T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin K\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmemekte midir? DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7etelerinin arkas\u0131nda bulunan g\u00fc\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk s\u0131rada geldi\u011fi halen g\u00f6r\u00fclmemekte midir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lekolin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/3935-1.jpg\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tDA\u0130\u015e \u00e7etelerinin Koban\u00ea\u2019ye y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri son<br \/>\nsald\u0131r\u0131larda 200\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde sivil halk\u0131m\u0131z katledilmi\u015f, bir o kadar\u0131 da<br \/>\nyaralanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan bu katliam\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan, T\u00fcrkiye ve<br \/>\nOrtado\u011fu\u2019da ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmelerden kopuk olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Gir\u00ea Spi-Til Ebyad<br \/>\nzaferi ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de HDP\u2019nin elde etti\u011fi tarihi ba\u015far\u0131 nedeniyle s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan<br \/>\nAnti-K\u00fcrt \u015fer ittifak\u0131n\u0131n mevcut mevzilerini koruma ve K\u00fcrd\u00fc stat\u00fcs\u00fcz b\u0131rakarak<br \/>\nLozan Antla\u015fmas\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan 100 y\u0131ll\u0131k inkar politikalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme<br \/>\n\u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur bu katliam. Bir \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan incelenmeye ve de\u011ferlendirmeye<br \/>\ntabi tutulmas\u0131 gereken bu katliam\u0131n bedeli \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131r ve ortada b\u00fcy\u00fck bir<br \/>\npolitik, askeri ve taktik zaafiyetler silsilesi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu zaafiyetlerin<br \/>\nsonucunda ya\u015fanan katliamda ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitiren \u00e7ocuk, kad\u0131n, gen\u00e7, ya\u015fl\u0131 her<br \/>\nya\u015ftan insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fcre\u011fimizde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yara ve ac\u0131y\u0131 tarif etmek elbette<br \/>\nzordur.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Ancak bu katliama kar\u015f\u0131 devrimci<br \/>\ng\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde y\u00fcklenerek hesab\u0131n\u0131 sormak, halklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n<br \/>\ne\u015fitlik, adalet ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek, bir daha b\u00f6ylesi<br \/>\nkatliamlar\u0131n ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in gaflet anlam\u0131na gelen zaafiyetlere kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele<br \/>\nederek \u00f6rg\u00fctselli\u011fi y\u00fckseltmek ve zaafiyetleri ortadan kald\u0131rmak geli\u015ftirilmesi<br \/>\ngereken \u00f6ncelikli devrimci tutum ve g\u00f6revdi <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">21. y\u00fczy\u0131l K\u00fcrdistan, b\u00f6lge ve d\u00fcnya ger\u00e7ekli\u011finde Koban\u00ea ve<br \/>\nRojava devrimi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir. Lozan\u2019da \u00e7izilen s\u0131n\u0131rlarla<br \/>\nK\u00fcrdistan par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f, Koban\u00ea de Suriye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nSuru\u00e7\u2019un hemen kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yer alan bu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u015fehir, 19 Temmuz Rojava devriminin<br \/>\n\u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapmakla kalmam\u0131\u015f, DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7etecili\u011fi k\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda v\u00fccut bulmu\u015f<br \/>\nuluslararas\u0131 emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7ler ile b\u00f6lge stat\u00fckoculu\u011funun merkezleri olan<br \/>\ni\u015fgalci-i\u015fbirlik\u00e7i devlet ve g\u00fc\u00e7lerin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tarihte e\u015fine ender<br \/>\nrastlanan bir direni\u015fle p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtmeyi, yenilgiye u\u011fratmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ve bu<br \/>\nzaferle tarih yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Koban\u00ea\u2019nin geldi\u011fi d\u00fczey, kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam ve konum,<br \/>\nKoban\u00ea\u2019yi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir \u015fehir olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Koban\u00ea K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n kendisidir.<br \/>\nKoban\u00ea Ortado\u011fu\u2019dur. Ve Koban\u00ea asl\u0131nda direni\u015fin, umudun ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam\u0131n<br \/>\nsembol\u00fc olarak t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temsil etmektedir. Yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131lar da<br \/>\nt\u00fcm bunlara yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Koban\u00ea\u2019ye yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan geli\u015fenler bu<br \/>\ntespiti do\u011frulamaktad\u0131r. Zira Koban\u00ea\u2019nin hemen ard\u0131ndan Kuveyt, Fransa ve<br \/>\nTunus\u2019ta da benzer tarzdaki sald\u0131r\u0131lar geli\u015fmi\u015f, onlarca sivil insan<br \/>\nkatledilmi\u015ftir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekten de<br \/>\ninsan\u0131 hayrete d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektedir. Sald\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n neden yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, kim taraf\u0131ndan<br \/>\nyap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve arkas\u0131nda hangi g\u00fc\u00e7lerin oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7ok geri ve kafalar\u0131<br \/>\nkar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaktan \u00f6teye gitmeyen bir tart\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Zira DA\u0130\u015e fa\u015fizmi ve vah\u015feti<br \/>\nyeni de\u011fildir ve ya\u015fananlar g\u00fcn gibi ortadad\u0131r. Kimin kiminle ittifak i\u00e7inde<br \/>\noldu\u011fu, kimin ba\u015fta K\u00fcrtler olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm Ortado\u011fu halklar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k<br \/>\ngeli\u015ftirdi\u011fi, hangi y\u00f6ntemleri kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve neden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinen<br \/>\nger\u00e7eklerdir. Bu nedenle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu katliamda parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131n olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br \/>\nbomba y\u00fckl\u00fc ara\u00e7 ve \u00e7etelerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den Koban\u00ea\u2019ye girip girmedi\u011fi<br \/>\ntart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctenler, acaba neyi ispat etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar? T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmemekte midir? DA\u0130\u015e \u00e7etelerinin arkas\u0131nda bulunan g\u00fc\u00e7ler<br \/>\naras\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk s\u0131rada geldi\u011fi halen g\u00f6r\u00fclmemekte midir? Tayyip<br \/>\nErdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in E\u015fba\u015fkan\u0131 gibi hareket ederek, bu vah\u015fet \u00e7etesini y\u00f6netti\u011fi,<br \/>\nhalklar\u0131m\u0131za kar\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131rtt\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lamayacak kadar zor mudur? Bu somut<br \/>\nger\u00e7ekler defalarca kan\u0131tlanmam\u0131\u015f m\u0131d\u0131r ki, halen bu y\u00f6nl\u00fc geri tart\u0131\u015fmalar<br \/>\ny\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmek asl\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilmesi gereken tutum,<br \/>\ntav\u0131r ve m\u00fccadeleden ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f\u0131, ertelemeyi ifade etmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye devletine ve<br \/>\nAKP\u2019ye \u201cBu katliamda senin parma\u011f\u0131n var m\u0131 yok mu, \u00e7\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131kla bakal\u0131m  diye<br \/>\nsormak veya \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yapmak gaflettir, safl\u0131kt\u0131r, bal\u0131k haf\u0131zas\u0131na sahip olmakt\u0131r.<br \/>\nKendini kand\u0131rmakt\u0131r ve toplumu kand\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara zemin sunmakt\u0131r. AKP ve<br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye devletinin yalanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha dile getirmesi ve manip\u00fcle<br \/>\nyapabilmesi i\u00e7in pas vermektir. Art\u0131k bu gafletten kurtulmak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bizler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00f6yle bir tart\u0131\u015fma gereksiz ve ge\u00e7ersizdir.<br \/>\nSald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 kimin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, neden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve arkas\u0131nda kimlerin oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin<br \/>\nhi\u00e7 bir \u015f\u00fcphe ve mu\u011flakl\u0131k i\u00e7inde de\u011filiz. Bizler beynimizi ve ruhumuzu<br \/>\nkapitalist modernite sistemine ve onun liberal d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na rehin<br \/>\nvermedik ki b\u00f6yle bir sorunumuz olsun. Ortada b\u00f6yle bir sorun, a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa<br \/>\nkavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve cevapland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bir soru yoktur. Ortada g\u00fcn gibi<br \/>\na\u00e7\u0131k olan bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 kimin nas\u0131l bir tav\u0131r ve tutum alaca\u011f\u0131 sorunu ve<br \/>\nsorusu vard\u0131r. Bunun hesab\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l sorulaca\u011f\u0131 sorusu vard\u0131r. Koban\u00ea\u2019de<br \/>\n\u015fehitler kervan\u0131na kat\u0131lan 200\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerindeki \u00e7ocuk, kad\u0131n, gen\u00e7-ya\u015fl\u0131<br \/>\ninsan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n intikam\u0131n\u0131 alma sorunu vard\u0131r. Sorulmas\u0131 gereken ve herkesin<br \/>\nkendisini sorgulamas\u0131 gereken hususlar bunlard\u0131r. Hz. Ali\u2019nin \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir<br \/>\ns\u00f6z\u00fc vard\u0131r: Zul\u00fcm ve haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmayan, ba\u015fkald\u0131rmayanlar sadece<br \/>\nhaklar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil, onunla birlikte onurlar\u0131n\u0131 da kaybeder. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede ya\u015fanan<br \/>\nbu katliama kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6fke duymayan, kin ve nefretle y\u00fcre\u011fi dolmayan, intikam duygular\u0131yla<br \/>\nsars\u0131lmayan her kim olursa olsun iman\u0131ndan, inanc\u0131ndan, namusundan, onurundan<br \/>\nve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphe duymal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu duygular\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctleyip harekete ge\u00e7meyen en<br \/>\naz\u0131ndan kendinden utanmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Say\u0131n Abdullah \u00d6calan utanman\u0131n devrimci bir duygu oldu\u011funu<br \/>\ns\u00f6yler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc utanan insan mevcut pratik ve duru\u015funu sorgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu<br \/>\ndurumun kabullenilememesinin bir sonucu olarak utanma duygusuna kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nUtanma duygusu e\u011fer g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc geli\u015firse ki\u015fide radikal de\u011fi\u015fimler yaratabilir ve<br \/>\nki\u015fiyi utan\u0131las\u0131 durumdan \u00e7\u0131karmaya sevk eder. Ancak maalesef kapitalist<br \/>\nmodernite ve liberalizm, insan\u0131n bu sigorta sibopunu da gev\u015feterek, insanlar\u0131<br \/>\nutanma ve ar duygusundan muaf hale getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ve ne yaz\u0131k ki bunu<br \/>\nb\u00fcy\u00fck oranda da ba\u015farmaktad\u0131r. Ancak devrimin ve devrimcilerin tek sermayesi<br \/>\ninsan ve onun kolektif, bilin\u00e7li eme\u011fidir. Bu nedenle insana olan g\u00fcven ve<br \/>\nbeklenti b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr, asla t\u00fckenmeyecektir. \u0130nsana g\u00fcven duymayan hi\u00e7 bir devrim<br \/>\nve devrimci y\u00fcr\u00fcyemez, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve kal\u0131c\u0131 olamaz. Onun i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck insanl\u0131k<br \/>\nailesinin bu vah\u015fet ve katliamlara kar\u015f\u0131 gerekli tutum ve duru\u015funu sergileyerek<br \/>\nharekete ge\u00e7ece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n sadece bir intikam sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br \/>\nasl\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir stratejik ve taktik s\u00fcrecin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmelidir.<br \/>\nDA\u0130\u015e ve arkas\u0131nda olan \u015fer ittifak\u0131n\u0131n can havliyle geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi son bir hamle<br \/>\nolarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmemelidir. Zira katliam\u0131n \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131nda bas\u0131na yans\u0131yanlar,<br \/>\ndaha b\u00fcy\u00fck sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n bu \u015fer ittifak\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan planlan\u0131p uygulamaya<br \/>\nkonulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Gir\u00ea Spi-Til Ebyad zaferinin ard\u0131ndan ve Koban\u00ea<br \/>\nkatliam\u0131 esnas\u0131nda Ankara\u2019daki toplant\u0131larda yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler,<br \/>\nhaz\u0131rlanan planlar ve al\u0131nan kararlar DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in e\u015fba\u015fkan\u0131 olan Recep Tayyip<br \/>\nErdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan if\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Erdo\u011fan bedeli ne olursa olsun s\u00f6zleriyle asl\u0131nda<br \/>\nbu bedeli halklar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6detmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131 itiraf etmi\u015ftir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Bununla soyk\u0131r\u0131m kararlar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Nas\u0131l ki 24 Nisan 1915, Ermenilere uygulanan soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n sembol\u00fc ve<br \/>\nba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihi ise, Koban\u00ea\u2019ye yap\u0131lan bu sald\u0131r\u0131 da ba\u015fta K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 olmak<br \/>\n\u00fczere t\u00fcm halklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n soyk\u0131r\u0131m ferman\u0131n\u0131n ilan\u0131 ve ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131<br \/>\ntedbir almak, insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu \u015fer ittifak\u0131n\u0131n soyk\u0131r\u0131m planlar\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa<br \/>\n\u00e7\u0131karmak ve halklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyup \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in<br \/>\ny\u00fcrek ve beynimizi aya\u011fa kald\u0131rmal\u0131, t\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc seferber etmeliyiz. \u00c7ok<br \/>\ndisiplinli, bilin\u00e7li olarak sava\u015f mevzilerindeki yerimizi almal\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck<br \/>\nsava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bir neferi olmal\u0131y\u0131z.
