O y\u00fczden 20.yy.\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda Ermeniler Osmanl\u0131lar i\u00e7in hala \u201cMillet-i sad\u0131ka  (sad\u0131k millet) say\u0131lmaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak 20.yy.\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na do\u011fru gelinirken dengeler h\u0131zla de\u011fi\u015fiyordu. D\u00fcnya pazarlar\u0131n\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131m tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 t\u00fcm siyasal g\u00fcndemi belirliyordu. Olu\u015fan bu gergin siyasal ortamda \u00fczerinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck hesaplar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 Osmanl\u0131 idi. <\/p>\n<p>Sykes-Picot anla\u015fmas\u0131 b\u00f6ylesi bir d\u00f6nemde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti (1916). Fransa ile \u0130ngiltere aras\u0131nda kabul edilen ve Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu&#8217;nu n\u00fcfuz b\u00f6lgelerine ay\u0131ran anla\u015fmaya g\u00f6re \u0130zmir Yunanl\u0131lara, Adana \u0130talyanlara, G\u00fcney Toroslar ve Kuzey Suriye Frans\u0131zlara, Filistin ve Mezopotamya \u0130ngilizlere ve geri kalan yerler -\u0130stanbul da dahil- Ruslara veriliyordu. Osmanl\u0131 i\u00e7in sona giden yol a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 art\u0131k. Ermeniler de bu anla\u015fma gere\u011fince K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7eren \u2018B\u00fcy\u00fck Ermenistan\u2019\u0131 kurabileceklerdi.<\/p>\n<p>1914\u2019te I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Enver Pa\u015fa Sar\u0131kam\u0131\u015f Seferiyle Rusya\u2019ya d\u00f6n\u00fck bir sald\u0131r\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131. Ancak bu sald\u0131r\u0131 h\u00fcsranla sonu\u00e7land\u0131. K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede her yandan sar\u0131lan ve pe\u015fpe\u015fe yenilgiler alan Osmanl\u0131 ordusunun hi\u00e7bir cephede sald\u0131r\u0131 ya da savunma yapacak g\u00fcc\u00fc kalmad\u0131. \u0130\u00e7erde ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131da geli\u015febilecek hi\u00e7bir sald\u0131r\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 koyamaz hale d\u00fc\u015fmesi Ermeni \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 daha yo\u011fun ve yayg\u0131n geli\u015ftirmelerine yol a\u00e7t\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Bunun yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 endi\u015feler ve kayg\u0131lar temelinde 1915 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 25 \u015eubat\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimi t\u00fcm ordu kararg\u00e2hlar\u0131na gizli bir talimat ge\u00e7ti. Bu talimat, `Halep, D\u00f6rtyol ve Kayseri&#8217;de Ermeni y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 faaliyetlerinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ayr\u0131ca bu b\u00f6lgelerde Rus ve Frans\u0131z etkilerinin tespit edildi\u011fi, III. ve IV. Ordu birimlerinin g\u00f6zetim ve emniyet tedbirlerini art\u0131rmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi&#8217; bildirildi. Talimat, ordudaki Ermeni askerlerin `komuta merkezlerinden&#8217; uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7eriyordu.<\/p>\n<p>1915\u2019in Mart ve Nisan aylar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 i\u00e7in ku\u015fatman\u0131n yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 aylar oldu. \u00c7anakkale, Irak ve M\u0131s\u0131r cepheleri a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. 14 Nisan 1915\u2019de Van\u2019da Ermeni isyan\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Van isyan\u0131n\u0131 Bayburt, Erzurum, Do\u011fubayaz\u0131t, Tortum isyanlar\u0131 izledi. Bunun \u00fczerine \u0130ttihat Terakki H\u00fck\u00fcmeti, Casusluk, sabotaj, isyan gibi olaylar\u0131n, komitelerin emir ve talimatlar\u0131yla meydana geldi\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle  Ermeni komitelerinin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, evraklar\u0131na el konulmas\u0131, komite ba\u015fkan ve \u00fcyelerinin tutuklanmas\u0131 ve devletin g\u00fcvencesi i\u00e7in sak\u0131ncal\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclenlerin uygun yerlerde toplanarak, ka\u00e7malar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir karar ald\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Bu karar\u0131n tarihi 24 Nisan&#8217;d\u0131. Bu karar uyar\u0131nca binlerce Ermeni tutukland\u0131. (Sonradan diaspora Ermenileri 24 Nisan 1915 tarihini `Soyk\u0131r\u0131m G\u00fcn\u00fc&#8217; olarak ilan ettiler) As\u0131l tehcir karar\u0131 ise, 27 May\u0131s 1915&#8217;te al\u0131nd\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 maddelik kanun 1 Haziran&#8217;da Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi. Kanun, ordu, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kolordu ve t\u00fcmen komutanl\u0131klar\u0131na, \u201cCasusluk ve hainliklerini hissettikleri b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131 tek tek veya toplu olarak memleketin di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerine g\u00f6nderebilmeleri ve orada tutabilmeleri yetkisini veriyordu. G\u00fcya s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderilecek olanlar Musul ve Suriye&#8217;nin kuzeyindeki b\u00f6lgelere yerle\u015ftirilecek ve sava\u015f sonunda da geri d\u00f6nmeleri sa\u011flanacakt\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>27 May\u0131s 1915&#8217;te al\u0131nan tehcir karar\u0131n\u0131n, uygulamas\u0131na Haziran ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde ba\u015fland\u0131. B\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fclkeye yay\u0131lan tehcir karar\u0131, 15\u201316 ay etkin bir bi\u00e7imde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc ve 4 Ekim 1916&#8217;da fiilen durdu. Tehcir sonunda Osmanl\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131ndan ula\u015f\u0131lan verilere g\u00f6re katledilen Ermeni say\u0131s\u0131 300 bin civar\u0131ndayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ermenileri ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa te\u015fvik edip sonra onlar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131ndan korumayan Bat\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7ler bu durumu kimi ele\u015ftirilerle ge\u00e7irdiler. Ya\u015fanan trajedide Bat\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fu \u00fczerinde kimse durmad\u0131 ve bu trajedi yeri geldi\u011finde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den taviz koparmak i\u00e7in s\u0131k s\u0131k kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 Devleti d\u00fcnyadaki de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecine ayak uyduramad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve bunlardan uzak kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan 17. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan itibaren zay\u0131fla\u00acmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, 20.yy.\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda da \u00e7\u00f6km\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bir enkaz haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesine ra\u011fmen 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131na kadar ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi ise emperyalist devletlerin d\u00fcnya pazarlar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fma m\u00fccadelesi ve bu temelde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen denge politikas\u0131 sonucu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>19. y\u00fczy\u0131l b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6nleriyle Osmanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nin ka\u00acder d\u00f6nemidir. Art\u0131k t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131yla birlikte y\u0131k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum devlet adamlar\u0131n\u0131 ve ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 kurtarma temelinde harekete ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece b\u00fct\u00fcn alanlarda olmakla birlikte \u00f6ncelikle ve esas olarak da askeri alanda yeniliklere giri\u015filmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin Yeni\u00e7eri Oca\u011f\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131larak merkezi otoriteyi kurma hedeflenmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p>Sadece askeri alandaki yenile\u015ftirmelerin ye\u00acterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131nca sivil-idari kurum\u00aclarda da yeniliklere giri\u015filmi\u015ftir. Bu temelde at\u0131lan en dikkate de\u011fer ad\u0131m Tanzimat Ferman\u0131d\u0131r. Tanzimat mutlakiyet\u00e7i y\u00f6netim modelinden me\u015fruti y\u00f6netim modeline ge\u00e7i\u015fi ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra da Me\u015frutiyet ilan edilmi\u015ftir. <\/p>\n<p>Tanzimat Ferman\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k hareketle\u00acrinde bir canlanma meydana getirmi\u015f yine demokratik talepler g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015f bu temelde Kan\u00fbn-i Esasi ilan edilmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrk siyasi ha\u00acyat\u0131nda ilk olarak halk, padi\u015fah yan\u0131nda y\u00f6netime ka\u00act\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131 toplumunda kayna\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flama amac\u0131yla at\u0131lan bu ad\u0131mlar tersi sonu\u00e7lar vermi\u015f, d\u00f6nemin ideolojisi olan milliyet\u00e7ilik Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 kurtarma temelinde at\u0131lan ad\u0131mlarla birlikte t\u00fcm halklar aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131\u011f gibi yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>At\u0131lan ad\u0131mlar\u0131n beklenen sonucu vermedi\u011fini g\u00f6ren II. Abd\u00fclhamit (1876-1909) k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra Me\u015frutiyet D\u00f6nemine son vererek 33 y\u0131l s\u00fcrecek olan \u201c\u0130stibdat d\u00f6nemini  ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>I. Me\u015frutiyet, Osmanl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayan halklar\u0131n kayna\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayamam\u0131\u015f ama ba\u015fta milliyet\u00e7ilik olmak \u00fczere yeni fikirlerin geli\u015fmesi ve olgunla\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7arak Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7alanma s\u00fcrecini h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin zay\u0131flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 devletini kurtarma aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ilk olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctsel bir yap\u0131ya I. Me\u015frutiyet s\u00fcrecinde kavu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Bu geni\u015f tabanl\u0131 olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen, daha \u00e7ok subaylar\u0131n kontrol\u00fcnde olan ve muhalif karakteriyle geli\u015fen \u0130ttihat ve Terakki Partisidir. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130ttihat ve Terakki\u2019nin \u00fclke i\u00e7inde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda etkili bir \u015fekilde ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 muhalefet \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda Me\u015frutiyetin yeniden ilan edilmesine neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131ndan sonra Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 kurtarmak amac\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ak\u0131m\u00aclar\u0131 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131nda ilan edilen II. Me\u015frutiyetle daha da geli\u015fmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 devletinin da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleme ve birli\u011fini korumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ak\u0131mlar\u0131 Os\u00acmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k, Bat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck \u015feklinde grupland\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ak\u0131mlar, I. ve II. Me\u015frutiyet s\u00fcrecinde Osmanl\u0131 devlet y\u00f6netiminde etkili olmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck hareketinin amac\u0131 co\u011frafyada, dil\u00acde, k\u00fclt\u00fcrde, tarihte birlik ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck II. Abd\u00fclhamit devrinde dil, edebiyat ve ta\u00acrih alanlar\u0131nda bir fikir hareketi olarak geli\u015fmi\u015f, Os-manl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k veya \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k gibi bir idare ve siyaset sis\u00actemi haline gelememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle II. Me\u015frutiyet&#8217;in ilan\u0131ndan sonra T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck, \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n da etkisiyle geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu ak\u0131m Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrklerin dil, din ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr de\u011ferleriyle birbirlerine ba\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131, d\u0131\u015far\u0131daki T\u00fcrklerle de bir\u00acle\u015fme yollar\u0131 aranmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yordu. II. Abd\u00fclhamid&#8217;in kurmak istedi\u011fi \u0130slam Birli\u011fi gibi bir T\u00fcrk Birli\u011fi kurma ama\u00e7lan\u0131yordu. Bu temelde bir yandan di\u011fer halklar tehcir ve tedip politikalar\u0131na u\u011frat\u0131l\u0131rken, Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Asya\u2019n\u0131n \u201car\u0131nd\u0131rma  siyasetine tabi tutulmas\u0131 politikalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Bu temelde 1914-1918 aras\u0131nda Ermeni katliam\u0131 ve Rum halk\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc geli\u015ftirildi. Yine Enver pa\u015fa ile an\u0131lan ve Allahuekber Da\u011flar\u0131nda 80 bin Osmanl\u0131 askerinin so\u011fuktan k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Rus seferi de bu T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc zihniyetin bir sonucu olarak geli\u015fti. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn savunucular\u0131 Ziya G\u00f6kalp, M. Emin Yurdakul, \u00d6mer Seyfeddin gibi yazarlard\u0131. \u0130lk kez Ziya G\u00f6kalp T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sistemli ifadeye kavu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturan halklar\u0131n milliyet\u00e7iliklerini T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fini geli\u015ftirerek etkisizle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 bu ak\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6zellikle de ittihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n paradoksu olarak geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. A\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r ki bu di\u011fer milliyet\u00e7ilikleri etkisizle\u015ftirmek bir yana daha da geli\u015fmelerine yol a\u00e7maktan \u00f6te bir sonu\u00e7 vermemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ak\u0131m\u0131 olu\u015fturanlar II. Me\u015frutiyet&#8217;in ilan\u0131ndan \u00f6nce abart\u0131l\u0131 bir milliyet\u00e7ilik i\u00e7ine girmi\u015fler ve Pant\u00fcrkizm (Turanc\u0131l\u0131k) gibi t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyadaki T\u00fcrkleri bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu temelde siyasete askeri temelde m\u00fcdahale eden, siyasi ve askeri sorumluluk almadan siyaseti y\u00f6nlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar daha sonra T\u00fcrkiye cumhuriyeti her zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda siyasete m\u00fcdahale eden T\u00fcrk ordusunun da temel ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zihniyeti yaratm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Milliyet fikrinin etkisiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck, bi\u00ac\u00e7im de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f, Turanc\u0131l\u0131ktan Misak-\u0131 Milli esaslar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ferek, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nin temel ideolojisi olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Siyasete ordu eliyle m\u00fcdahale<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u0130dari ve siyasi sorumluluk almadan siyaseti y\u00f6nlendirme<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Askeri darbe, siyasi \u015fantaj, r\u00fc\u015fvet yoluyla iktidar\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irme<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Se\u00e7imlere hile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Korkular yaratarak izledikleri bask\u0131c\u0131 katliamc\u0131 politikalara me\u015fruiyet yaratma<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Uluslar aras\u0131 ittifaklara yaslanarak i\u00e7erdeki muhalefeti ezme ve kaybettiklerini kazanma<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kendini devletin ve milletin sahibi g\u00f6rme<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Di\u011fer halklar\u0131n mallar\u0131na el koyarak, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn ve katliam politikalar\u0131yla T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirmeyi geli\u015ftirerek devleti kurtarmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 G\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc bas\u0131n yaratarak kamuoyunu dezenforme etme<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Faili me\u015fru cinayetlerle muhalifleri ortadan kald\u0131rma<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar \u0130ttihat ve terakkinin T\u00fcrkiye cumhuriyeti devletine b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 siyasal mirast\u0131r. Bu miras\u0131n izlerini her tarihsel d\u00f6nemde g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelesinin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 15 A\u011fustos 1984\u2019ten itibaren y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen politikalara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yukar\u0131da s\u0131ralanan t\u00fcm y\u00f6ntemlerin K\u00fcrt \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelesi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda zorlanan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/p>\n<p>Son s\u00fcre\u00e7te art\u0131k \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc herkes\u00e7e g\u00f6r\u00fclen ulus-devlette ayak diretilmesi, 20.y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u015fekillenen b\u00f6lge ve d\u00fcnya sistemini koruma \u00e7abalar\u0131, inkar ve imha politikas\u0131nda \u0131srar, gerici ittifaklar ve maceralara girerek K\u00fcrt sorunu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda zorlanan T\u00fcrkiye cumhuriyetini kurtarma aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 tam da \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 bir siyasal gelene\u011fe i\u015faret etmektedir. <\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 zihniyetin temsilcileri \u201cErmenilerden kurtul, Osmanl\u0131\u2019y\u0131 kurtar  yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 benimseyen \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar gibi \u201cK\u00fcrtlerden kurtul T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi kurtar  yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7inde K\u00fcrtler \u00fczerinde katliam ve g\u00f6\u00e7ertme se\u00e7eneklerini tart\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Say\u0131n Abdullah \u00d6calan bu konuya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda tarih-g\u00fcncel ili\u015fkisini \u00e7ok net bir bi\u00e7imde kurmakta buna kar\u015f\u0131 duru\u015fun halklar\u0131m\u0131z ad\u0131na \u00f6nemine vurgu yapmaktad\u0131r  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBunlar ayn\u0131 Envercilerin, \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n Osmanl\u0131ya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi y\u0131kmak \u00fczeredirler, fark\u0131nda de\u011filler. Atat\u00fcrk gibi ciddi bir devlet adam\u0131 olsayd\u0131 veya T\u00fcrkiye tarihinde baz\u0131 ciddi devlet adamlar\u0131 gibi ki\u015filer olsayd\u0131 bu sorunu \u015fimdi \u00e7\u00f6zerdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda i\u00e7inde bulunulan durum, Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 Sonras\u0131 d\u00f6neme benzemektedir. O zaman \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar yanl\u0131\u015f politikalar\u0131yla Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne neden oldular. \u015eimdi de bu zihniyetin temsilcileri T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi par\u00e7alanmaya do\u011fru g\u00f6t\u00fcrmektedir. Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te Mustafa Kemal, \u0130ttihat ve Terakkicileri tasfiye etmi\u015f, ak\u0131lc\u0131 davran\u0131p K\u00fcrtlere dayanarak Cumhuriyeti kurabilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Bug\u00fcn de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin K\u00fcrtlere dayanmaktan ba\u015fka \u015fans\u0131 yoktur.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de fa\u015fizm k\u00f6r\u00fcklenir sorun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fcz kal\u0131rsa daha tehlikeli \u015feyler ya\u015fan\u0131r. Ba\u015fkalar\u0131 da ittihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ermeni katliam\u0131 gibi bir K\u00fcrt katliam\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kald\u0131ramayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat bunlar\u0131n fikirlerinin hayat bulmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Daha \u00f6nce de d\u00f6rt milyona yak\u0131n K\u00fcrt, yerlerinden edildi, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlere s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. \u015eimdi de \u0130kinci Ermeni tehcirine benzer bir plan K\u00fcrtler i\u00e7in tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu durum Ermeni katliam\u0131na benzer bir tablo ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r.
