Rejimin kendi i\u00e7 \u00e7eli\u015fkileri, etnik az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n ho\u015fnutsuzlu\u011fu, d\u0131\u015fardan dayat\u0131lan ambargo, ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ve siyasi \u00e7eki\u015fmeler \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 bir de\u011fi\u015fime zorlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fckleer program\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan soyutlanan, \u0130srail ve ABD ile has\u0131m olan, NATO ile kar\u015f\u0131t cephede konumlanan Ulus devlet yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in eldeki b\u00fct\u00fcn se\u00e7eneklerini harcama a\u015famas\u0131na gelmi\u015ftir. Yemen, Libya, Suriye, Irak gibi geni\u015f bir sahada sava\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc bulundurmas\u0131n\u0131n ekonomiye bindirdi\u011fi y\u00fck de hesaplan\u0131nca hem i\u00e7erde ve hem de d\u0131\u015farda ciddi bir s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran rejimi, kendi i\u00e7 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede \u00e7\u00f6zme kapasitesinden yoksundur. Y\u00fckselen halk muhalefetinin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck talepleri zaman zaman sokaklara ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131na ra\u011fmen her defas\u0131nda \u015fiddetle bast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve etkisiz hale getirilmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131 J\u00eena\u2019n\u0131n katledilmesinin ard\u0131ndan \u0130ran halklar\u0131 \u00f6fke patlamas\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ve son d\u00f6nemlerin en ciddi ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu seferinde de \u0130slami rejim, bask\u0131 ve \u015fiddete ba\u015f vurarak ayaklanmalar\u0131 bast\u0131rma yoluna gitmesine ra\u011fmen halen \u00f6nleyememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran i\u00e7i siyasi ayr\u0131\u015fmalara projeksiyon tutuldu\u011funda ciddi bir kampla\u015fman\u0131n oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. Kendi aralar\u0131nda 4 e\u011filim \u015feklinde u\u00e7 veren siyasi ayr\u0131\u015fmalar daha da derinle\u015fmektedir. Ruhani liderin siyasetteki sultas\u0131, tek ki\u015fi egemenli\u011finin belirleyici konumda olmas\u0131 siyasi istikrars\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu kampla\u015fmalar, rejimin art\u0131k s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez bir noktaya do\u011fru gitti\u011finin sinyalini vermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birinci e\u011filim: \u0130ktidardaki Reyisi \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n en kat\u0131 muhafazak\u00e2r kanad\u0131n\u0131 temsil etmektedir. Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda \u0130slam devriminin radikal kesimi, mevcut rejimin \u015fahinleri anlam\u0131na geliyor ve Ali Hamaney\u2019nin tercih etti\u011fi y\u00f6netimdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci e\u011filim: Fars milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapan Mahmut Ahmedi Nejad liderli\u011findeki e\u011filimdir. Sertlik yanl\u0131s\u0131, muhafazak\u00e2r-milliyet\u00e7i kimli\u011fiyle \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir d\u00f6nem \u0130ran y\u00f6netimini elinde bulunduracak kadar \u00f6nemli bir kitle taban\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc e\u011filim: \u015eia reformcu kanat olarak tan\u0131mlanan Xatemi\u2019nin temsil etti\u011fi \u00e7izgidir. Di\u011fer e\u011filimlere nazaran kendisini liberal siyasette konumland\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, \u0130slam demokrasini savunan bir e\u011filimdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc e\u011filim: Mevcut rejimi ele\u015ftiren ve hatta mesafeli duran neo-liberal \u00e7izginin temsilcileridir. Rafsancani siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn devam\u0131 olan eski Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Ruhani\u2019nin siyasi e\u011filimdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be\u015finci e\u011filim olarak, saltanat yanl\u0131s\u0131 olan \u015eah Pehlevi hanedanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 savunan kesimlerdir. \u0130ran i\u00e7inde resmen temsili olmasa da taban kitlesi oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylesine geni\u015f bir yelpazede siyasi par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k ya\u015fayan \u0130slam rejiminde, bu e\u011filimler aras\u0131nda ciddi bir reform hareketinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 pek olas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Farkl\u0131 siyasi e\u011filimler olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen mevcut rejimi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na alacak potansiyelden de uzakt\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rejim kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 K\u00fcrt siyasi hareketi de t\u0131pk\u0131 rejim i\u00e7i siyasi e\u011fimler gibi par\u00e7al\u0131 durumdad\u0131rlar. Par\u00e7al\u0131 olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde ciddi bir \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck krizi i\u00e7indedirler. Genele hitap edecek kapsamda siyasi perspektiften ve pratik-politik boyuttan yoksundular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lkel milliyet\u00e7i e\u011filimin temsili durumundaki Irak KDP\u2019sinin seksiyonlar\u0131 gibi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen ve sonrada ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnen HDK (Heza Demokrata Kurdistan) ve HDK-I (Heza Demokrata Kurdistana \u0130ran) \u00e7izgi olarak K\u00fcrt milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin savunuculu\u011funu yapmaktad\u0131rlar. Rojhelat\u2019ta g\u00fc\u00e7leri bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in marjinal olmaktan kurtulamam\u0131\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Komela: Marksist-Leninist \u00e7izginin savunuculu\u011funu yapmaktad\u0131r. Klasik s\u00f6ylemlerinden kurtulmu\u015f de\u011fildir. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olmalar\u0131 nedeniyle halk ile ciddi organik ba\u011flar\u0131 yoktur. Hal b\u00f6yle iken kendi i\u00e7inde Elizade, Mohtedi ve Kom\u00fcnistler \u015feklinde \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 \u00f6nderlik etraf\u0131nda k\u00fcmelenerek kendilerini ifade etmektedirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PAK ad\u0131ndaki Parti de K\u00fcrt milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi \u00e7izgisinde kendisini tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r. Barzanilerin PDK\u2019sinin t\u0131pk\u0131 \u0130ran kolu olarak tan\u0131mlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PJAK (Partiya Jiyana Azadiya Kurdistan) Rojhelat\u2019ta g\u00fc\u00e7 bulunduran ve silahl\u0131 m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fcten tek g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. Ulusal m\u00fccadelede ideolojik perspektifle hareket eden bir parti olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc halk hareketine \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n genelinde \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmeye g\u00fc\u00e7 yetirememektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran\u2019daki halklar\u0131n kendi aralar\u0131nda rejime kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 olduk\u00e7a zay\u0131ft\u0131r. Ayaklanman\u0131n merkezi genelde K\u00fcrt co\u011frafyas\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrtler di\u011fer etnik kesimlerle g\u00fc\u00e7 birli\u011fi temelinde dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi halk devrimi ekseninde bir diyalogdan kurmas\u0131ndan bahsedilmez. Bu nedenle ayaklanmalar genelde par\u00e7al\u0131 ve yerel kalmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcrtler d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki halklar, Belucler, Araplar, Azeriler, G\u00eelekler \u0130ran fars milliyet\u00e7i\u011finin bask\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda bulunan halklard\u0131r. Bu halklarda da rejim kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler vard\u0131r. \u00d6zelikle Belucler \u00e7ok daha faal ve radikal \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar yaparak \u00e7at\u0131malar i\u00e7ine girdikleri bilinmektedir. Buna ra\u011fmen mevcut halk ayaklanmalar\u0131na hi\u00e7birinin de \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck misyonu yerine getirecek g\u00fc\u00e7te de\u011fillerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka siyasi hareket ise selefi \u0130slam radikalizmin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Arap az\u0131nl\u0131k i\u00e7inde taban bulan bu yap\u0131lanma ciddi bir g\u00fc\u00e7leri olmasa da d\u0131\u015f destek g\u00f6ren ve \u0130ran\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u015eia kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 mezhep temelinde olu\u015fan bir yap\u0131lanmad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu tablodan da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi gerek rejimin i\u00e7 siyasi e\u011filimleri gerek K\u00fcrt muhalefetin par\u00e7al\u0131 ve pratikten kopuk durumu ve gerekse de halklar aras\u0131 dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yoklu\u011fu nedeniyle ya\u015fanan halk ayaklanmas\u0131n\u0131n gelece\u011fini ve ba\u015far\u0131 \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 zora sokmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6nc\u00fc olabilecek ve genele hitap edecek siyasi, ideolojik \u00e7izgiden yoksunluk ciddi bir sorundur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n omuzlar\u0131na y\u00fcklenen bu b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimin sorumlu\u011funu \u00fcstlenecek kolektif bilin\u00e7 etraf\u0131nda bir araya gelmi\u015f, ortak eylem anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 benimsemi\u015f, gelecek perspektifine sahip olu\u015fuma ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.
