Birincisi etnik yap\u0131lar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rma ve azaltma,  ikincisi de onlar\u0131 yasalla\u015ft\u0131rma ve y\u00f6netmedir.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3306-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p><font size=\"5\"><strong>Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki Etnik Yap\u0131lara\u00a0 Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Psikolojik Sava\u015f<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p>Etnik yap\u0131ya sahip \u00fclke rejimleri, etnik sorunlarla m\u00fccadele edebilmek i\u00e7in iki \u00f6nemli strateji uygularlar. Birincisi etnik yap\u0131lar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rma ve azaltma,\u00a0 ikincisi de onlar\u0131 yasalla\u015ft\u0131rma ve y\u00f6netmedir. Rejimler bu stratejiyi uygularken, psikolojik sava\u015f ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 topyek\u00fbn kullan\u0131rlar. Bunlar i\u00e7erisinde en yayg\u0131n rejim stratejisi, istenmeyen az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi veya toplu katliamlard\u0131r. Bir di\u011fer bilinen y\u00f6ntem ise, etnik yap\u0131y\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan, bask\u0131n toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7inde asimle ederek,\u00a0 daha homojen bir ulus kurmakt\u0131r. Kurduklar\u0131 d\u00fczenli ordularla farkl\u0131 etnik yap\u0131lardaki insanlar\u0131n askere al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve burada uygulanan askeri e\u011fitimlerle, etnik gruplar\u0131n ve ki\u015filerin tek bir ulus, bayrak alt\u0131nda toplanmalar\u0131,\u00a0 askerlerin bask\u0131n dili olan egemen ulus dilini kullanmalar\u0131 sonucunu yaratm\u0131\u015f, bu politikalar uzun vadede etnik yap\u0131lar \u00fczerinde asimilasyona neden olmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer olgu ise,\u00a0 din fakt\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr. Etnik yap\u0131lar \u00fczerinde asimilasyon politikas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u0130slami rejimler,\u00a0 \u00fclkelerinde etnik veya M\u00fcsl\u00fcman-dini az\u0131nl\u0131klar oldu\u011funu \u015fiddetle reddederler. Bunun sonucu olarak da,\u00a0 onlara \u00f6zel bir hak vermeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmezler. Bu talepleri \u00fclke rejimini zay\u0131flatmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u201cemperyalist bir tuzak  olarak de\u011ferlendirirler ve dini duygular\u0131 bu \u015fekilde istismar ederler. \u0130ran, Suriye ve T\u00fcrkiye gibi ulus devlet rejimleri,\u00a0 dini duygularla birlikte ba\u015fka asimilasyon politikalar\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 uygulayarak,\u00a0 K\u00fcrtlerin kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrleriyle, kendilerini ifade etmesini psiko-\u015fiddet y\u00f6ntemleriyle engellemi\u015flerdir. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Fas ve Cezayir\u2019de benzeri uygulamalar\u0131,\u00a0 Berberi az\u0131nl\u0131klar \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek onlar\u0131 Arapla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p><font size=\"5\"><strong>K\u00fcrtlere Kar\u015f\u0131 Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Psikolojik Sava\u015f<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p>Tarih i\u00e7inde K\u00fcrt halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi,\u00a0 tarihsel,\u00a0 co\u011frafik,\u00a0 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir anlam ifade eder. Ya\u015fanan a\u011f\u0131r tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve bunlar neticesinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tahribatlar K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n,\u00a0 kendi kaderini,\u00a0 egemenlerin eline b\u0131rakmas\u0131na, beyinlerin formatlanarak teslimiyet duygusunun benliklerde ya\u015fanmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Bir\u00e7ok nesil y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen psikolojik sava\u015flar\u0131n etkisiyle \u015fekillenmi\u015flerdir. Son y\u0131llarda, K\u00fcrd\u00fcn ya\u015fam ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi haline getirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan, din hik\u00e2yeleri, melek-\u015feytan, cennet-cehennem vb. kavramlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda, tehdit, te\u015fhir, t\u00f6hmet gibi kavramlar da K\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 uygulanan ideolojik sava\u015f kavramlar\u0131 haline gelmi\u015ftir. K\u00f6y kavgalar\u0131, a\u015firet kavgalar\u0131, kan davalar\u0131 ve kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu \u00f6zel-psikolojik sava\u015f\u0131n bir sonucudur.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu par\u00e7al\u0131l\u0131k, egemen sistemlerin y\u00f6nelimlerine kar\u015f\u0131 irade sahibi olamama, s\u00fcrekli ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f vatanda\u015f muamelesi g\u00f6rmesini beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla K\u00fcrtler tarihten bu yana hep y\u00f6netilen psikolojisini ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f, bu ruh haliyle egemen sitemler i\u00e7inde eriyerek sistemlerin en iyi savunucular\u0131 ve koruyucular\u0131 olmu\u015flard\u0131r.\u00a0 K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan, \u201cK\u00fcrt kendi d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131na sevdal\u0131d\u0131r.  s\u00f6z\u00fc bununla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0 \u00d6zel politikalarla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen psikolojik sava\u015f sonucu K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 kendi toplumsal de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015f ve kimliksizli\u011fi tarih boyunca bir kader olarak ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu durum uygulanan s\u00fcrg\u00fcn, asimilasyon, fiziksel ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel katliam gibi \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur. K\u00fcrt do\u011farken \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f,\u00a0 bu a\u015famadan sonra egemen zihniyetlerin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek dil, tek millet politikalar\u0131yla, horlanan, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenen, alay edilen \u00a0 kendinden utanan ve kendine yabanc\u0131la\u015fan bir konuma getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Resmi ideolojiler, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 yat\u0131l\u0131 okullarda, egemen k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip olan, onun diliyle konu\u015fan ve istedikleri \u015fekilde y\u00f6n verebilen yeni bir nesil yaratmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Konf\u00fc\u00e7y\u00fcs\u2019\u00fcn : &#8220;Bir toplumu bat\u0131rmak isteyenler o toplumun dilini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bozmakla i\u015fe ba\u015flarlar.&#8221; s\u00f6z\u00fc, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na uygulanan ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde ifade etmektedir.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrtlere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131yla uygulanan k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve kimlik katliam\u0131 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e K\u00fcrd\u00fcn belle\u011finde iz b\u0131rakan bir durum haline gelmi\u015f,\u00a0 psikolojik-ruhsal bozukluklara ba\u011fl\u0131 ba\u015fkala\u015f\u0131mlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen beyinlerin dumura u\u011frat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan ger\u00e7ekli\u011finde,\u00a0 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek, do\u011frular\u0131 bulmak ve bunlar\u0131 ifade etmek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir su\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve beyinler ele ge\u00e7irilerek var olanlar bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutulmu\u015ftur. <\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn gelinen a\u015famada,\u00a0 s\u00fcper g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak kendisini niteleyen ABD\u2019de,\u00a0 ge\u00e7mi\u015fte di\u011fer egemenlerin K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na dayatt\u0131klar\u0131 politikalar\u0131 g\u00fcncelleyerek, sahte \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck vaatleriyle kendi K\u00fcrd\u00fcn\u00fc yaratmay\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir hedef olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu ama\u00e7la K\u00fcrd\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemati\u011fini hedef alarak, kendi istemlerine g\u00f6re \u015fekillendirmi\u015f,\u00a0 Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ki di\u011fer gerici g\u00fc\u00e7lere kar\u015f\u0131 ma\u015fa olarak kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na y\u0131llard\u0131r empoze edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan \u201cegemenlere dayanmadan kendi ba\u015f\u0131na ba\u015faramazs\u0131n  psikolojisi,\u00a0 \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerin i\u015fbirlik\u00e7isi olmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.\u00a0 Kendi iradesine dayanarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen-uygulayan de\u011fil, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcklerine uyan-uygulayan konumunun \u0131srarl\u0131 savunucusu olmay\u0131 ama\u00e7 edinmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrd\u00fc,\u00a0 K\u00fcrt\u2019ten daha iyi tan\u0131yan egemen g\u00fc\u00e7ler, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz yanlar\u0131 tespit ederek egemenliklerini bunlar \u00fczerinden s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdir. <\/p>\n<p>Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan bu \u00f6l\u00fc K\u00fcrt ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcp kabullenmeyen K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan olmu\u015ftur. Bu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f, y\u0131llard\u0131r K\u00fcrtler \u00fczerinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6ylece K\u00fcrt, PKK \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir dirili\u015fi ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen topyek\u00fbn sava\u015f\u0131n boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131p bilinmesi ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ger\u00e7eklerin topluma aktar\u0131lmas\u0131yla ya\u015fanan bilin\u00e7lenme, psikolojik sava\u015f\u0131n boyutlar\u0131n\u0131-etkisini daha fazla anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r hale getirmi\u015ftir.
