Namus olgusu etraf\u0131nda olu\u015fturulan zihniyet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar, bu co\u011frafyan\u0131n en temel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bekleyen sorunlar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturuyor. Her g\u00fcn neredeyse namus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 i\u015flenmeyen cinayet, uygulanmayan \u015fiddet kalmam\u0131yor. Namus olgusu, kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel m\u00fclkiyet haline getirilmesi ile geli\u015fen bir olgudur. \u201cKad\u0131n e\u015fittir namustur\u201d ikilemi veya \u201cbirlikteli\u011fi\u201d \u00f6yle bir hal alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki g\u00f6z\u00fc karal\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6tesinde ya\u015fam\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131lmaz duruma getirmi\u015ftir. Bu sistemde kad\u0131na sadece d\u00fc\u015fen erke\u011fin g\u00f6lgesinde b\u0131rak\u0131lmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131 ve intiharlar\u0131n\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 boyut korkun\u00e7 bir hal al\u0131yor. Katledilen kad\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 22 Nisan da sosyal medyada g\u00fcndem olmas\u0131yla beraber b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yank\u0131 uyand\u0131rd\u0131. 21.y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n kad\u0131n y\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtmede ya\u015fanan bilin\u00e7li kad\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fi ve kimli\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda m\u00fccadele veren biriside G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlard\u0131r. D\u00fcnya da oldu\u011fu gibi eril zihniyetin kendini hakim k\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kad\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ediliyor. G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da da bunu en kirli bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyorlar. \u0130\u015fledikleri kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc kapatmak i\u00e7in bir \u00e7o\u011funa intihar s\u00fcs\u00fc veriliyor. Kay\u0131tlara ise &#8216;kendini yakt\u0131, ast\u0131&#8217; vb. \u015feklinde ge\u00e7iliyor. G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da s\u00f6z konusu olan namus ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair inkar ve imha dayat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmetinde &nbsp;\u00fcst\u00fc kapat\u0131lan katliamlar\u0131n ve intiharlar\u0131n cins k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu verilerde g\u00f6rebiliriz. Resmi verilere g\u00f6re son 10 y\u0131lda G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmetinde &nbsp;490 kad\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. 612 intihar oldu ve 73.015 \u015fikayet kaydedilmesine ra\u011fmen kad\u0131nlar \u00f6l\u00fcme terk ediliyor. Binlerce kad\u0131n isyan\u0131n\u0131 erkek egemen zihniyete kar\u015f\u0131 dile getirmek i\u00e7in kendilerini diri diri yak\u0131yorlar. Kendini yakan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n isyan\u0131 Feodalizmin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da kad\u0131nlar d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kam\u0131yor ama serbest pazar haline getirilmek istenen Hewler\u2019de her milletten kad\u0131nlarla bir \u2018fuhu\u015f pazar\u0131\u2019 kuruluyor. Parlementoda 1\/3 kad\u0131n kotas\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131 zorunlu ama \u00e7ok e\u015fli evlilik kanunlarla g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. Bug\u00fcn di\u011fer K\u00fcrdistan par\u00e7alar\u0131nda farkl\u0131 olarak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendini yakarak intihar etmesinin bu \u00e7eli\u015fkilerle dolu hayata bir isyan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmelidir. Artan kendini yakmalar, kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131 feodalizm ile kapitalizm aras\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan ba\u015fka bir yol b\u0131rak\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f kad\u0131nlar\u0131n isyan\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131nlar Feodalizme Ve Namusa Kurban Gidiyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130slam dininin de etkisi ile namus ad\u0131na i\u015flenen cinayetler veya uygulanan \u015fiddet en ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerinde ciddi psikolojik sorunlar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. Namusu koruma, namuslu ya\u015fama ad\u0131na ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc anlay\u0131\u015f ve eylem kad\u0131n\u0131 iradesizle\u015ftirdi\u011fi gibi intiharlar\u0131n ve kendini yakmalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n namus anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele verirken, erkek ise \u201ckad\u0131n namustur\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u0131srarc\u0131 oluyor. &nbsp;Her iki m\u00fccadele aras\u0131ndaki kavgada bin y\u0131llard\u0131r keskin s\u0131n\u0131rlar olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Keskin s\u0131n\u0131rlar kadar i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7en kavgada hala b\u00fcy\u00fck ac\u0131lar\u0131 ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, namus olgusuna kurban gitti\u011fi ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ko\u015fullar\u0131nda da b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlike arz edilen verilere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kad\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n hangi derecede ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadece Nisan ay\u0131nda 20\u2019den fazla kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bu \u00f6l\u00fcmlere intihar s\u00fcs\u00fc verilerek \u00fcst\u00fc kapat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin en ac\u0131 yan\u0131 ise G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da her y\u0131l y\u00fczlerce kad\u0131n katlediliyor ve katledilen bu kad\u0131nlar halk mezarl\u0131klar\u0131nda defnedilmiyor. Namus ve benzeri gerek\u00e7eler ile kamufle edilerek katledilen kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir mezarl\u0131k bulunuyor. Hi\u00e7bir mezar ta\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n &nbsp;ad\u0131 bile yaz\u0131lm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmetinde ataerkilli\u011fin etkin olmas\u0131, \u00e7ocuk ya\u015fta evlilik, zorla evlilik, \u00e7ok e\u015flilik, s\u0131n\u0131r b\u00f6lgelerinde kad\u0131n s\u00fcnneti, kad\u0131n\u0131n kendini ifade imkan\u0131 bulamay\u0131\u015f\u0131, namus ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin kanunen de do\u011fru bulunmas\u0131, kad\u0131nda yo\u011funla\u015fan intiharlar onu dizilerle empoze edilen k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kabul etme ve ona g\u00f6re olmaya te\u015fvik ediyor. &nbsp;\u00d6zel sava\u015f zaten toplumsal analiz ve sorunlar\u0131n tahliline dayal\u0131 kendisini \u00f6rg\u00fctler ki G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmeti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da bu de\u011ferlendirilebilir. \u00d6zel sava\u015f\u0131n derinle\u015ftirilmi\u015f halidir. Mevcut sistem siyasal, toplumsal, ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan ciddi bir kriz i\u00e7erisindedir. Bu krizin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in devreye konulan \u00f6zel sava\u015f ise, krizi daha da derinle\u015ftirmi\u015f ve kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde patlat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bunun sonucunda Mart ve Nisan ay\u0131nda sosyal medya ya yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi 20 \u2018den fazla kad\u0131n intihar ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda namus gerek\u00e7esiyle canice katlediliyor. Kad\u0131n Parlamento Komisyonu tek ba\u015f\u0131na kad\u0131n meselelerine a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getiremiyor. &nbsp;\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizzat pe\u015fmerge ve yetkili partiler kad\u0131n cinayetlerin \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc kapat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yasalar Erke\u011fin Lehine&nbsp; \u0130\u015fliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22 Nisan sosyal medyada yay\u0131nlanan dosya da &nbsp;\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan verilen silahlanma izni kad\u0131n \u00fczerinde kullanmalar\u0131na neden oluyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda G\u00fcney yasalar\u0131na g\u00f6re Pe\u015fmergelerin yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 bir\u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan engelleniyor. Bu da bu g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ba\u015fta namus cinayetleri ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kad\u0131n cinayetleri ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc su\u00e7u i\u015flemesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor. \u0130ktidar partileri ve kolluk g\u00fc\u00e7leri taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen katiller \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ailelerine bask\u0131 uygulayarak tehdit ve \u015fantajla davac\u0131 olmaktan vazge\u00e7iriyorlar. Bazen de aileleri para kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8216;bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l&#8217; \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm diyerek lanse ettikleri s\u00f6zde anla\u015fmaya mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131yorlar. G\u00fcney&nbsp; H\u00fck\u00fcmetinde bug\u00fcne kadar hi\u00e7bir mahkeme kad\u0131n cinayetlerinden kaynakl\u0131 olarak birine a\u011f\u0131r ceza vermemi\u015ftir. Katil erkekler toplum i\u00e7inde rahat rahat gezerken asayi\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7leri, mahkemeler bu ki\u015filerin yakalanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmetinden &nbsp;\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131yor. Irak Anayasas\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 409. Maddesine g\u00f6re &#8216;namus&#8217; ve &#8216;\u015feref&#8217;ten kaynakl\u0131 cinayet i\u015fleyenler bir aydan 3 y\u0131la kadar ceza al\u0131r. Bu ceza da genelde para cezas\u0131na \u00e7evrilir. G\u00fcney K\u00fcrdistan&#8217;da imam nikah\u0131 yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Irak anayasas\u0131nda \u015feriat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri kabul edilir. \u00c7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015flardaki k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 baba ya da amcan\u0131n onay\u0131 ile zorla evlendiriliyor. Mevcut y\u00f6netim sistemine g\u00f6re bu bir sorun de\u011fildir. Bundan kaynakl\u0131 kimse yarg\u0131lanm\u0131yor. G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmetinde bu denli yayg\u0131n intiharlar\u0131n, kendini yakmalar\u0131n\u0131n ve kad\u0131n cinayeti i\u015flenmesinin \u00f6nemli bir nedeni de yasalar\u0131n erke\u011fin lehine i\u015flemesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6nder APO \u201cG\u00fcney Devrimi Kad\u0131n Devrimidir\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendini yakarak ya\u015fam yerine \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc tercih etmesinin alt\u0131nda bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 u\u00e7lar\u0131 kald\u0131ramama vard\u0131r. Kendine dayat\u0131lan tarihsizli\u011fi, kimliksizli\u011fi, ya\u015fam d\u0131\u015f\u0131na itilmi\u015fli\u011fi, onursuzla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 kendini yakarak protesto ediyor. \u0130\u015fte bu sert protestonun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bile G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmetinde &nbsp;kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yapmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni ve ko\u015fuludur. \u00d6nder Apo, G\u00fcney tarihini ve kad\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerini yapmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk zamanlarda \u201cG\u00fcney devrimi Kad\u0131n devrimidir\u201d dedi. Devrimlerde kad\u0131n\u0131n rol\u00fc \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fckt\u00fcr, fakat G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmeti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu daha hayati bir durum. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kad\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc ve yok say\u0131lm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine kurulan bir iktidar yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 var. Bu y\u00fczden kad\u0131n\u0131n ,sorunun as\u0131l k\u00f6k\u00fcne inerek m\u00fccadele&nbsp; tarz\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmesi gerekiyor. \u00d6zel sava\u015f\u0131n bir oyunu olan dincilik ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kad\u0131na ve topluma dayat\u0131lanlar \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn en dibini ya\u015fatt\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leyla Qas\u0131m ve Viyan Soran gibi kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fckl\u00fc direni\u015fler toplumun diren\u00e7 bilincini canl\u0131 tutma ve s\u00fcreklile\u015ftirmede \u00f6nemli rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat direni\u015fin ideolojik bilin\u00e7le \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmemesi sonu\u00e7 itibariyle G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmet ger\u00e7e\u011finin mevcut durumunun da nedeni ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamas\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k olmas\u0131n\u0131n da zemini olmaktad\u0131r. Toplumsal olarak ilkel a\u015firet\u00e7i, dinci yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n feodal d\u00fczeni, ataerkil karakter sosyal ya\u015fam\u0131n ger\u00e7e\u011fini belirlerken, G\u00fcney H\u00fck\u00fcmetin\u2019de kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik geli\u015ftirilen politikalar \u00f6ncelikle merkezine kad\u0131n\u0131 hedef olarak alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden kad\u0131na en fazla empoze edilen duygu inan\u00e7s\u0131zl\u0131k ve kendine g\u00fcvensizliktir. \u00d6zel sava\u015f\u0131n konsepti olan kad\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda&nbsp; toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n par\u00e7alanmas\u0131 \u00f6zel sava\u015f amac\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcney par\u00e7as\u0131nda bu uygulan\u0131yor, ya\u015fanan kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131na ve intiharlar\u0131na ra\u011fmen insanlar bireysel ya\u015fam s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirleyerek o sorunlar onun de\u011filmi\u015f gibi ya\u015f\u0131yorlar. Bu durum elbette ki bir konseptin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketine kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f kirli politikalar\u0131n sonucudur. G\u00fcneyde kad\u0131n devriminin at\u0131lan b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131na vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6zg\u00fcven, irade ve bilin\u00e7lenme kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclen kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z de\u011ferleriyle bulu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck misyonunu yeniden a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kararak b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n bedeni \u00fczerinde geli\u015ftirilen tahakk\u00fcm ve bu tahakk\u00fcm\u00fcn yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar do\u011fru okunmad\u0131k\u00e7a, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kurtulu\u015funun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 da m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayacakt\u0131r.
