T\u00fcrk devletinin asli unsuru olan farkl\u0131 halklara, farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lara olan tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczl\u00fck bu sefer dini duygular alet edilerek yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Tersine bug\u00fcn daha a\u00e7\u0131k olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fczere dini duygular\u0131 maddile\u015ftirmi\u015f ve \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcnden uzakla\u015fmaya hizmet etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siyaset bilimin her kavram\u0131 gibi fa\u015fizmin de farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrevleri olmas\u0131 normaldir. Fa\u015fizmin her prati\u011finde e\u015fde\u011fer \u00f6zellikler olmakla birlikte fa\u015fist sistemler d\u00f6nem ve mek\u00e2na g\u00f6re baz\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klarda i\u00e7erir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizmi ile AKP-MHP fa\u015fizminin bire bir ayn\u0131 pratiklere sahip olmas\u0131 beklenmemelidir. K\u0131yaslama yaparken dikkat edilmesi gereken temel nokta bu \u015fekli farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n insan\u0131 yan\u0131ltmamas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130ki fa\u015fizmin benzerli\u011fi, kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel p\u0131nardan almalar\u0131ndan ileri gelmektedir. Ortak zihniyet, topluma benzer yakla\u015f\u0131m ve hastal\u0131kl\u0131 bir milliyet\u00e7ilik gibi benzer yanlardan \u00f6te iki fa\u015fizmin somut olarak birbirinin ard\u0131l\u0131 olma durumu s\u00f6z konusudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc AKP de MHP de zaten 12 Eyl\u00fcl rejiminin habitat\u0131nda ye\u015fermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaz\u0131 dizimizin ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise zaten 12 Eyl\u00fcl rejiminin habitat\u0131nda ye\u015fermi\u015f, yine ayn\u0131 rejimin miras\u0131 \u00fczerinde kendini var eden hem AKP hem de MHP fa\u015fizmin ideolojik harc\u0131 olan T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezini i\u015flemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk egemenlerinin t\u00fcm fa\u015fist varyantlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi topluma ve K\u00fcrt halk\u0131na sald\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemleri de benzerdir. Toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 da\u011f\u0131t\u0131p, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi tek tipe indirgemek iki fa\u015fizmin de \u00f6z\u00fcnde yer almaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrt soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 tamamlama iddialar\u0131 benzerdir. \u0130kisi de K\u00fcrt toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmay\u0131 esas alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc fa\u015fizm de \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc gibi en ufak toplumsal muhalefete var g\u00fcc\u00fcyle y\u00f6nelmektedir. Bilime, k\u00fclt\u00fcre, toplumsal ya\u015fama, do\u011faya yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 da k\u0131yaslama da ortak yanlar olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AKP\u2019nin 12 Eyl\u00fcl Fa\u015fizmi ile organik ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu olu\u015fumun tohumlar\u0131n\u0131n cunta taraf\u0131ndan ekildi\u011fi benzetmesi ile ifade edebiliriz. \u00d6nceden bir k\u00f6keni olmakla birlikte Ye\u015fil Fa\u015fizmin zihinsel yap\u0131s\u0131 esas olarak bu d\u00f6nem tamamlanm\u0131\u015f ve yeni hegemonya olarak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ABD\u2019nin \u201cYe\u015fil Ku\u015fak\u201d projesi ile do\u011frudan ba\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funa da i\u015faret edece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de emperyalist \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler taraf\u0131ndan halklar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na bela edilen sivil fa\u015fist \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme olan MHP\u2019de ise bu durum g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrde biraz farkl\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7ermektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 12 Eyl\u00fcl rejimi katil s\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcne 1980 \u00f6ncesi tetik\u00e7ilik g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlendi\u011fi i\u00e7in y\u00f6nelmi\u015ftir. Baz\u0131 fa\u015fist katiller idam edilmi\u015f, yine partinin y\u00f6neticileri ve \u00fcyeleri belli bir s\u00fcre zindanda tutulmu\u015ftur. Devletin kontrgerillan\u0131n eliyle topluma kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015fledi\u011fi su\u00e7lardaki g\u00fcnahlar\u0131 MHP\u2019nin sorumlulu\u011funa at\u0131larak devlet aklanmaya u\u011fra\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle MHP tekrar kurulmas\u0131na izin verildi\u011finden itibaren 12 Eyl\u00fcl kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 bir s\u00f6ylem kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat s\u00f6ylemin kar\u015f\u0131t olmas\u0131 fa\u015fist rejimin t\u00fcm pratiklerini sahiplenmedikleri anlam\u0131na gelmez. Daha bu rejimin ilk g\u00fcnlerinde Fa\u015fist \u015eef T\u00fcrke\u015f fikirlerinin iktidarda kendilerinin ise cezaevinde olmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7eli\u015fkisini itiraf etmi\u015ftir. \u015eekli ve y\u00fczeysel \u00e7eli\u015fkiye ra\u011fmen MHP tam olarak 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizmin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmektedir. Kald\u0131 ki bug\u00fcn oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol zaten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz fa\u015fizminin kadrosal ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel merkezli\u011fini yapmakt\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan iki fa\u015fizmi birbirine ba\u011flayan pratik halka olarak da ele alabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz fa\u015fizminin akt\u00f6rlerinin bi\u00e7imleni\u015finde de 12 Eyl\u00fcl miras\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliriz. Bug\u00fcn\u00fc fa\u015fist \u015feflerinin zihniyetini 12 Eyl\u00fcl rejimi yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sadece bir \u00f6rne\u011fi ele al\u0131rsak Fa\u015fist rejimin Nazi propaganda bakan\u0131 Goebbels\u2019a \u00f6zenen \u015fefi S\u00fcleyman Soylu\u2019nun bu karakteristi\u011fe tam olarak uydu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Vasat bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00fczeyi olan, zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7i bo\u015f kabaday\u0131 edebiyat\u0131 ile saklamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, kendi yarat\u0131\u011f\u0131 yalan d\u00fcnyas\u0131na inanmaya ba\u015flayan bu ki\u015finin 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn atmosferinde \u015fekillendi\u011fi \u00e7ok bellidir. Herhangi bir ahlaki norma sahip olmamas\u0131 sadece bireysel \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na odaklanmas\u0131 hem omurgas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hem de seviyesizli\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klamaktad\u0131r. 12 Eyl\u00fcl, yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ve bunun gibi \u015fah\u0131slar \u00fczerinden de bir s\u00fcreklilik sergilemektedir. 12 Eyl\u00fcl fa\u015fizminin zihinsel s\u00fcreklili\u011fi ise T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam sentezi denen zihinsel karma\u015fa ile sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AKP-MHP Fa\u015fizminin \u0130deolojik Harc\u0131: T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTanr\u0131 Da\u011f\u0131 kadar T\u00fcrk, Hira da\u011f\u0131 kadar M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u201d tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 fa\u015fist \u00e7ete MHP\u2019nin daha kurulu\u015fundan itibaren s\u0131kl\u0131kla kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir slogand\u0131r.&nbsp; Ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrk \u0130slam sentezi olarak ifade edilen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme bi\u00e7iminin mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yal\u0131n bi\u00e7imde tarif etme de yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan ifade bize bu ak\u0131m\u0131n \u00e7ekirdek \u00f6nermesini de aktar\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devletinin T\u00fcrk toplumunu bi\u00e7imlendirmesinde olduk\u00e7a etkili bir aksesuar olan bu teoriyi belli noktalardan ele almak AKP-MHP fa\u015fizminin zihinsel kodlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmakta yararl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncellikle T\u00fcrk \u0130slam Sentezinin T.C. \u2018nin resmi ideolojisi olan Kemalizm ile g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr bir \u00e7eli\u015fkisi oldu\u011funu ifade etmeliyiz. &nbsp;\u00c7eli\u015fki Beyaz ve Ye\u015fil T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi aras\u0131ndaki ayr\u0131ma da i\u015faret eder. \u0130ki fa\u015fist ak\u0131m\u0131n s\u00f6ylemini kurgularken se\u00e7tikleri zemin farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Bat\u0131 Tarz\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc esas alan ve di\u011fer herhangi bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe ya\u015fam olana\u011f\u0131 tan\u0131mayan Kemalizm tarihte Orta Asya\u2019dan Amerika\u2019ya her yerde ve zamanda T\u00fcrk ulusunun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne vurgu yapm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n T.C. \u2018nin kurulu\u015funu milat olarak g\u00f6rmekte ve T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fini olabildi\u011fine din olgusundan soyutlayarak in\u015fa etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hi\u00e7biri orijinal olmayan bir\u00e7ok tutars\u0131z tezi olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n en belirgin \u00f6nermeleri bunlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 T.C. \u2018nin ilk kurulu\u015funda Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin kat\u0131 laik\u00e7i modernle\u015fme \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n muhafazak\u00e2r insanlar\u0131 \u00f6tekile\u015ftirilmesine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130slam\u2019a yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kendi toplumunun tarihsel birikimine yabanc\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyordu. Bat\u0131 modernitesine hayranl\u0131k en u\u00e7 noktadayd\u0131. Pozitivist dar bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla toplumsall\u0131\u011fa m\u00fcdahale etmi\u015f T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Ezan, Kuran\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6zeti gibi tepki \u00e7eken bir\u00e7ok uygulamaya da ba\u015fvurmu\u015ftu. Bu, Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n i\u015flevinde fark edilece\u011fi gibi dini alet olarak kullanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmese de \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 simgeleyen her \u015feyi T\u00fcrk kimli\u011finin kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kesindi. Kendini \u00f6nce M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak adland\u0131ran bir toplumu T\u00fcrk yapmak i\u00e7in \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u201d kimli\u011fi olabildi\u011fine d\u0131\u015flamay\u0131 zorunlu g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi ise T\u00fcrk kimli\u011finin \u0130slams\u0131z anlam bulamayaca\u011fa g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnden hareket ediyor ve bu temelde Kemalizm ile \u00e7eli\u015fiyordu. Bu nedenle 1950\u2019lilere kadar bu sentezin \u00e7n savlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya atan Ye\u015fil fa\u015fist \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler ve onun ideolojisi kapal\u0131 kap\u0131lar ard\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 yay\u0131nlarda ya\u015fam buluyordu. Asl\u0131nda modernle\u015fme aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n daha ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren din sorunu bu konuda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f \u00f6ne s\u00fcrenleri me\u015fgul etmi\u015fti. \u0130slam\u2019a mesafeli bir T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck 1900\u2019lerin ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren g\u00f6zlemlenebilse de Nam\u0131k Kemal\u2019den Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019a kadar ana eksen ideologlar vurgular\u0131n\u0131n keskinli\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 T\u00fcrk kimli\u011finin kurucu unsuru olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan Kemalist tarz ulusla\u015fma ba\u015ftan itibaren \u00e7ok dar bir kesim taraf\u0131ndan benimsenmi\u015fti. Yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 toplum \u00fczerinde zor uygulad\u0131ktan ve birka\u00e7 ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 kendi tedrisat\u0131ndan ge\u00e7irdikten sonra olacakt\u0131. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 Ye\u015fil T\u00fcrk Fa\u015fizmi Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n hala \u201c\u00dcstat\u201d diye g\u00f6klere \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 Necip Faz\u0131l K\u0131sak\u00fcrek gibi meczup ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilip canl\u0131 tutulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu. Yay\u0131lacak f\u0131rsat\u0131 bekliyordu. Bu f\u0131rsat\u0131 T\u00fcrk \u0130slam Sentezinin 12 Eyl\u00fcl ile beraber darbe yapan cuntan\u0131n rejimi yenileme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 olu\u011funda bulacakt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n ard\u0131ndaki as\u0131l \u00e7eli\u015fki askeri-sivil b\u00fcrokrasi ile geleneksel toprak a\u011falar\u0131-e\u015fraf kesim aras\u0131ndaki iktidar m\u00fccadelesiydi. \u0130ki farkl\u0131 tekelci oda\u011f\u0131n devlete egemen olma ve toplumu kendine g\u00f6re bi\u00e7imlendirme iste\u011finin retori\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesiydi. Bu iki kesimden askeri-sivil b\u00fcrokrasi kendi kli\u011fine ona ba\u011fl\u0131 bir burjuvazi ve \u201cokumu\u015f\u201d orta s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 da ekleyecekti. Anadolu eksenli sermaye gruplar\u0131 ise canlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 60\u2019larla beraber Ye\u015fil Fa\u015fizmin bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 savunmak i\u00e7in y\u00fckseltecekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmine s\u00f6ylemde y\u00f6neltti\u011fi Bat\u0131 modernitesinin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olma ele\u015ftirisinin do\u011fru olmas\u0131 kendisinin de ayn\u0131 nitelikte oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fini saklayamaz. Hem Kara hem de Ye\u015fil T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin 1960\u2019lardan sonra geli\u015fti\u011fi \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler ortak ve do\u011frudan emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin planlamas\u0131 sonucunda kurulmu\u015ftur. \u201cKom\u00fcnizmle M\u00fccadele Dernekleri\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda C\u0130A projesi olarak hayata ge\u00e7en bu tip dernekler iki fa\u015fist e\u011filiminde olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 mek\u00e2nlard\u0131r. Ve dikkat \u00e7eken ilk eylemlerinin ABD kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 g\u00f6steri yapan demokratik \u00f6\u011frenci hareketlerine sald\u0131r\u0131 olan 1969 Kanl\u0131 Pazar\u0131d\u0131r. \u201cDo\u011fu\u201d vurgusu yapmalar\u0131 Bat\u0131 modernitesinin mahsulleri olduklar\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fini gizleyemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca Ye\u015fil T\u00fcrk Fa\u015fizminin T\u00fcrk \u0130slam Sentezinin biraz d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da eklemeliyiz. Sadece \u0130slam s\u00f6ylemini kullan\u0131p egemen paradigmadan kopmad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fckle malul olan e\u011filimlerde Ye\u015fil T\u00fcrk Fa\u015fizmi kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin cihadist \u00f6rg\u00fctlerin T\u00fcrk t\u00fcrevleri bu \u015fekildedir. Asl\u0131nda basit\u00e7e T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam Sentezi Ye\u015fil ve Kara Fa\u015fizmin ana \u00f6\u011felerinden 12 Eyl\u00fcl Cuntas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kapitalist hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7lerin iste\u011fi do\u011frultusunda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bile\u015fkenin ad\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeri gelmi\u015fken Kara-Ye\u015fil Fa\u015fist ak\u0131mlar aras\u0131 farklara da de\u011finmeliyiz. MHP her ne kadar kuruldu\u011fu tarihten itibaren saf \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 e\u011filimler dinsel \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 e\u011filimlerin gerilimine tan\u0131k olsa ve son kertede \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman-T\u00fcrk \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fcnde\u201d karar k\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa da her zaman dinsel vurgudan ziyade \u0131rk temelli hareket etmi\u015ftir. Bununla birlikte g\u00f6bekten devlete ve NATO\u2019nun Gladio yap\u0131lanmas\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmini do\u011frudan kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha do\u011frusu Kara T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi emperyalist merkezlerin ak\u0131ll\u0131 ve maddi deste\u011fi ile Kemalist devlet eliyle \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmi\u015ftir. Zaman zaman 1944 Turanc\u0131lar davas\u0131nda terbiye etse yemlerini sunan devlettir.&nbsp; Kara Fa\u015fizmin Ba\u015fbu\u011fu T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019in hem Turanc\u0131lar davas\u0131n\u0131n ana san\u0131klar\u0131ndan biri olmas\u0131 hem de asker-sivil b\u00fcrokrasinin iktidar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden dizayn eden 27 May\u0131s Darbesi\u2019nin ba\u015f akt\u00f6rlerinden biri olmas\u0131 bu ili\u015fkiyi a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6sterir.&nbsp; Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizminin Kara fa\u015fistleri s\u00fcrekli el alt\u0131nda tutuyor olmalar\u0131 devlet b\u00fcrokrasisi i\u00e7inde her zaman MHP kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ortak arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131 daha fazla olan Ye\u015fil Fa\u015fizmle ayr\u0131 kulvarlarda ilerlemesine zaman zaman da \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan 1980 darbesi \u00f6ncesi \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcler-Ak\u0131nc\u0131lar \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve MHP\u2019nin AKP\u2019nin tek ba\u015f\u0131na iktidar oldu\u011fu zaman boyunca izledi\u011fi \u00e7izgi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. 1980 darbesi sonras\u0131 bu hareketten Ye\u015fil Fa\u015fizme daha fazla yakla\u015f\u0131p, Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmle olan ba\u011f\u0131 darbe sonras\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri muameleden hareketle sorgulayan kendisi de \u00e7ete rol\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak \u00f6zellikle AKP\u2019nin tek ba\u015f\u0131na iktidar oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nem oynayan BBP\u2019nin kopmas\u0131, bu dengesiz ili\u015fkiyi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lar.&nbsp; AKP-MHP ittifak\u0131n\u0131n zirvede oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlerde bile her iki partide bu zihinsel farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u0131\u015fa vuran a\u00e7\u0131klamalar g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Ayr\u0131ca fa\u015fist ittifakta resmi olarak d\u00e2hil olan BBP\u2019nin bunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilecek potansiyelinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir t\u00fcr arabulucu i\u015flevi \u00fcstlenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirtebiliriz. \u00c7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrecinde ise AKP ve MHP\u2019nin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fik\u00e2yetleri olabildi\u011fine artt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 Eyl\u00fcl Fa\u015fist darbesi ise Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmini s\u00f6ylemini yenileyerek Ye\u015fil ve Kara Fa\u015fizmine \u00f6nemli oranda alan a\u00e7t\u0131. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan resmi ideolojide yapt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri kavramsal d\u00fczeyde g\u00f6rmek olduk\u00e7a \u00f6\u011freticidir. Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck Kemalizm\u2019in yerine \u0130nk\u0131lap ise Devrim yerine ikame edilmi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lanlar salt bir isim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden ibaret de\u011fildi, bir kopu\u015fa da i\u015faret ediyordu. T\u00fcrk \u0130slam sentezi ayn\u0131 zamanda de\u011ferler silsilesindeki de\u011fi\u015fim anlam\u0131na geliyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam sentezi yani 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn resmi paradigmas\u0131 da kapitalist modernitenin tarlas\u0131nda ye\u015ferdi. Hem tarihsel k\u00f6ken a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem de pratik siyasal izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan durum nettir. Ve bu sentezin d\u00f6nemsel politik gerek\u00e7esi do\u011frudan ABD\u2019nin stratejisi ve perspektifiyle ilgilidir. Bu perspektif \u201cYe\u015fil Ku\u015fak\u201d projesiydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1970\u2019ler boyunca reel sosyalist blok d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde etki alan\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu durum Ortado\u011fu i\u00e7in daha fazla ge\u00e7erliydi. Bat\u0131 blokundan tam onay alan \u0130srail\u2019in \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 politikalar\u0131 Ortado\u011fu toplumunu sosyalist ve demokratik g\u00fc\u00e7lere yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yordu. Filistin ulusal hareketi stat\u00fckocu Arap devletlerinin yetmezli\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc seriyordu. 1979 tarihinde ABD hegemonyas\u0131 i\u00e7in tehlikeli iki olay meydana geldi. \u0130lki Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin Afganistan\u2019a fiili m\u00fcdahalesi, ikincisi ise anti Amerikan s\u00f6ylemiyle \u015eahl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131kan \u0130ran \u0130slam Devrimiydi. ABD bu iki tehlikeye kar\u015f\u0131 \u0130slami de\u011ferleri kullanarak olu\u015fturulacak rejim ve hareketlerle bir set \u00e7ekmeyi planlad\u0131. Ye\u015fil ku\u015fak olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan plan buydu. Ve bu planda kilit rol oynayan iki devlet T\u00fcrkiye ve Pakistan\u2019d\u0131. \u0130ki devlette de yap\u0131lan darbelerle iktidara gelen y\u00f6netimler \u0130slamiyet \u00fczerinden kitleleri y\u00f6nlendirmeye ve ABD\u2019nin sosyalizm ve demokrasi kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 plan\u0131n\u0131 en \u00fcst noktada pratiA\u011fe ge\u00e7irmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Sadece devletler esasl\u0131 olmayan bu plan Filistin hareketini b\u00f6len Hamas ve daha sonra insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na bela olacak Taliban, El Kaide gibi hareketlerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 Eyl\u00fcl ile birlikte devlet ABD patentli bir hamle ile \u0130slami de\u011ferleri kullanarak bir e\u011filim ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yordu. \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n demokrat olan \u00f6z\u00fc ve bu \u00f6z\u00fc ger\u00e7ekten ya\u015famak isteyen dindar kesimleri tekrardan d\u0131\u015flanarak devlet\u00e7i \u0130slam gelene\u011fine dayal\u0131 fa\u015fist bir yap\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. \u00d6nderlik bu konuyu K\u00fcrdistan Devrim Manifestosunda \u015fu \u015fekilde ele al\u0131yor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c12 Eyl\u00fcl darbesinin T\u00fcrk-\u0130sl\u00e2m sentezini benimsemesi, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ku\u015fak fa\u015fist hareketi g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. Ye\u015fil T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi diyebilece\u011fimiz bu ak\u0131m, 1970\u2019lerden itibaren Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin Ortado\u011fu\u2019da yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek, Sovyet Rusya\u2019y\u0131 Afganistan\u2019dan atmak ve Orta Asya\u2019da sorunlarla u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131rmak, \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00fclkelerinin demokrasiye ve sosyalizme kay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek isteyen ABD\u2019nin \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fe g\u00f6re daha kullan\u0131l\u0131r g\u00f6rmesi ve desteklemesi sonucunda geli\u015fim sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131 Hareket a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u0130ngiliz hegemonyac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na hizmet temelinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kapitalist moderniteden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z de\u011fildir. San\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar millici ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc de de\u011fildir. Kapitalist milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin bir versiyonu olarak geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Temel hedefi, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn yayg\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumlar\u0131n demokratikle\u015ftirilmesini ve sosyalistle\u015ftirilmesini barajlamak, \u0130sl\u00e2m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kapitalizme entegre etmektir. T\u00fcm hegemonik g\u00fc\u00e7lerin bu ama\u00e7la kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u00e7lar aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu temelde 12 Eyl\u00fcl cuntas\u0131, devletin t\u00fcm ayg\u0131tlar\u0131 ile topluma bu bak\u0131\u015fa uygun bir din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 empoze ediyordu. \u0130mam Hatip okullar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yordu. Cunta lideri eline kutsal kitap alarak mitingler d\u00fczenliyordu. Devletin resmi dinini vaaz eden Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok etkin bir kurum haline getiriliyordu. Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki devletlerle \u0130slami zemin \u00fczerinden ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftiriliyordu. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketine kar\u015f\u0131 \u0130slami kavramlar bezenmi\u015f K\u00fcrt kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 bildiriler u\u00e7aklarla Bakur\u00ea K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yordu. Cemaat yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bug\u00fcn ba\u015f d\u00fc\u015fman ilan edilen Fethullah\u00e7\u0131 cemaat her a\u00e7\u0131dan palazland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yordu. Daha sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te bir\u00e7ok yurtsever K\u00fcrd\u00fcn kan\u0131na girecek olan Hizbulkontra\u2019n\u0131n temeli de bu d\u00f6nemde at\u0131l\u0131yordu.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AKP-MHP fa\u015fist ittifak\u0131n\u0131n da temel harc\u0131 olan T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam sentezi asl\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a fa\u015fizmin dini kavramlarla s\u00fcslenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ibaret oldu\u011fu gibi fazlas\u0131yla y\u00fczeysel ve kendi i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7eli\u015fkilidir. Temel \u00f6nermesi \u201c\u0130slam dini T\u00fcrk kimli\u011finin kurucu unsurudur, T\u00fcrkler \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 ayakta tutan temel millettir\u201d olan bu ak\u0131m farazi bir tarih uydurur. Bir t\u00fcr alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f olarak Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu y\u00fcceltilir. Fakat asl\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 ne sadece T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fi ile a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir ne de teokratik bir devlettir. \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 koruyup kollayan ulus olarak tek ba\u015f\u0131na T\u00fcrkleri g\u00f6rmek ise a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a k\u00f6rl\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk egemenlerin \u0130slam ile birlikte ciddi bir at\u0131l\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011frudur. O zamana kadar Orta Asya\u2019da merkezi uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6\u00e7ebe devletler \u015feklinde var olan ve T\u00fcrkmen boylar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ahlaki politik de\u011ferler ile s\u0131n\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 devletlerde h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcren T\u00fcrk y\u00f6netici elitleri \u0130slam ile birlikte sadece uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n devlet\u00e7i gelene\u011fine d\u00e2hil olmuyor, o zamana kadar (Karmatilerden B\u00fchevyo\u011fullar\u0131na kadar \u00e7e\u015fitlilik sergileyen) heteredoks ak\u0131mlar\u0131n tehdidi alt\u0131nda olan Ortodoks S\u00fcnni \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n tekrardan g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine yol a\u00e7\u0131yordu. Sel\u00e7uklulardan Osmanl\u0131ya kadarki s\u00fcreci bu \u015fekilde ele alabiliriz \u00d6te yandan bu hamlenin Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n Balkan co\u011frafyas\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelere ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 da do\u011frudur. Zaten Ye\u015fil fa\u015fist teorisyenlerin kendi hayali ideolojilerine zemin yapt\u0131klar\u0131 durum budur. Fakat tarihsel toplumsal hakikat bu \u015fekilde de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devlet\u00e7i g\u00fc\u00e7lerin hamlesinin T\u00fcrkmen boylar\u0131n\u0131 \u201cCelali\u201d yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi \u00f6teledi\u011fi ve o d\u00f6nemin egemenlerinin Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fistlerin Bat\u0131 \u00f6zentisine benzer \u015fekilde \u0130ran-Arap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmek(En basitinden s\u00f6zde \u015fair olan Osmanl\u0131 padi\u015fahlar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fiirlerini katiyen T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yazmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlanabilir.) i\u00e7in her \u015feyi yap\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelinir. Bu ger\u00e7ekleri modern ulus mant\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re ele alman\u0131n zorlu\u011fu ortad\u0131r. Y\u00fcceltilen d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrk izi silik bile de\u011fildir. Nitekim Kemalistler bu ger\u00e7ekten hareketle Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemine dair yine yanl\u0131\u015f olan bir karalama ve su\u00e7lama pozisyonunu alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Oysa iki bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 da tarihsel de\u011fildir. Tarihsel diyalektik birebir bug\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile ge\u00e7mi\u015fe bakmaya izin vermez. Bu yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortaya tutars\u0131z zorlama sahte bir tarih \u00e7\u0131kar. Zaten sahte bir tarih olmaks\u0131z\u0131n fa\u015fist bir ideoloji in\u015fa edilemez. Bug\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekleri tarihsel k\u00f6kenlerinden ba\u015flanarak \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayn\u0131 \u015fey s\u00f6zde \u0130slam savunuculu\u011fu iddias\u0131 i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. En ba\u015fta Osmanl\u0131\u2019da olmak \u00fczere o d\u00f6nemin devletlerinin egemenlerinin ne kadar \u0130slamiyet\u2019e g\u00f6re ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130slamiyet\u2019i ne kadar her \u015feyin \u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri ortadad\u0131r. Muaviye \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlemelerini topluma kar\u015f\u0131 olarak sistematize etmek ise \u0130slam savunma de\u011fil aksine \u00f6z\u00fcnden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmad\u0131r. \u0130slam o d\u00f6nem de t\u0131pk\u0131 bug\u00fcn gibi egemenlerin elinde kendi iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 tahkim etmenin bir arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. O zaman\u0131n fark\u0131 ezilenlerin r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 imal etme s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015fat ham maddesinin din olmas\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp; Bu d\u00f6nemi devlet\u00e7i \u0130slam mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile tutarl\u0131 g\u00f6sterme imk\u00e2n\u0131 vard\u0131r fakat bu \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fc olarak sunulamaz. Kald\u0131 ki Devlet\u00e7i \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 bile ulus\u00e7ulukla sentezlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130slam \u00fcmmet\u00e7ili\u011fin evrenselcili\u011fi tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z bir \u015fekilde ortad\u0131r ve devlet\u00e7i \u0130slam\u2019da bile g\u00f6rmezden gelinemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zcesi T\u00fcrk \u0130slam sentezinin en temel noktalar\u0131 \u00e7eli\u015fkili, sahte ve diki\u015f tutmaz arg\u00fcmanlarla maluld\u00fcr. AKP-MHP fa\u015fizminin prati\u011finde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ak\u0131l d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131k dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ideolojik har\u00e7tan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.&nbsp; T\u0131pk\u0131 ideolojileri gibi kendileri de ne T\u00fcrk ne de \u0130slam\u2019d\u0131rlar. \u201cTanr\u0131 da\u011f\u0131 kadar T\u00fcrk, Hira da\u011f\u0131 kadar M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u201d slogan\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 kaz\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ger\u00e7ek budur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nas\u0131l ki Beyaz T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi bilimsellikten uzak ve yanl\u0131\u015f bir tarih bilinci ile T\u00fcrk kimli\u011finin in\u015fas\u0131na y\u00f6nelmi\u015fse, devletin yerine ikame etti\u011fi Ye\u015fil Fa\u015fist e\u011filimin y\u00f6ntemi de ayn\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devletinin asli unsuru olan farkl\u0131 halklara, farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lara olan tahamm\u00fcls\u00fczl\u00fck bu sefer dini duygular alet edilerek yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Tersine bug\u00fcn daha a\u00e7\u0131k olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00fczere dini duygular\u0131 maddile\u015ftirmi\u015f ve \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcnden uzakla\u015fmaya hizmet etmi\u015ftir. Egemenlerin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczenin milliyet\u00e7ilik merkezli maskelenmesine bu sefer daha yo\u011fun dini soslar eklenmi\u015ftir. Felsefi olarak alt\u0131 bo\u015f bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin hayal etti\u011fi bir toplum da vard\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 99.9 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman(Bu 0.1\u2019e de fa\u015fistler ne kadar ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc olduklar\u0131n\u0131 iddia edebilmek i\u00e7in tahamm\u00fcl ederler.) ve 100 T\u00fcrk(T\u00fcrk olmayana tahamm\u00fcl etmeyi gerektirecek herhangi bir gerek\u00e7e yoktur.) bir toplum yarat\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar T\u00fcrk olarak di\u011fer t\u00fcm uluslardan bu arada M\u00fcsl\u00fcman karde\u015flerinden de \u00fcst\u00fcn oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecek fakat M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak ayn\u0131 zamanda di\u011fer dinlere sahip insanlardan da y\u00fcce oldu\u011fundan da \u015f\u00fcphe duymayacak. Bu arada egemenlerinin onu s\u00f6m\u00fcrerek her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn zenginle\u015fti\u011fini unutacak ve i\u00e7i bo\u015f bir \u015fekilde kendini d\u00fcnyan\u0131n merkezi olarak g\u00f6recek fakat \u00fclkesinin kapitalist merkez devletlere s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011funu, kendisinin onlar\u0131n da paryas\u0131 oldu\u011funu da an\u0131msamayacak.
