokratik kom\u00fcnal k\u00fclt\u00fcr miras\u0131na ve konunun me\u015frulu\u011funa ve hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan Halk \u00d6nderli\u011finin bu tarihi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras \u00fczerinden ahlaki, vicdani ve zihni anlam\u0131nda devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k paradigmalar\u0131yla ve onun siyasal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel dokusuyla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015fa, kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 zafere dayanmaktad\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrk devleti ve b\u00fct\u00fcn devlet\u00e7i d\u00fcnya gericili\u011fi, \u00d6nderli\u011fin ve yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hareketin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc ve toplumsal kurtulu\u015fu ama\u00e7layan demokratik ve kom\u00fcnal \u00e7izgisini tersinden sapt\u0131rarak suland\u0131rmaktansa, kendi k\u00f6lelik ve k\u00f6lele\u015ftirme d\u00fczeylerini insanl\u0131k ya\u015fam ve do\u011fa d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 sorgulayarak anlamalar\u0131 daha hay\u0131rl\u0131 olurdu, ama devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n karakterinde, geninde bu yoktur. Onlar\u0131n karakterinde i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ilik, hainlik, kuklac\u0131l\u0131k vard\u0131r. Mustafa Kemal\u2019in ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 \u00e7izgisinden kayarak \u00f6nce \u0130ngiliz \u015fimdi de ABD-\u0130ngiliz, Suudi Arabistan ve \u0130srail \u00e7izgisiyle ta\u015feronla\u015fan, hainle\u015fen T\u00fcrk devlet h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri ve siyasal partileridir. AKP, MHP, CHP bunun en somut \u00f6rne\u011fidirler. Devlet akl\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131kanlara da hat\u0131rlatmak gerekir ki, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 siyasal s\u00fcreci zihni olarak ta\u015feronlu\u011funun daniskas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu devlet \u0130ngiliz siyaseti ve onun do\u011furtmas\u0131 olan ulus-devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla hareket edip, cumhuriyetin kurucu \u00fcyesi K\u00fcrtler, Solcular ve Aleviler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm farkl\u0131 kimlikleri inkar ve imha ederken t\u00fcm halklar\u0131 yoksullu\u011fa, k\u00f6leli\u011fe mahkum ederken  K\u00fcrdistan co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n yer alt\u0131, yer \u00fcst\u00fc zenginliklerini s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcp emperyalist patronlarla payla\u015f\u0131rken, K\u00fcrtleri her defas\u0131nda katliamlardan ge\u00e7irirken, \u201cya bu PKK neden yenilmiyor? Nereden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131? D\u0131\u015f mihrakt\u0131r, ta\u015ferondur  diye yak\u0131nmas\u0131na hi\u00e7 hakk\u0131 yoktur, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu sonucu bu devletin kendisi yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bu devlete dayanarak \u201cKart-Kurt  hik\u00e2yelerine, zorlamal\u0131 bilim ahlak\u0131yla ba\u011fda\u015fmayacak bi\u00e7imde bilimsellik ve akademik boyut kazand\u0131rarak, devletin ink\u00e2r ve imha siyasetine me\u015fruluk kazand\u0131ran \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7evrelerinin de yak\u0131nma hakk\u0131 yoktur. \u015eimdi de hala bu paradigma ile K\u00fcrt sorununu kendilerince tan\u0131mlay\u0131p \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm arayanlar\u0131n \u00e7abalar\u0131 beyhude olmaktan \u00f6teye ge\u00e7meyecektir. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in sekt\u00f6r olarak belledikleri devletin ilac\u0131 olsayd\u0131 kendi yaras\u0131na s\u00fcrerdi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu \u00e7evrelerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 hastal\u0131kl\u0131 zihni ve ruh halini a\u015fmalar\u0131, ta\u015feronluklar\u0131ndan (ki biz buna k\u00f6lelik diyoruz) silkinmeleri i\u00e7in ciddi anlamda zihniyet, vicdan ve ahlak devrimine y\u00f6nelmelerinde tam T\u00fcrkiye ve insanl\u0131k toplumu i\u00e7in yarar vard\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer bu y\u00f6nelme de biraz mesafe ald\u0131klar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek ak\u0131l ve vicdan g\u00f6z\u00fcyle g\u00f6r\u00fcp anlayacaklar ki, K\u00fcrdistan Halk \u00d6nderli\u011finin ve onun hareketinin  serh\u0131ldanlara kalkan K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda f\u0131\u015fk\u0131ran asl\u0131nda insanl\u0131k onurudur. Kendi yata\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fan \u0131rmak misali \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck tutkusudur, insanca ya\u015fama \u0131srar\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla devlet\u00e7i uygarl\u0131k \u00f6ncesi kad\u0131n eksenli demokratik ve kom\u00fcnalite k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn direni\u015fidir. Kendisine reva g\u00f6r\u00fclen k\u00f6leli\u011fi reddedi\u015fidir \u00e7o\u011funun yan\u0131nda bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Yine adil olarak anlayacaklar ki, ba\u015fta kad\u0131n olmak \u00fczere tam ezilen emek\u00e7i kesimleri farkl\u0131 dil, din, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, siyasi anlay\u0131\u015f ve etnik az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ink\u00e2r ve imha siyasetiyle insan yerine koymayarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamak, d\u0131\u015ftalamak her \u00e7e\u015fit s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye tabi tutarak dil yasa\u011f\u0131na kadar vard\u0131ran T\u00fcrk devletinin, bu \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 devlet ter\u00f6r\u00fc me\u015fru g\u00f6r\u00fclemez. Bu ter\u00f6re 90 y\u0131ld\u0131r maruz kalan K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u2019nin direni\u015fi vard\u0131r. Yine anlayacaklar ki, bu kadar zulme u\u011frayan bir toplumun buna itiraz olarak serh\u0131ldana kalkmas\u0131, gen\u00e7lerinin da\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n bile devletin zulm\u00fcn\u00fc uygulayan kolluk g\u00fc\u00e7lerine ta\u015f atmas\u0131nda bir kand\u0131r\u0131lma durumu yoktur. Yani bir halk bu kadar her \u00e7e\u015fit soyk\u0131r\u0131ma tabi tutulursa ve bu uygulamalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na itiraz eden bir hareketin 30-35 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir m\u00fccadelesi bir sava\u015f durumunu, isyan\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6denen ve \u00f6denmekte olan a\u011f\u0131r bir bedel oluyorsa, o zaman K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7lerinin ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n kand\u0131r\u0131lma gibi bir durumu s\u00f6z konusu olamaz zaten\u2026 Bu ger\u00e7ek anla\u015f\u0131lamadan ya\u015fanan olaylar\u0131 yorumlamak ancak sosyal bilim k\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir. Nitekim \u0131srar edilen bu k\u00f6rl\u00fck T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi \u00e7ok tehlikeli bir s\u00fcrece s\u00fcr\u00fcklemektedir, oysa K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7leri ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in dost kim, d\u00fc\u015fman kim netle\u015fmi\u015f bir durumdur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ne yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da biliyorlar. Ne i\u00e7in sava\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilemeyenler ise T\u00fcrk ordusunun K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine sald\u0131\u011f\u0131 askerlerdir, politikac\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. Y\u0131llarca yapay d\u00fc\u015fman kavram\u0131yla vatan-millet-Sakarya edebiyat\u0131yla aldat\u0131lan T\u00fcrk toplumudur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bu zihniyet terk edilmeden emperyalizmin i\u015fbirlik\u00e7ili\u011fine son verilmeden K\u00fcrt sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bug\u00fcn devletin b\u00fct\u00fcn tekrar soyk\u0131r\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131, hukuk d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00e2hil, hukuk devleti ad\u0131na me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rarak savunan  yine T\u00fcrk ordusunun sorununun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in \u201coperasyonlar dursun  \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 egemen devlet \u201ckendi hukukunu \u00e7i\u011fneyemez  diye kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlar sava\u015f\u0131 t\u0131rmand\u0131r\u0131yorlar. T\u00fcrk genelkurmay\u0131, AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmeti ve di\u011fer siyasal partiler, T\u00fcrk medyas\u0131  K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketine \u201csilahlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakmas\u0131n\u0131, K\u00fcrt militanlar\u0131n\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f gruplar\u0131na uygulanan devletsiz hukukuna gelip teslim olmas\u0131n\u0131n gafil beklentisini ya\u015f\u0131yorlar ki, b\u00f6yle bir durum \u00e7ok g\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00e7 olmaktad\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7leri o da\u011flara durup dururken \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Toplumsal ahlak\u0131 bunu gerektirmi\u015ftir. Bilinmeli ki devletin, 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fist darbesinin yapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 1982 anayasas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rne\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, toplumsal uzla\u015fmay\u0131, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt sorununu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sabote etmek pahas\u0131na bile olsa bu hukuk uygulanmak zorundaysa  K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n da d\u00fcnden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze ta\u015f\u0131yarak, K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ve \u00d6nderli\u011fi \u015fahs\u0131nda en zirvede v\u00fccut bulan toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck isteme hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu halk\u0131n ahlak\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmayan T\u00fcrk devleti, kendisinin bile \u00e7o\u011fu zaman darbelerle K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc uygulamalar\u0131yla \u00e7i\u011fnedi\u011fi kendi hukukuna, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131ndan sayg\u0131 ve biat beklemektedir. K\u00fcrt \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n havan toplar\u0131yla, tanklarla, 13 kur\u015funlarla \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, K\u00fcrt k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n fuhu\u015fun i\u00e7ine nas\u0131l sistematik olarak \u00e7ekildi\u011fi, K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7lerinin uyu\u015fturucu ajanl\u0131k batakl\u0131klar\u0131na \u00e7ekilerek toplumun nas\u0131l yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, ahlaks\u0131z b\u0131rak\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n da K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n temeli olan toplumsal ahlak\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ciddi bir sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. Yine gerilla cenazelerine yakla\u015f\u0131m, T\u00fcrk ordusunun medyas\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin ne kadar ahlaki bir \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fcy\u00fc ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve dibe vurdu\u011funu da g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu ko\u015fullarda K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131n\u0131n me\u015fru temelde kendini, halk\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131 ve savunmas\u0131 toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ahlak\u0131n\u0131n ona tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 en do\u011fal ve en me\u015fru hakt\u0131r. Tabi buradan K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131n\u0131 \u201csadist, sava\u015f yanl\u0131s\u0131, ac\u0131mas\u0131z, asker-polis \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten zevk alan bir topluluk  olarak g\u00f6rmek gayri ahlaki bir alg\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin silahl\u0131 muhalefetini t\u00fcm \u00e7abalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen ba\u015fka se\u00e7enek b\u0131rak\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek zorunda kalmas\u0131 bu su\u00e7lamalar\u0131 do\u011frulayamaz. Bu harekete demokratik zeminde toplum i\u00e7inde ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 tan\u0131mayarak da\u011flara \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olan bu devletin ta kendisidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sava\u015fan, rant sa\u011flayan, insanlar\u0131n hayat\u0131na \u00f6nem vermeyen, onlar\u0131 harcayan, karakterinde sadizmi, sapk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131randa bu devletin ve AKP h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin kendisidir. \u015eiddetin artmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ya\u015fanan kay\u0131plar t\u00fcm toplumu, t\u00fcm analar\u0131 yaralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eimdi K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131n\u0131n bu ac\u0131y\u0131 ya\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 m\u0131 san\u0131yorsunuz? B\u00f6yle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen bir ki\u015finin bile insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Yani onurlu bir bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n yollar\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr insanca bir ya\u015fam\u0131n zeminleri vard\u0131 da, K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131 m\u0131 buna gelmedi? Tabi biz 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de uygulanan Diyarbak\u0131r zindan\u0131ndaki vah\u015fete kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015fi bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, bar\u0131\u015f ve ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesi olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyorsan\u0131z e\u011fer bu soru sorulabilir. Bug\u00fcnde T\u00fcrk devletinin bar\u0131\u015ftan anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendi 90 y\u0131ll\u0131k ink\u00e2r ve imha siyasetine son vermek, K\u00fcrt alevi ve di\u011fer farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 iade etmek de\u011fil  imha, ink\u00e2r ile teslimiyet politikalar\u0131na devam etmektir. B\u00f6ylesi bir bar\u0131\u015f alg\u0131lamas\u0131 ger\u00e7ek anlamda toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 tesis edemez. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu realite i\u00e7erisinde K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131 d\u00fcn zindanlarda oldu\u011fu gibi bug\u00fcnde \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in ya\u015fam\u0131 u\u011frunda \u00f6lecek kadar sevmeye devam edecektir. Dayat\u0131lan teslimiyet ve k\u00f6leli\u011fi asla kabul etmeyecek, \u00d6nderliklerinin a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayd\u0131nl\u0131k yolda insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n t\u00fcm toplumsal de\u011ferlerine ve kendi tarihlerinin derinliklerindeki hakl\u0131, me\u015fru olan demokratik kom\u00fcnal k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fcne, kendi ve halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcc\u00fcne dayanarak direnecek, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 \u00e7izgisini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecektir. T\u00fcrk devletine ve \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7evrelerinin K\u00fcrt gerillas\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n fiziki, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel imhas\u0131 \u00fczerinden bu direni\u015f sava\u015f\u0131nda askerlerin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden ac\u0131 duymalar\u0131 da timsah g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131mam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, ta\u015f\u0131mayacakt\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7leri ink\u00e2r ve imha siyaseti y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece esaret bah\u00e7esinde k\u00f6lece ya\u015famak yerine \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn da\u011flar\u0131nda vuru\u015farak \u00f6lmeyi de ye\u011fleyecektir. Dost d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi iyi anlamalar\u0131nda fayda vard\u0131r. <br \/>E\u011fer ya\u015fanan \u00f6l\u00fcmlerden ger\u00e7ekten kayg\u0131 ve ac\u0131 duyuluyorsa, bu ac\u0131 K\u00fcrt gen\u00e7lerinde K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n 90 y\u0131ll\u0131k ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demek zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bedeli de kapsamak zorundad\u0131r.
