K\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00e7ok komple ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken ve ya\u015famsal anlamda korunup geli\u015ftirilmesi gereken bir aland\u0131r. Canl\u0131d\u0131r, toplumsal oland\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc. Toplumun b\u00fct\u00fcn hastal\u0131klar\u0131 da bu durumdan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz toplumu ve insan\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z, hastal\u0131kl\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya k\u00fclt\u00fcrs\u00fcz, yani sanats\u0131z, sporsuz, dilsiz b\u0131rak\u0131larak ya da bu olgular i\u00e7i bo\u015falt\u0131l\u0131p, yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak topluma n\u00fcfuz ettirilmektedir. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada uyanmak ve gerekeni yapmak,\u00a0 be\u015f bin y\u0131ld\u0131r birikip bu g\u00fcnlere gelmi\u015f alg\u0131\u2019y\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirip yeniyi yaratmak \u00e7abas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. <\/p>\n<p>Spor yapan birey veya toplum sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, zinde, psikolojik olarak rahat, kendine g\u00fcvenen, ki\u015filik olarak kendisini yaratm\u0131\u015f bir birey veya toplum olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Spor sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Toplum olarak sosyal, psikolojik, fiziki sa\u011fl\u0131k spor yoluyla kazan\u0131l\u0131r ve korunur. Toplumun gen\u00e7, dinamik kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyarak, ki\u015fisel yetene\u011fi geli\u015ftirerek toplumsal alanda hizmet eder. Yani \u00f6zcesi insan\u0131 e\u011fitir. Toplumsal hi\u00e7bir olgu, anlam verilerek e\u011fitim konusu yap\u0131lmazsa k\u00fclt\u00fcr aln\u0131na giremez. E\u011fitim derken de salt teorik, akademik e\u011fitimden bahsetmiyoruz.\u00a0 Ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6\u011freticili\u011fi, anlam\u0131 ve bu anlamda geli\u015fen k\u00fclt\u00fcrden bahsediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn spor evrensel dil niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan, dinleri, dilleri, sosyal konumlar\u0131 ne olursa olsun halklar\u0131n birbirileriyle ileti\u015fim sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir d\u00fczeye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar\u0131 bir araya getiren, kayna\u015fmay\u0131, tan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ve bunun yan\u0131nda oyun oynamay\u0131, oyundan zevk olarak kat\u0131lmay\u0131 geli\u015ftiren bir zihniyetten uzak, kazanmaya kilitlenmi\u015f ve bunun i\u00e7in her \u015feyi yapabilecek u\u00e7 bir noktadad\u0131r. Toplum i\u00e7in yerine g\u00f6re ve zaman\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re toplumun \u00e7eli\u015fkilerini veya \u00f6zelliklerini yans\u0131tan, d\u00f6nem d\u00f6nem y\u00f6nlendiren pozisyondad\u0131r. \u0130zleyici i\u00e7in zevk veren, milli duygular\u0131 k\u00f6r\u00fckleyen, uluslar\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 izlenimi veren bir olguya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Oynayan, yani sporcu sadece bu emellere alet alarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Spor k\u00fclt\u00fcrle\u015fmenin ya\u015famsal anlamda temel bir \u00f6\u011fesidir. Ortas\u0131ndad\u0131r ya\u015fam\u0131n, tamda i\u00e7inde\u2026 Ya\u015fam\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ele al\u0131r ve tarihsel bak\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu esas \u00fczerinden geli\u015ftirirsek g\u00f6rece\u011fiz ki ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7e \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, \u00f6ncesi sonras\u0131 olmayan tersine bir birileriyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131, birbirini besleyerek, d\u00f6nemsel olarak insan\u0131n ya\u015fam ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ya da normal seyirde devam eden herhangi bir olgudur.\u00a0 \u0130nsan ya\u015fam\u0131 i\u00e7in bir bi\u00e7im, anlay\u0131\u015f bu anlamda k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u015fekilleni\u015fidir. Bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi, \u00fcslubudur.<\/p>\n<p>Ama g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze geldi\u011fimizde i\u015fler hi\u00e7te ba\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gitmemi\u015f, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131, ahlak, ili\u015fkiler anlam\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck tahribatlar ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f, ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sapma denilen olgu bu anlamda kendisini var k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle spor anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ahlaki anlamda dejenere olmu\u015f, yozla\u015fmaya s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmi\u015ftir. Hal b\u00f6yleyken ya\u015fam\u0131n di\u011fer alanlar\u0131n\u0131n durumlar\u0131 daha da iyi de\u011fildir. Ne dedik yukar\u0131da toplumsal ya\u015fam olgular\u0131n\u0131n bir birilerini etkiledi\u011fi, b\u00fct\u00fcn oldu\u011fu ve par\u00e7al\u0131 ele al\u0131nmamas\u0131n\u0131n gerekti\u011fini vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Spor kendi alan\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yozla\u015fmay\u0131 ya\u015farken ya\u015fam\u0131n di\u011fer olgular\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, ahlakl\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc seyir ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek tarihi bir yan\u0131lg\u0131 olur. Hiyerar\u015fik s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 devlet\u00e7i sistemler tarihin her a\u015famas\u0131nda sporu toplumlar \u00fczerinde egemenlik sa\u011flamak ve bu egemenliklerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntemlerin hayat bulmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7layan bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6ntem uygulam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. 19. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, egemenlikli sistem farkl\u0131 k\u0131talarda ve farkl\u0131 bi\u00e7imlerde sporu kendi sistemsel ama\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanmada her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yolu reva g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Sporun etkili bir dil oldu\u011funu ke\u015ffedip, en pervas\u0131z bi\u00e7imde, ahlaktan yoksunla\u015ft\u0131rarak, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yozla\u015fmay\u0131 geli\u015ftirerek, etkili bir toplum k\u0131r\u0131m arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Toplum k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 en \u00e7okta ahlaki ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel anlamda derinle\u015ftirmi\u015f, bu anlamda y\u00f6nelmeyi g\u00f6z\u00fc kara geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. \u015eiddeti k\u00f6r\u00fckleyen, halklar sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 besleyen yan\u0131 da madalyonun di\u011fer y\u00fcz\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p> Bu alan \u00fczerinden toplumun politik ahlaki dokusu parampar\u00e7a edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6ylece kendisi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kan, toplumsal refleksleri duyars\u0131zla\u015fm\u0131\u015f y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar toplulu\u011fu olu\u015fturulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ya\u015fam bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr ve bu \u00e7er\u00e7eveden bakacak olursak hakikati g\u00f6rece\u011fiz.
