Yine 90 l\u0131 y\u0131llarla birlikte<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenen k\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 hem askeri hem toplumsal alanda d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n hem askeri hemde<br \/>\n\u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n ve toplumun \u00f6z savunmas\u0131 temelinde her<br \/>\nalanda m\u00fccadele etmektedir. PKK ile ba\u015flayan PAJK ile partile\u015fen KJK ile<br \/>\n\u00f6rg\u00fctlenen k\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadelesini bast\u0131rmak yok etmek \u00f6zel sava\u015f<br \/>\nrejiminin en temel hedefi olmak durumundad\u0131r.<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>Bu anlamda hedef belirlenmi\u015ftir. Topuma \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck yapan devrimci kad\u0131nlar<br \/>\nve gen\u00e7ler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere  demokrasi savunucular\u0131,siyaset\u00e7iler,<br \/>\nemek\u00e7iler,aleviler, ermeniler, kadrolar sempatizanlar yurtseverler \u00f6zcesi<br \/>\ntoplumun b\u00fct\u00fcn kesimleri toplumun halk \u00f6nc\u00fcleri \u00f6zel sava\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7lerince<br \/>\nhedeflenmektedir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>\u015e\u00fcphesiz bu hedef<br \/>\nkitlenin ba\u015f\u0131nda kapitalist sistemin \u00f6zel sava\u015f rejimine kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 her<br \/>\nt\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6z savunma \u00e7izgisi temelinde savunan<br \/>\nbunun her t\u00fcrl\u00fc askeri siyasi toplumsal m\u00fccadelesini y\u00fcr\u00fcten PKK li PAJK l\u0131<br \/>\nkadrolar gelmektedir. Ele ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi devrimci tutsaklara ya fiziki imha ya da<br \/>\nideolojik kimli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 inkar\u0131 dayat\u0131larak onlar \u015fahs\u0131nda devrimci m\u00fccadele<br \/>\nteslim al\u0131nmak istemektedir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Bu teslim<br \/>\nalma politikalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli alanlardan biri<br \/>\nzindanlar olup bunun<span>\u00a0 <\/span>ilk aya\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesiz<br \/>\nsorgu mekanlar\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> Peki nedir bu sorgu mekanlar\u0131, ne<br \/>\nyap\u0131l\u0131r ne ama\u00e7lan\u0131r bu mekanlarda?<\/p>\n<p> Sorgu mek\u00e2nlar\u0131, devletin<br \/>\nkendisine kar\u015f\u0131t g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn bireylerini yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, s\u00fcresi kendine g\u00f6re<br \/>\nayarlanm\u0131\u015f, i\u015fkenceyle bilgi almay\u0131 hedefleyen  bireyi k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede<br \/>\niradesizle\u015ftirmeye, yapabilirse insan kimli\u011finden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak kar\u015f\u0131t konuma<br \/>\nd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeye, ajanla\u015ft\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zor sisteminin en \u00e7ok yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir<br \/>\nmek\u00e2nd\u0131r. Resmi hukuk kurallar\u0131nda ad\u0131 olmayan mek\u00e2nlard\u0131r sorgu mek\u00e2nlar\u0131.<br \/>\nResmi belgelerde avukat hakk\u0131n\u0131n tutuklan\u0131r tutuklanmaz oldu\u011fu, bireyin ifade<br \/>\nverip vermemede \u00f6zg\u00fcr oldu\u011fu, hi\u00e7bir bask\u0131 ve zor ayg\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n bireyin iradesi<br \/>\n\u00fczerinde fiziksel ve psikolojik olarak i\u015fletilmeyece\u011fi yaz\u0131l\u0131r. Resmi<br \/>\nkay\u0131tlarda ohal s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hari\u00e7 iki g\u00fcn yada savc\u0131n\u0131n talebi \u00fczerine bir hafta<br \/>\nve en fazla on be\u015f g\u00fcn verilir bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7in. Tabi ki bunlar\u0131n pratikte<br \/>\nhi\u00e7bir ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi yoktur. Bu kurallar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hi\u00e7bir zaman uygulanmam\u0131\u015f,<br \/>\nuygulanmamaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar aylarca sorgu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kalm\u0131\u015f, en a\u011f\u0131r<br \/>\ni\u015fkencelerle sorgulanm\u0131\u015f, onlarca insan g\u00f6zalt\u0131nda kaybedilmi\u015f, sakat<br \/>\nb\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f veya ciddi tahribatlar ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsan do\u011fas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 uygulanan<br \/>\nen ac\u0131mas\u0131z ve insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulamalar sorgu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nBireyin b\u0131rak\u0131n bir devrimci olmas\u0131na neredeyse insan oldu\u011funa<span>\u00a0 <\/span>pi\u015fman ettirilmesi i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yol<br \/>\ndenenir. Zaman\u0131n ve mek\u00e2n\u0131n belirsiz oldu\u011fu, bireyin \u00e7\u0131plak bedeniyle,<br \/>\niradesiyle ba\u015f ba\u015fa kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir sorgu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri. \u00d6l\u00fcm ve ya\u015fam  bu iki<br \/>\nayr\u0131 olgu bir arada ya\u015fan\u0131r<span>\u00a0 <\/span>sorgu<br \/>\nmekanlar\u0131nda. Ya direnecek ve ya\u015fayacak yada teslim olup ki\u015filik \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc<br \/>\nse\u00e7ecektir. <\/p>\n<p> Sorguda kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 daima \u00f6zel<br \/>\nsorgu y\u00f6ntemleri geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Egemenlikli sistemin en vah\u015fi y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\ng\u00f6sterildi\u011fi buralarda kad\u0131na en ac\u0131mas\u0131z y\u00f6ntemler uygulan\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle<br \/>\nkad\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131n kimli\u011finden utanmas\u0131, bu kimlikle kad\u0131n\u0131n siyasetten<br \/>\nuzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in her \u015fey yap\u0131l\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131 iradesizle\u015ftirme, rencide etme<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntemleri denenir. Yaln\u0131z oldu\u011fu, zay\u0131f oldu\u011fu, hi\u00e7bir \u015feye g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn<br \/>\nyetmeyece\u011fi ve sadece cinsel bir ara\u00e7 olaca\u011f\u0131 ona hissettirilmek istenir. En<br \/>\n\u00e7ok da geleneksel aile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri toplumsal de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 ile b\u00fcy\u00fcyen kad\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nv\u00fccudu a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanarak kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan utan\u00e7 duymas\u0131 sa\u011flanmak istenir. Feodal<br \/>\nde\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden namusla olgusuyla tehdit edilir.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Aile, ekonomi, toplumsal bask\u0131<span>\u00a0 <\/span>ve feodal de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\nsilahlar\u0131d\u0131r. Burada i\u015fkence yapanlar\u0131n amac\u0131 kad\u0131n kimli\u011fine \u00e7ok ac\u0131mas\u0131zca<br \/>\ny\u00f6nelerek kad\u0131n\u0131 siyasal anlamda \u00e7\u00f6zme, itiraf\u00e7\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma ve yapabilirse<br \/>\najanla\u015ft\u0131rmad\u0131r. Uzun vadede amac\u0131 ise kad\u0131n\u0131 bir daha kendisi olamayacak aya\u011fa<br \/>\nkalkamayacak bir duruma getirmektir. Ve \u00e7o\u011fu kez kad\u0131n u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 psikolojik<br \/>\nsava\u015f\u0131n etkileriyle ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 gizler sessiz kal\u0131r toplumsal bask\u0131dan<br \/>\n\u00e7ekinir. Oysaki yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken sessiz kalmak de\u011fil d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n neyi<br \/>\nhedefledi\u011finin bilinciyle ya\u015fad\u0131kalar\u0131ndan bedeninden kendinden utanmak de\u011fil<br \/>\nas\u0131l utan\u0131lmas\u0131 sorgulanmas\u0131 m\u00fccadele edilmesi gerekenin sistem oldu\u011fundan<br \/>\nhareketle k\u00fcrt kimli\u011fimine kad\u0131n kimli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc insanl\u0131k<br \/>\nd\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131, toplumsal bask\u0131dan korkmadan te\u015fhir etmek bunu kamuoyuyla<br \/>\npayla\u015fmak ilgili ulusal ulusalarars\u0131 kurumlara ta\u015f\u0131rmak teslim olmamak m\u00fccadele<br \/>\netmek gerekir. <\/p>\n<p> Te\u015fhir etmek kamuoyuyla payla\u015fmak<br \/>\n\u00f6nemli fakat tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli gelmez. Peki ne yapmak nas\u0131l m\u00fccadele etmek<br \/>\ngerekir? \u015f\u00fcphesiz be\u015f bin y\u0131ld\u0131r kurumsalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f eril sistemin ideolojik<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcrel sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 binlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r zihinlerimize kaz\u0131lan kodlar\u0131<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6zmek, zincirlerimizden kurtulmak \u00f6yle kolay de\u011fildir, olmayacakt\u0131r. Bu<br \/>\nnedenledir ki kim oldu\u011fumuzu, ne<span>\u00a0 <\/span>i\u00e7in<br \/>\nya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, hangi ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in varoldu\u011fumuzu, neden ve ni\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etti\u011fimizi<br \/>\nbilmemiz gerekir. Bunun<span>\u00a0 <\/span>i\u00e7in de ya ideolojik<br \/>\nve politik bir d\u00fczey ya da bizi topra\u011fa, \u00fclkeye, insana ba\u011flayan ba\u011flar\u0131n,<br \/>\nduygular\u0131n iradi bir g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekir. Bu da bilincin y\u00fcrekle<br \/>\n\u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcp tehditlere korkulara kar\u015f\u0131 siper olmas\u0131 demektir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz bunlarla<br \/>\nbirlikte<span>\u00a0 <\/span>fa\u015fist TC yasalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda<br \/>\nsorgu s\u00fcreci boyunca esas al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken yasal s\u00fcre\u00e7leride bilmek gerekir.<br \/>\nEmniyet, jandarma istihbarat vb resmi kurumlarda yada yer alt\u0131 resmi olmayan<br \/>\nmekanlarda hi\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde avukat bulundurulmadan ifade vermemek susma hakk\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nkullanmak, ancak savc\u0131l\u0131k veya hakim kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda savunma yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirmek<br \/>\nbunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc avukat bulundurulmadan ifade verildi\u011fi takdirde<br \/>\n\u00e7apraz sorgu ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan sorgulamalarda \u015fantaj, tehdit, i\u015fkence yoluyla<br \/>\nki\u015fin alg\u0131s\u0131 buland\u0131r\u0131larak fakl\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirilerek yine yukar\u0131da da<br \/>\nbelirtti\u011fimiz toplumsal de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n bizlerde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015filik<br \/>\npsikolojik etkileride g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak resmiyete ta\u015f\u0131r\u0131lmadan<br \/>\nkonu\u015fturulmak bilgi al\u0131nmak yapabilirse d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmek istenmektedir. Tahakk\u00fcmc\u00fc sistemin kad\u0131n\u0131 ideolojik, siyasal ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel<br \/>\nkimli\u011finden yal\u0131tarak salt bir cins olarak \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmak istemesi,<br \/>\ndevrimcile\u015fen, sistemin etki alan\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan kad\u0131n kimli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 bir sald\u0131r\u0131<br \/>\nolarak geli\u015fmekte, zindanlarda en u\u00e7ta ifadesini bulmaktad\u0131r. Zindan ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi<br \/>\nerkek egemenlikli sistemin en yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f yap\u0131lanmas\u0131d\u0131r.
