Ye\u015fil fa\u015fizmle yo\u011frulan \u0130ran rejimi devlet denetiminde kad\u0131n bedenini erke\u011fe pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekerken \u0130slami rejime ge\u00e7i\u015fle beraber kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 ve teslim alma operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 daha da kat\u0131 kurallara ba\u011flam\u0131\u015f; korku yaratarak toplumsal alanda belirleyici rol oynayan kad\u0131n\u0131 etkisiz hale getirmek istemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran mollalar\u0131 iktidar\u0131 devrald\u0131ktan hemen sonra \u00f6nce kad\u0131n\u0131 siyah kefene sar\u0131p tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015f, g\u00fcvenlik ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kendi resmi ordusunu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olu\u015fturdu\u011fu askeri g\u00fc\u00e7lere kad\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015ftirmeye eril zihniyetiyle e\u011fitmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in de 3 Ocak 2020\u2019de Amerika\u2019ya ait insans\u0131z hava ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n suikast\u0131yla \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen Qudis g\u00fcc\u00fc komutan\u0131 Qasim S\u00fcleymani\u2019nin k\u0131z\u0131 Zeynep S\u00fcleymani sembolik \u00f6nc\u00fc se\u00e7me yoluna gitmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KADININ ADI OLMAYAN \u00dcLKEDE, KADINLARDAN OLU\u015eAN ASKER\u0130 G\u00dc\u00c7! <\/strong>Ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 dosyam\u0131z\u0131n birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc Cumhuriyet\u00e7i \u015feriat yasalar\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00f6netilen; \u201c<strong> \u0130ran Rejimi ve Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u201d <\/strong>ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, dosyam\u0131z\u0131n ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc de kad\u0131n\u0131 tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc alt\u0131na almak isteyen \u0130ran rejiminin resmi ordusu d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olu\u015fturdu\u011fu \u201c<strong>\u0130randa Eril Zihniyetle E\u011fitilen Kad\u0131n G\u00fcc\u00fc: H\u00eaza Ke\u00e7\u00ean Haci Qasim\u201d <\/strong>ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda ele alaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130ran Rejimi ve Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumhuriyet\u00e7i \u015feriat yasalar\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00f6netilen \u0130ran molla rejimi sisteminde kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitli\u011finden bahsetmek; k\u0131sa ve uzun vadede ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcnde bulunmak olduk\u00e7a zordur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada rejimin hukuk ve yasalar\u0131 ile anayasan\u0131n da \u00fcst\u00fcnde yetkilere sahip olan baz\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc erkek \u00fcyelerden olu\u015fmakta ve bunlar sistemin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fcn\u00fcbirlik fetvalarla rejimi y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Bu uygulama g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz siyaset ve prosed\u00fcrlere \u00e7ok ters ve uc bir durum olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Fakat molla rejimine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda \u00e7ok ciddi bir manevra ve esneklik kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in asl\u0131nda bu uygulama tam da makyavelist mant\u0131kla hareket eden molla rejiminin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131nad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu rejimin en \u00fcst icra ve karar organlar\u0131 olan Velayet-i Fakih ile Meclis\u00ea Xubregandaki t\u00fcm \u00fcyeler ruhban s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na aittir ve bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde kad\u0131nlar bulunamaz. Rejimin mant\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kad\u0131n ay\u0131pl\u0131, ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131, k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131, g\u00fcvenilmez, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck zek\u00e2l\u0131, iradesiz ve kendisine hakim olmayan yar\u0131m, eksik insand\u0131r. Bu zihniyet kad\u0131n\u0131 sadece erkek i\u00e7in yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir zevk ve nesil s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme arac\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Kad\u0131n, erke\u011fin tarlas\u0131d\u0131r, \u00f6zel m\u00fclk\u00fcd\u00fcr, hi\u00e7 kimse ona dokunamaz, sahip olamaz. Erkek isterse d\u00f6ver, isterse satar(bo\u015fan\u0131r), isterse ba\u015fka birka\u00e7 kad\u0131n daha yan\u0131na getirir. O dokunulmazd\u0131r, k\u0131s\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f erke\u011fin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7izildi\u011fi darac\u0131k d\u00fcnyas\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eeriatla yo\u011frulan \u0130ran rejimi b\u00fct\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131nda erke\u011fi esas ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kad\u0131n\u0131 metala\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanunda evlilik ya\u015f\u0131 13 olsa da daha erkenden aile izni ile dini olarak evlendirmek yasal. Erkeklerde kad\u0131nlara g\u00f6re evlilik ya\u015f\u0131 daha b\u00fcy\u00fck olup 15 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. 13 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki bir k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu i\u00e7in evlilik bir i\u015fkence ve tecav\u00fczd\u00fcr. Bu ya\u015ftaki bir insan\u0131n zihinsel geli\u015fimini tamamlamam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 do\u011fru karar verememesi demektir. Bedensel ve zihinsel de\u011fi\u015fimin nispeten geli\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 18 ya\u015f ve \u00fcst\u00fc bilimsel \u00e7evrelerce genel anlamda olgunluk ya\u015f\u0131 olarak kabul g\u00f6rmektedir. Rejimin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz bilimsel verilerine g\u00f6re hareket etmemesi onun \u00e7a\u011f d\u0131\u015f\u0131 zihniyetinin g\u00f6stergesidir. Yine bu ya\u015fta ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen evlilik k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fu \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok ciddi fiziksel ve psikolojik travmalar yaratmaktad\u0131r. Rejim, k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011funun zihinsel ve e\u011fitsel olarak biraz olgunla\u015f\u0131p geli\u015fmesine f\u0131rsat tan\u0131madan onu sadece fizi\u011fi ile erkenden erke\u011fe sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadece evlilik ya\u015f\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmayan medeni ve ceza yasalar\u0131nda da \u0130ran rejimi kad\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7e sayan erke\u011fi y\u00fccelten maddelere yer vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlardan en \u00e7ok g\u00f6ze \u00e7arban yasalardan biri de son d\u00f6nemlerde artarak yayg\u0131nla\u015fan Sixe sistemidir. Rejimin fuhu\u015fu me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131ran nitelikteki ge\u00e7ici evliliklere izin veren ve Sixe denen yasas\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan bir yap\u0131dad\u0131r. Burada kad\u0131n\u0131n bedeni belli bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in \u00f6denen para kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda erke\u011fe kiralanmaktad\u0131r. Ge\u00e7ici evlilik dedikleri bu uygulamada da b\u00fct\u00fcn inisiyatif ve haklar erke\u011fe verilmektedir. Buna g\u00f6re kad\u0131n evli olmamal\u0131, e\u011fer bakire ise babas\u0131ndan izin almal\u0131d\u0131r. Yine kad\u0131n bu s\u00fcreci sonland\u0131rma yetkisine sahip de\u011fildir. Erkek ise istedi\u011fi zaman bu birliktenli\u011fi bozabilir. Yine birliktenlik s\u00fcrecinde erke\u011fin \u00f6lmesi halinde kad\u0131n onun miras\u0131ndan yararlanam\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte molla rejiminin toplum i\u00e7inde fuhu\u015fu resmile\u015ftiren bu uygulamalar\u0131nda da kad\u0131n sadece kullan\u0131lan bir metad\u0131r. Genel \u0130ran\u2019da 500- 700 bin Sixe birliktenli\u011fi oldu\u011funa bak\u0131larak resmile\u015fen fuhu\u015fsun \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc boyutu anla\u015f\u0131labilinir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131na Verilen S\u00f6zde Haklar!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ran rejimi \u201c\u0130ran Devrimi\u201dnden sonra ve yine son y\u0131llarda kad\u0131n haklar\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc konusunda de\u011fi\u015fimler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etse de bu de\u011fi\u015fimleri prati\u011fe ge\u00e7irme konusunda \u015fekilsel kalmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rnek verecek olursak; kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in e\u011fitim imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederken \u00fcniversitelerde yap\u0131lan eylemler ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tepkiler kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 konusunda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zorluk \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fama ve siyasete profesyonel bir \u015fekilde kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131na izin verildi\u011fini iddia ederken \u00f6z\u00fcnde toplumsal cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fin \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretmenlik, hem\u015fire, bak\u0131c\u0131 vb. meslekler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda alan a\u00e7\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine \u0130ran rejimi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve sanatsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara kat\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00f6n a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n propagandas\u0131n\u0131 yaparken, kad\u0131n\u0131n bas\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ve Kuran d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcksek sesle ses sanat\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yasaklamaktad\u0131r. Sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumuna da kat\u0131labilirler ancak s\u00f6zde kad\u0131n kurulu\u015fu olup sorumlu veya y\u00f6neticileri erkek olan Zehra Xweran, Zeynep Xweran, Baci vb. kurulu\u015flara kat\u0131labilirler. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin sorumlular\u0131 erkek olmakla beraber bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler tamamen kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temelinde geli\u015ftirilir. Kad\u0131n\u0131 sadece erke\u011finin hizmetinde, devletine sayg\u0131l\u0131, milletine ba\u011fl\u0131, rejim sistemin fedaisi olarak e\u011fitirler. Rejim ayn\u0131 zamanda bu t\u00fcr ince y\u00f6ntemlerle direngen kad\u0131n\u0131 da denetimine almak istemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu konuyla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak, mevcut h\u00fck\u00fcmette de kad\u0131na sayg\u0131 atmosferi kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 her zaman ifade ve ifadelerde bir say\u0131 olarak an\u0131l\u0131r. Ama s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda, sadece e\u015fine, yani devlete hizmet etmi\u015f kad\u0131nlar \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.
