Kendi i\u00e7inde hak, adalet ve demokrasiyi de\u011ferini uygulayan bir \u00fclkenin, ba\u015fka &#8230; bir \u00fclkenin ve halk\u0131n\u0131n  hakkaniyetine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterir<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/5521-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tKendi \u00fclkesinde, hakkaniyete de\u011fer vermeyen, ba\u015fka bir \u00fclkenin<br \/>\nhakkaniyetine de de\u011fer vermez. Gerek kendi \u00fclkesine, gerek bir ba\u015fka \u00fclkeye<br \/>\nsayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterme olgusunu uygulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerde stres, gerginlik ve s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fme her<br \/>\nzaman ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir. Ku\u015fkusuz, onur y\u00f6n\u00fcnde e\u015fit olmayan insanlar, ger\u00e7ek<br \/>\ndemokrasiyi hi\u00e7 bir zaman olu\u015fturamazlar.<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>\u201c Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde bir ulusun onuru, ulusu olu\u015fturan insanlar\u0131n onurlu<br \/>\ndavran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla olu\u015fur ve devam eder. \u0130nsan onuruna \u00f6nem vermeyen bireylerden<br \/>\nolu\u015fan bir ulusun her \u015feyin \u00fcst\u00fcnde, soyut temelsiz ulusal onurundan s\u00f6z<br \/>\nedilebilir mi?&#8221; Yani ulusu olu\u015fturan bireyler aras\u0131nda e\u015fit hak ve adalet<br \/>\nsa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131<span>\u00a0 <\/span>taktirde, insanlar aras\u0131nda<br \/>\nolu\u015fan \u00e7eli\u015fkiler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k\u00e7a, kaoslu bir ya\u015fam ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir. \u00c7eli\u015fkiler<br \/>\ninsan ili\u015fkileri aras\u0131nda iti\u015fme ve didi\u015fmeyi de do\u011furur. Bu \u00e7eli\u015fkileri<br \/>\nbilerek yaratanlarda olup bitenleri kolay kolay i\u015fitmemeye bakarlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcre\u00e7 itibari ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki bu \u00e7eli\u015fkiler insanlar<br \/>\naras\u0131 ili\u015fkileri kine, nefrete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. &#8220;Bir ulusun<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi o ulusun kendisi i\u00e7in yapabilece\u011fi i\u015ften kaynaklan\u0131r.<br \/>\nBa\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z stat\u00fcs\u00fcne ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir \u00fclke, kendi i\u00e7inde ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir ulus olma<br \/>\nolgusunu kazanamayanlar,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>kendi<br \/>\nhalklar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 ve hayat\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na almas\u0131 zor oldu\u011fu kadar, ger\u00e7ek<br \/>\ntemel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 da kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131 bir o kadar da zor olur. <span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6z iradesine dayal\u0131 bir ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyenler, eni sonunda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 kal\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 helak olmakla<br \/>\nbir g\u00fcn y\u00fcz y\u00fcze kalmay\u0131 hesaba katmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Helak olmakla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze<br \/>\nkalm\u0131\u015f ve tarihte bu t\u00fcr geli\u015fmelerle tan\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f say\u0131s\u0131z bir\u00e7ok ulus ve \u00fclkenin,<br \/>\ng\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz itibari ile isimleri bile hat\u0131rlanamaz olmu\u015ftur. D\u0131\u015fa dayal\u0131<br \/>\nba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na eri\u015fmi\u015f olanlar\u0131n, her zaman ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu kendini y\u00f6neten<br \/>\ng\u00fc\u00e7lerin istedi\u011fi y\u00f6nde hareket etmek zorunda kalmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Daimi olarak, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa eri\u015fen bir ulusun<br \/>\ng\u00fcc\u00fc, yine kendi i\u00e7inde olu\u015fturdu\u011fu onuru ve sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 birliktelik dinamizmiyle<br \/>\nhayat bulur. Aksi taktirde bu mantaliteden uzak bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n, ba\u015fka<br \/>\nuluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkilerde, taca at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir futbol topu gibi,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>uluslar aras\u0131 topluluklarda her zaman<br \/>\nd\u0131\u015flan\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrdistan her ne kadar emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7ler taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\npar\u00e7alara b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olunsa da, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi de kendi i\u00e7inde par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f, uluslar\u0131<br \/>\nbir arada ya\u015fatmaya mecbur k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve her zaman birbirleriyle \u00e7at\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p,<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi kendisine ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir ulusun bireyleri tekrardan birlikteli\u011fini<br \/>\nsa\u011flayacak en temel unsurlar\u0131ndan, yine kendi i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecekleri ortak<br \/>\nbir mutabakat\u0131n sa\u011flamas\u0131yla olu\u015fabilece\u011fini, iyice idrak etmesi gerekir. Her<br \/>\nbir insan\u0131n, var olan ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131, Hak&#8217;tan ba\u015fka alma hakk\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, her<br \/>\nkes \u00e7ok iyi bilmektedir. Ancak, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 hakk\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131k, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nda hakl\u0131 olarak (zorla) kabul etmek isteme niyetlerinin alt\u0131nda, kendi \u00fcrettikleri<br \/>\ncan al\u0131c\u0131 teknoloji silahlara g\u00fcvenerek politikalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedirler.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Her ne kadar teknoloji silahlar\u0131na g\u00fcvenerek,<br \/>\nzorba politikalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten g\u00fc\u00e7lerin, yine bir g\u00fcn kendi kendilerini yok<br \/>\nedecek g\u00fcn\u00fcn gelece\u011fini de belirtirsek san\u0131r\u0131m yerinde olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">T\u00fcrkiye toplumu bir<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>&#8220;ulus mudur&#8221; sorusu&#8217;na kar\u015f\u0131n ebetteki herkesin kendisine g\u00f6re<br \/>\nbir a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ama bir ger\u00e7eklik vard\u0131r ki, T\u00fcrk toplumu, (ister<br \/>\nkabul edilsin edilmesin)<span>\u00a0 <\/span>bir\u00e7ok etnik<br \/>\ngruplardan olu\u015fan devlettir. Devlet bu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 son y\u0131llarda her ne kadar<br \/>\ndile getirse de, kafalar\u0131 bozuldu\u011funda, eteklerinde toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ta\u015flar\u0131 birer<br \/>\nbirer d\u00f6ker gibi, \u201ctek tekleri  s\u0131ralayarak rest \u00e7ekiyor. Anla\u015f\u0131lam\u0131yor bazen,<br \/>\nbu restleri \u00e7ekti\u011finde, sanki kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda me\u015fhur bir poker kumarc\u0131s\u0131 varm\u0131\u015f<br \/>\ngibi, ha bire resti g\u00f6steriyor. Ne zaman ki, K\u00fcrtler hakl\u0131 olan hakk\u0131n\u0131 dile<br \/>\ngetirdi\u011finde,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>TC. Ba\u015fbakan\u0131, Orgenerali<br \/>\nvd.\u2019leri hemen \u015funu dile getirmektedirler: &#8220;K\u00fcrtlerin hakk\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nverdi\u011fimizde, daha sonra<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Lazlar,<br \/>\n\u00c7erkezler, G\u00fcrc\u00fcler, Bo\u015fnaklar vd.&#8221; de haklar\u0131n\u0131 isteyeceklerdir,<br \/>\nh\u0131r\u00e7\u0131nl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131klamalarla sorunu ge\u00e7i\u015ftirip, bin bir dereden su getirip ortam\u0131<br \/>\nbulan\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Yani ba\u015fkalar\u0131 kendi hakk\u0131n\u0131 istememesi i\u00e7in,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrtlerin kendi hakk\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mesi isteyen devlete , K\u00fcrtler devlete<br \/>\nbug\u00fcn<span>\u00a0 <\/span>s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor  Bo\u015fnak dedi\u011fin<br \/>\ninsanlar\u0131n Bosna \u00fclkeleri var, G\u00fcrc\u00fc dedi\u011fin insanlar\u0131n G\u00fcrcistan \u00fclkesi<span>\u00a0 <\/span>var da,<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>neden K\u00fcrtlerin K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;\u0131 olmas\u0131n? <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ger\u00e7ekliklere kar\u015f\u0131<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>i\u00e7i bo\u015f a\u00e7\u0131klamalarla ger\u00e7eklikleri ge\u00e7i\u015ftirme l\u00fcks\u00fc ortadan kalkm\u0131\u015f bir<br \/>\ns\u00fcreci, art\u0131k k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00f6ng\u00fc y\u00f6ntemlerle avutulup unutturulamaz hale gelmi\u015ftir.<br \/>\n\u00d6te yandan e\u011fer, bir insan gelece\u011fi zemin al\u0131rsa, o zaman s\u00fcrekli gelecek<br \/>\n\u00fczerinde konu\u015fur, planlamaya \u00f6nem verir ve kendini gelecekle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirir.<br \/>\n\u00d6z\u00fcne yabanc\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f insan, psikolojik y\u00f6nden geli\u015femez. Psikolojik y\u00f6nden<br \/>\ngeli\u015fememi\u015f, dengesiz, doyumsuz ve mutsuz insanlardan olu\u015fan toplum kal\u0131pla\u015f\u0131r<br \/>\nve stresli olur. Bu nedenle olu\u015fmam\u0131\u015f sa\u011flam temel de\u011ferlere uymayan<br \/>\nbireylerden olu\u015fan toplumun geli\u015fmesi zamanla durur ve \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f ba\u015flar. E\u011fer bir<br \/>\nulus, bir grup insan  dini, \u0131rk\u0131 ya da genel olarak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc nedeniyle ay\u0131r\u0131r ve<br \/>\nonlara hakkaniyet de\u011ferine ters d\u00fc\u015fen bir uygulama yaparsa, o ulus i\u00e7inde<br \/>\nmevcut bu hakkaniyetsizlik kendini eninde sonunda belirtecektir. Bu belirti<br \/>\ndaha \u00e7ok ayaklanma ve kaos bi\u00e7iminde kendini g\u00f6sterecektir ve t\u00fcm toplum zarar<br \/>\ng\u00f6recektir.  A\u00e7\u0131klama da, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc durumumuzu izah etmektedir. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc var ama<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak kabul ettirmek isteyen anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n, insanlar aras\u0131nda<br \/>\nyabanc\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131, birbirinden uzakla\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>toplum olarak ne kadar birbirine g\u00fcvenmeyen<br \/>\ninsanlardan olu\u015ftu\u011fumuzu art\u0131k kabul etmemiz gerekir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \"><span>\u00a0<\/span>K\u00fcrt sorunu bug\u00fcn<br \/>\nz\u0131pk\u0131n gibi t\u00fcm engelleri delerek herkesi yaralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yarada da kan akmaya<br \/>\ndevam etmektedir. Kan\u0131 durdurmak yaray\u0131 kapatmakla olur ancak. Bunu da<br \/>\nhakkaniyet ve adaleti asl\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>uygulamakla olur. K\u00fcrt sorununa kar\u015f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir ge\u00e7i\u015ftirici politikalarla<br \/>\nzaman a\u015f\u0131m\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131lacak y\u00f6n\u00fc kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaman, derman\u0131 yaraya s\u00fcr\u00fcp kan\u0131<br \/>\ndurdurmay\u0131 zorlamaktad\u0131r. Ac\u0131 ve sanc\u0131 i\u00e7inde k\u0131vran\u0131p onun, bunun derman\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nkabul edemem restiyle, elin tersiyle bertaraf edilerek, hep orda kals\u0131n demeye<br \/>\ngetirilemez. El, ele uzat\u0131lmak istenilmektedir. Bu isteme kar\u015f\u0131 medenice el<br \/>\nuzat\u0131larak K\u00fcrt sorunu hak ve adaleti lay\u0131k\u0131yla vermekle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6z\u00fcyle<br \/>\ntamamlanmak gerekmektedir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Son olarak, T\u00fcrkiye deki \u00e7o\u011fu insanlar, bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrk adaleti<br \/>\ndalalete u\u011fram\u0131\u015f \u015fikayet ediyor. Kime? Birisini birine \u015fikayet etmek zorsa<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye de, o zaman herkes kendi beyinde, ben bu sistemden \u015fikayet\u00e7iyim demeye<br \/>\nkalk\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, zaten su\u00e7luyu bulmak zor olmayacakt\u0131r.
