Beni b\u00f6yle a\u011f\u0131r sarsan \u015fey, egemen erke\u011fin<br \/>\ntoplumun t\u00fcm h\u00fccrelerine ak\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn en son Siirt\u2019te ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olan son vah\u015feti  k\u00f6rpecik yedi k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funun saf, temiz, pembe<br \/>\nhayallerinin kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 o b\u00fcy\u00fck vah\u015fet. Evet, Siirt\u2019te yedi k\u0131z<br \/>\n\u00e7ocu\u011funun 100 cani taraf\u0131ndan tecav\u00fcze u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya u\u011frat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 vah\u015fetten<br \/>\nbahsediyorum. Devletin \u00f6teki y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bahsediyorum asl\u0131nda. Eril sistemden,<br \/>\nerkek egemen toplumdan bahsediyorum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kumanda merkezi<br \/>\ndevletin kendisidir  zira cinselli\u011fi ve bunun i\u00e7inde tecav\u00fcz\u00fc, kendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme alan\u0131 olarak ele alan erke\u011fin besin kayna\u011f\u0131 ve me\u015fruiyet<br \/>\nkalkan\u0131, elbette ki iktidar\u0131n en yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi olan devlettir. Devlet<br \/>\nkendi iktidar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fiddet yoluyla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, iktidar ve \u015fiddet olgular\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nda toplumsal alanda yayarak, iktidar\u0131n\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Devletin bu<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekli\u011fi erkekte de cinsel \u015fiddet (tecav\u00fcz, taciz vs.) yoluyla iktidar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme \u015feklinde geli\u015fmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o vah\u015feti ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren 100<br \/>\ncani, bunu yaln\u0131zca erkek olarak de\u011fil, devletin ve sistemin kendisi olarak<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015flerdir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Elbette ki Siirt olay\u0131 ne bir ilk nede bir sondur. Zira<br \/>\nyukar\u0131da da de\u011findi\u011fim \u00fczere, kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr s\u00f6z konusudur. Bir tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u2026 Bunun anlam\u0131<br \/>\nise, toplumsal ahlak\u0131n (insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n) \u00f6l\u00fcm koyusunda \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131nmas\u0131 hatta can \u00e7eki\u015fmesidir.<br \/>\n\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc toplumsal ahlak\u0131n besin kayna\u011f\u0131 kad\u0131nd\u0131r, kad\u0131n sezgiselli\u011fidir.<br \/>\nDolay\u0131s\u0131yla tecav\u00fcz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc derken, b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fczelliklerin, maneviyat\u0131n ve en y\u00fcce<br \/>\ntoplumsal de\u011ferlerin, erke\u011fin o iki bacak aras\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nla\u011f\u0131m\u0131nda, hunharca kirletilmekte oldu\u011funu kastediyorum. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu durum kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki \u00f6fkemi hayk\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bilin\u00e7li olarak<br \/>\nen adi kelimeleri se\u00e7meye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131msa da, ne yaz\u0131k ki Siirt\u2019teki \u00e7irkinli\u011fin<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcn o adi kelimelerin ba\u015f\u0131 dik kald\u0131. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin dahi insan\u0131n<br \/>\nt\u00fcylerini \u00fcrpertti\u011fi bu vah\u015fet kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, birde k\u00f6rpecik \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\ntravmay\u0131, y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131, korkuyu ve \u00e7aresizli\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebiliyor musunuz? Art\u0131k b\u00fct\u00fcn<br \/>\nsorular\u0131n cevab\u0131 onlar i\u00e7in anlams\u0131z olacak. Art\u0131k bir \u015feyleri anlama \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nvermeyecek, anlaman\u0131n veya anlam\u0131n heyecan\u0131n\u0131 duymayacaklard\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">B\u00f6ylesi bir insanl\u0131k ger\u00e7e\u011fiyle birlikte ya\u015f\u0131yor olman\u0131n,<br \/>\nnefes alman\u0131n verdi\u011fi bu b\u00fcy\u00fck utan\u00e7, b\u00fct\u00fcn benli\u011fimi hi\u00e7le\u015ftiriyor. Yaln\u0131zca<br \/>\nkad\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131m de\u011fil, t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m eziliyor bu utanc\u0131n alt\u0131nda. Ve birilerine<br \/>\nbaba, a\u011fabey, amca, day\u0131 veya erkek arkada\u015f-yolda\u015f demek, art\u0131k g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e<br \/>\ndaha da zorla\u015f\u0131yor benim i\u00e7in. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da da sistemin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kirli sava\u015f\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ma\u011fduru K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nkad\u0131nlar\u0131d\u0131r. Ya\u015fanan sava\u015f ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde, neredeyse her an devletin<br \/>\ncinsel istismar\u0131na maruz kalan K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131, s\u00fcrekli bir tecav\u00fcz durumunu<br \/>\nya\u015famaktad\u0131r. Hatta son d\u00f6nemde BDP\u2019li kad\u0131nlar\u0131n u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 polis tacizleri ve<br \/>\nen son Siirt\u2019te ya\u015fanan vah\u015fet, devletin K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck bu \u00e7irkin<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelimini, daha da a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Ancak 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k m\u00fccadele<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermi\u015ftir ki, devletin t\u00fcm bu y\u00f6nelimlerine ra\u011fmen K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131, erkek<br \/>\negemen sistemin \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131-fa\u015fist zihniyetine kar\u015f\u0131 verdi\u011fi m\u00fccadeleden<br \/>\nvazge\u00e7meyecek, aksine Zilanlarla, Semalarla, Beritanlarla ve Viyanlarla<br \/>\nta\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015f olan direni\u015fini daha da y\u00fckseltecektir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Siirt vah\u015fetinin<br \/>\nyaln\u0131zca ideolojik olarak de\u011fil, siyasal olarak da devletle ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funun,<br \/>\nhatta bizzat devlet taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011finin iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve buna<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok ciddi bir toplumsal refleksin geli\u015ftirilmesi gerekir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ayr\u0131ca bu son Siirt vah\u015fetiyle, devletin \u2018KARDELENLER\u2019 gibi,<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131, okutturma ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda sistem ger\u00e7ekli\u011fine \u00e7ekme<br \/>\nprojelerinin de, esas\u0131n\u0131n asl\u0131nda ne oldu\u011fu art\u0131k \u00e7ok daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt analar\u0131 art\u0131k bu gibi projelerin, K\u00fcrt k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ocuk hayallerini ve<br \/>\n\u00e7ocuk g\u00fcl\u00fc\u015flerini kirletmesine izin vermeyecektir ve kanmayacakt\u0131r. Zira<br \/>\n\u2018KARDELENLER\u2019 a\u011flayan g\u00fcl\u00fc\u015flere ve kirlenen hayallere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Ama art\u0131k her K\u00fcrt<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131 kendi evini, sistemin yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve ahlaks\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na<br \/>\nkar\u015f\u0131, birer okula d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecektir. Bu evlerde eril sisteme kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nbilin\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f k\u0131zlar yeti\u015ftirilecek. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 i\u00e7in<br \/>\nSiirt vah\u015fetinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken en b\u00fcy\u00fck ders budur. Aksi halde devletin<br \/>\nvah\u015fetine maruz kalan bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131z, bu defa da bu vah\u015fetten hi\u00e7<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden onlar\u0131 sorumlu tutabilecek bir ba\u015fka vah\u015fetin, yani namus<br \/>\ncanilerinin ma\u011fduru olabilirler. Bu durumun da geli\u015febilme ihtimalini g\u00f6z<br \/>\n\u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak, anneler, kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 daha<br \/>\nduyarl\u0131 olmal\u0131 ve aileleri devletten hesap istemeye, hatta bu duruma kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\nyeniden toplumsal ahlak\u0131n i\u015fletilmesine yani ahlaki uygulamalar\u0131n geli\u015fmesine<br \/>\n\u00e7abalamal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Zira Siirt vah\u015feti, halk mahkemelerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi<br \/>\nkonusunun \u00f6nemini bir kez daha g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermi\u015ftir. Nitekim bu ve benzeri<br \/>\nsu\u00e7lar devlete de\u011fil topluma kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenmektedir ve bu su\u00e7u i\u015fleyen de bizzat<br \/>\ndevlettin kendisidir. O halde su\u00e7u i\u015fleyen devletten kendi kendisini<br \/>\ncezaland\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemek g\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00e7 olur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenen bu<br \/>\nve benzeri su\u00e7lar\u0131 yarg\u0131lamas\u0131 ve buna kar\u015f\u0131 bir uygulamaya gitmesi gereken<br \/>\ntoplumun kendisidir. Ayr\u0131ca toplumun kendisinin olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 halk mahkemelerinin,<br \/>\nbu gibi toplumsal su\u00e7lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok daha fazla olaca\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nmuhakkakt\u0131r. Zira hi\u00e7bir g\u00fcc\u00fcn, toplum ve toplumsal ahlak kadar cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\nolamaz.
