Yoksa toplumu ayd\u0131nlatma ve yakla\u015f\u0131k yirmi be\u015f<br \/>\ny\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcren ac\u0131lar\u0131 sarma ama\u00e7l\u0131 de\u011fil. \u00d6yle olsayd\u0131 devlet ad\u0131na kirli<br \/>\nfaaliyetler y\u00fcr\u00fcten ve binlerce masum insan\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden olan ekibin<br \/>\nF\u0131rat\u2019\u0131n do\u011fusunda i\u015fledi\u011fi cinayetlerin ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131 soru\u015fturman\u0131n temel<br \/>\namac\u0131 olurdu. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Maalesef bak\u0131yoruz, devletten ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 vesayetle K\u00fcrtleri en<br \/>\nzalim y\u00f6ntemlerle katleden ve kendilerini devlet i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 bir devlet gibi<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctleyenler sadece bir iktidardan ho\u015fnutsuz oldular diye yarg\u0131lan\u0131yorlar.<br \/>\n\u00dcstelik onlara bu vesayeti veren ve onlar\u0131 en tepeden y\u00f6netenlerin hi\u00e7birinden<br \/>\nhaber bile yok. Peki, temiz bir toplum ve demokratik bir siyaset yaratma iddias\u0131nda<br \/>\nolanlar, bu soru\u015fturmayla 17 bin 5 y\u00fcz faili me\u00e7hul cinayeti ve 4 bin civar\u0131nda<br \/>\nk\u00f6y\u00fcn yak\u0131l\u0131p y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n nedenlerini ve faillerini ayd\u0131nlatabilecekler<br \/>\nmi?<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Yerinden yurdundan g\u00f6\u00e7 etmeye<br \/>\nzorlanan milyonlarca insan\u0131n y\u0131llarca ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131na bir izah getirebilecekler<br \/>\nmi? G\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn, T\u00fcrkiye toplumunun hemen hemen hepsi \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 siyasal,<br \/>\nekonomik, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve psikolojik tahribatlar\u0131 tamir edebilecekler mi?<br \/>\nYak\u0131lan y\u00fcz binlerce d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck ormanl\u0131k alanlar\u0131 geri getirebilecekler mi? En \u00f6nemlisi<br \/>\nde bu sava\u015fta \u00e7ocu\u011funu kaybeden annelerin vicdan\u0131n\u0131 rahatlatabilecekler mi? <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Son d\u00f6nemlerde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve huzurun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in<br \/>\ndevletin yanl\u0131\u015f uygulamalar\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131p ya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6\u00e7 etmi\u015f ya da da\u011fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f insanlar i\u00e7in \u2018af\u2019 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Fakat kim kimi af ediyor.<br \/>\nMa\u011fdur ancak affedebilir. Ma\u011fdur olan devlet midir? Ergenekon soru\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nsat\u0131r aralar\u0131 bunun b\u00f6yle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Tam tersine, Abd\u00fclkadir Aygan ve<br \/>\nY\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Be\u011fler gibi bir\u00e7ok J\u0130TEM eleman\u0131n\u0131n itiraflar\u0131na g\u00f6re, PKK ad\u0131na bir<br \/>\nsu\u00e7 i\u015flenmi\u015fse devlet ad\u0131na onlarca cinayet ve su\u00e7 i\u015flendi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<br \/>\nYakla\u015f\u0131k yirmi be\u015f y\u0131l boyunca devlet ad\u0131na K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da Hizbullah ve J\u0130TEM<br \/>\ngibi kirli sava\u015f y\u00f6ntemlerinden tutal\u0131m, halk\u0131 a\u00e7l\u0131kla terbiye etmeye, s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z<br \/>\ni\u015fkence uygulamalar\u0131na, psikolojik sava\u015f y\u00f6ntemlerine kadar her \u015fey uyguland\u0131.<br \/>\nDevlet PKK\u2019 ye af \u00e7\u0131karal\u0131m diye bilir, ama devletin yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kim<br \/>\naffedecek? <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fananlar\u0131 belki rakamlarla ifade etmek fazla<br \/>\nbir anlam ta\u015f\u0131mayabilir. \u0130\u015fkence, kaybedilme, g\u00f6\u00e7ertme ve s\u00fcrekli \u00f6l\u00fcm, a\u00e7l\u0131k<br \/>\nkorkusu alt\u0131nda tutulan insanlar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fi sorgulayamamas\u0131 ve bu sorgulama<br \/>\n\u00fczerinden gelece\u011fini g\u00fcvenle kurma duygusunu ya\u015fayamamas\u0131 di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde<br \/>\noldu\u011fu gibi K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da da \u00f6nemle ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken bir konudur. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Di\u011fer yandan s\u00fcrekli ger\u00e7e\u011fi bilmeden hep birilerini<br \/>\nsu\u00e7layan egemen ulus k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 aldat\u0131lm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k duygusu da ciddi bir<br \/>\nsorun olmaktad\u0131r. En basit bir \u00f6rnek olarak  K\u00fcrtler bu topraklar\u0131n esas halk\u0131<br \/>\nolmas\u0131na ve T\u00fcrkler bu co\u011frafyaya yakla\u015f\u0131k bin y\u0131ld\u0131r gelmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen<br \/>\ncumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde verilen tarih bilincinde durum tersine \u00e7evrildi\u011fi gibi<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkler art\u0131k K\u00fcrtlerden habersiz bir halk haline gelmi\u015fti. Geli\u015fen K\u00fcrt<br \/>\n\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin sonucunda K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeniden kabul edilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131.<br \/>\nHalbuki T\u00fcrkler, K\u00fcrtlerle \u00c7anakkale\u2019de, Sar\u0131kam\u0131\u015f\u2019ta, Yemen\u2019de, en sonda<br \/>\nKurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda omuz omuza sava\u015f\u0131rken, birbirlerinin stratejik dostlar\u0131<br \/>\nolduklar\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmi\u015flerdi. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Cumhuriyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda dostluk i\u00e7inde, birbirini<br \/>\ntan\u0131yarak ya\u015fam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Fakat bir anda 1925\u2019ten sonra K\u00fcrtler yok oldular.<br \/>\n\u0130nkar edildiler. K\u00fcrtler T\u00fcrklere unutturuldu. Aradan yakla\u015f\u0131k seksen y\u0131l<br \/>\nge\u00e7tikten sonra devlet yeniden K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 itiraf etti. Bu durum T\u00fcrk<br \/>\nhalk\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi bir problemdir. Yani seksen y\u0131l kand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, yalan<br \/>\n\u00fczerine kurulu bir tarih anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla yeti\u015ftirildi\u011finin g\u00f6stergesidir. Bu durum<br \/>\nbile ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tarihiyle y\u00fczle\u015fme ve hakikatlerle tan\u0131\u015fma<br \/>\nnedenidir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bir yandan g\u00fcvensizlik, di\u011fer yandan su\u00e7lay\u0131c\u0131 ve inkarc\u0131<br \/>\npozisyonda olmak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir sava\u015f zemini anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu zemin b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\nkatliamlar\u0131n ve halklar aras\u0131 sava\u015flar\u0131n gizli g\u00fcc\u00fc olurken <span>\u00a0 <\/span>sava\u015f rant\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in de bulunmaz f\u0131rsatlar<br \/>\nyaratmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcvensizlik, adalet yoksunlu\u011fu, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k ve yoksulluk zemininin<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131larak kurutulmas\u0131 bir toplumun kendini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmesi i\u00e7in bir<br \/>\nzorunluluktur. Bunlardan kurtulu\u015fun yolu hakikatler ile y\u00fczle\u015fmekten<br \/>\nge\u00e7mektedir. T\u00fcrkiye de ge\u00e7mi\u015fte bir tak\u0131m kutsall\u0131klar, zorunluluklar,<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n zul\u00fcm ve bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 neden g\u00f6stererek, insan haklar\u0131 ihlallerine<br \/>\ndireni\u015f kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 elbisesini giydirdi. Bedenin \u00e7\u0131plak g\u00fczelli\u011fi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne<br \/>\nserilmeden y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ilerde daha ciddi problemleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\n<p class=\" \">Topluma verdi\u011fi maddi zararlar\u0131n haricinde, can kay\u0131plar\u0131na<br \/>\nneden olan ve toplumu kand\u0131rma temelinde y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak kendine kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\ng\u00fcvensizle\u015ftiren bir devletin kendini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirlik d\u00fczeyi ancak halk\u0131na<br \/>\nyeniden g\u00fcven vermekle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Buda kendini ma\u011fdur yerine koyarak, \u2018af<br \/>\nediyorum\u2019 demekle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u00dcstelik T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki sava\u015f\u0131n tek ma\u011fduru toplumdur.<br \/>\nG\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 dinmeyen analard\u0131r. Birilerini cezaland\u0131racaksa da, affedecekse de<br \/>\nancak onlar yapabilir. Onlar\u0131n vicdan\u0131 rahatlat\u0131lmadan toplumsal bar\u0131\u015f ve<br \/>\ndemokrasi gelmez.
