Gerek B\u00fcy\u00fck Sahra\u2019n\u0131n gerekse Arabistan \u00e7\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcn do\u011fu ve<br \/>\nbat\u0131 kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 adeta kapatmas\u0131, S\u00fcvey\u015f ve Do\u011fu Akdeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fal yay\u0131lma<br \/>\nyolu haline getirmektedir. G\u00fcney Akdeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131 da Cebelitar\u0131k Bo\u011faz\u0131ndan<br \/>\n\u0130spanya ve Avrupa\u2019ya ikinci \u00f6nemli yolu te\u015fkil etmektedir. Yap\u0131s\u0131, co\u011frafi<br \/>\nko\u015fullar\u0131 gere\u011fi Do\u011fu Akdeniz kadar verimli de\u011fildir. Arada ciddi engeller ve<br \/>\nbesin sorunlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. En ideal yol Do\u011fu Akdeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131ndan itibaren Verimli<br \/>\nHilal olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan Toros-Zagros da\u011f silsilelerinin te\u015fkil etti\u011fi<br \/>\nkavisten ge\u00e7mektedir. Yak\u0131n y\u00f6relerdeki \u00e7\u00f6llere k\u0131yasla bu alan\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen olumlu<br \/>\n\u00f6zellikleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, cehennem-cennet ikileminin insanl\u0131k haf\u0131zas\u0131na temel<br \/>\nkavramlardan biri olarak yerle\u015fmesi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131r. Do\u011fu Afrika Rif\u2019inden sonra<br \/>\ninsan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ikinci \u00f6nemli yo\u011funla\u015fma alan\u0131 oldu\u011funu bu \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle<br \/>\nrahatl\u0131kla varsayabiliriz. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihinde uygarl\u0131ksal geli\u015fme i\u00e7in<br \/>\n\u2018kulu\u00e7kaya yat\u0131lan yer\u2019 demek abart\u0131 say\u0131lmaz. Ayr\u0131ca insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n destanl\u0131k<br \/>\n\u00f6yk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn yaz\u0131lmaya, daha do\u011frusu olu\u015fmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer olarak da<br \/>\nkutsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. Daha sonraki b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimler bu kutsall\u0131k destan\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\n\u00fcr\u00fcnleri olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc olarak, yakla\u015f\u0131k elli bin y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinde alandaki<br \/>\nyo\u011funla\u015fmalar simgesel dil temelinde geli\u015fmektedir. \u0130\u015faret dili gibi \u00e7ok ilkel<br \/>\nbir anla\u015fma arac\u0131ndan simge diliyle anla\u015fmaya ge\u00e7i\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck geli\u015fme potansiyeli<br \/>\nta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Geni\u015f bir dil b\u00f6lgesinin olu\u015fumu insan t\u00fcr\u00fcne muazzam<br \/>\ntoplumsalla\u015fma, korunma ve besin elde etme imk\u00e2n\u0131 vermektedir. Belki de tarihin<br \/>\nhen\u00fcz ke\u015ffi yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f ve ad\u0131 konulmam\u0131\u015f en b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimi budur. \u0130lk b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\ndevrime \u2018D\u0130L DEVR\u0130M\u0130\u2019 demek uygun olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hi\u00e7bir devrim bu devrim kadar<br \/>\nbu co\u011frafyada toplumsalla\u015fmaya hizmet etmemi\u015ftir. Her g\u00fcn kutsal bir kavram (ke\u015ffedilen<br \/>\nyeni bitki ve av hayvanlar\u0131) olu\u015fturulmakta, ev d\u00fczenine yak\u0131n yerle\u015fimlere<br \/>\n(ilk defa g\u00fcvenli yuvalarda ya\u015fam) ge\u00e7ilmekte, d\u00f6rt mevsim en ideal haliyle<br \/>\nya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler kavramla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a, geni\u015f topluluklar\u0131n ortak dili,<br \/>\ndolay\u0131s\u0131yla ilk defa ay\u0131rt edilen \u2018K\u0130ML\u0130\u011e\u0130\u2019 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Ne hazindir ki, ilk kimlikli etnisitenin olu\u015ftu\u011fu bu<br \/>\nalanlarda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde vah\u015fi bir kimlik soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ya-\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck toplumsal<br \/>\ngeli\u015fme dedi\u011fimiz s\u00fcre\u00e7 bu zengin olgu ve kavramlar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmekte, daha<br \/>\ndo\u011frusu in\u015fa edilmektedir. Kavramsal geli\u015fme beraberinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel geli\u015fmeye yol<br \/>\na\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Kavramlarla anla\u015fan ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fen insanlar\u0131n dar klan toplumu<br \/>\nhalinde kalamayacaklar\u0131, bir \u00fcst toplumsalla\u015fma i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir dinamizm<br \/>\nkazand\u0131klar\u0131 kuvvetli bir varsay\u0131md\u0131r. Bu konunun gerek antropoloji ve gerekse<br \/>\ntarih \u00f6ncesi \u00e7a\u011flar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken en temel alanlardan birisi<br \/>\noldu\u011funa inanmaktay\u0131m. B\u00fcy\u00fck arkeolog ve tarih\u00e7i Gordon Childe, hakl\u0131 olarak<br \/>\nb\u00f6ylesi bir sezgiye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131 ki, en \u00f6nemli eseri olan ve o d\u00f6nemde bu<br \/>\nco\u011frafyada olan bitenleri (bir sonraki a\u015faman\u0131n geli\u015fmeleri i\u00e7in olsa bile, ilk<br \/>\na\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in de rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6ylenebilir) konu edindi\u011fi kitab\u0131na \u2018TAR\u0130HTE NELER<br \/>\nOLDU?\u2019 ad\u0131n\u0131 vermektedir. \u015eu hususu da \u00f6nemle belirtmeliyim ki, sadece arkeolojik<br \/>\ny\u00f6ntemlerle b\u00f6lgenin ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ayd\u0131nlat\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenemez: Biyolojiden filolojiye,<br \/>\nco\u011frafyadan (\u00f6zellikle iklim ve tar\u0131m co\u011frafyas\u0131) sosyolojiye, antropolojiden<br \/>\nteolojiye kadar bir\u00e7ok bilim disiplininin verileri b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirilerek, ilk\u00e7a\u011f<br \/>\ntarihinin ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmeler sa\u011flanabilir. Burada<br \/>\nyapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sadece dikkat \u00e7ekmek ve g\u00f6reve davettir.<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Jeoloji bilimi yakla\u015f\u0131k yirmi bin y\u0131l \u00f6nce d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc buzul<br \/>\nd\u00f6neminin sona ermeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 vermektedir. Di\u011fer bilim<br \/>\nverileriyle desteklendi\u011finden, bu do\u011fruya yak\u0131n bir geli\u015fmedir. On bin y\u0131l<br \/>\n\u00f6ncesinde Arabistan ve B\u00fcy\u00fck Sahra \u00c7\u00f6l\u00fcnde ya\u011fmur ve ye\u015filli\u011fin daha bol oldu\u011fu<br \/>\nkan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu elveri\u015flilik \u00e7obanl\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yakla\u015f\u0131k ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde<br \/>\ngeli\u015fmesiyle \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bununla birlikte di\u011fer b\u00fcy\u00fck bir geli\u015fme,<br \/>\nAfrika\u2019n\u0131n ilkel dil yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan daha \u00fcst\u00fcn Semitik dil gruplar\u0131n\u0131n kendini<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermesidir. Semitik k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00f6zde bir \u2018\u00e7oban k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u2019d\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u00e7obanl\u0131k o<br \/>\ndenli \u00f6nem kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki deve, koyun, ke\u00e7i gibi hayvanlara ili\u015fkin olu\u015fan b\u00fcy\u00fck<br \/>\nbir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birikim halen varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Bu temelde etnisitenin<br \/>\nolu\u015fup farkl\u0131 kimlik kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 da g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir. \u00c7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir etnisite<br \/>\n(a\u015firet) k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn halen ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini korumas\u0131 bu geli\u015fmeyi kan\u0131tlay\u0131c\u0131<br \/>\nniteliktedir. Bir\u00e7ok S\u00fcmer ve M\u0131s\u0131r uygarl\u0131k s\u00f6yleminde de bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn<br \/>\netkilerine bolca rastlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu ku\u015fak daha sonra tek<br \/>\ntanr\u0131l\u0131 dinlerin kurulu\u015fuyla \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc peki\u015ftirecektir. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Fakat \u00f6nemle belirtilmeli ki, M\u0131s\u0131r ve S\u00fcmer uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n<br \/>\nolu\u015fumunda bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr belirleyici olmaktan ziyade, iki uygarl\u0131k alan\u0131 \u00fczerinde<br \/>\nAramitler ve Apirular (\u2018Do\u011fu ve Bat\u0131dan gelen tozlu, kirli insanlar\u2019) ad\u0131yla<br \/>\ntarihin ilk istilac\u0131 kabileleri olarak de\u011ferlendirilecektir. Semitiklerin<br \/>\ntarihin \u015fafak vaktinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir olu\u015fum olduklar\u0131n\u0131, adeta ayak seslerini<br \/>\ntitre\u015ftirdiklerini belirtmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kuzeyde tar\u0131ma elveri\u015fli topraklar\u0131<br \/>\na\u015famamalar\u0131n\u0131n nedeni ise, belki de onlardan daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015fim<br \/>\nkaydetmesidir. Tar\u0131m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ad\u0131m ad\u0131m ge\u00e7i\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de diyebilece\u011fimiz bu<br \/>\nolu\u015fumlara genel olarak \u2018tarla k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc\u2019 demek uygun bir adland\u0131rma olabilir.<br \/>\nNitekim tarihte \u2018Aryenler\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan bu toplumsal geli\u015fmeyi<br \/>\ntarlac\u0131lar, toprakl\u0131lar (Ari, bu topraklar\u0131n ilk k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011fine sahip<br \/>\nK\u00fcrt\u00e7ede \u2018toprak, yer ve tarla\u2019 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir) olarak deyimlendirmek<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Semitiklerin kuzeyini, ilk ba\u015fta \u00e7ekirdek alan olarak Toros-Zagros kavisini<br \/>\ntar\u0131msal geli\u015fmeye a\u00e7an Aryenleri tar\u0131m\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmek<br \/>\nm\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. <\/p>\n<p class=\" \">Bu geli\u015fmede de iklim ve toprak yap\u0131s\u0131, bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve<br \/>\nhayvan t\u00fcrleri belirleyici rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Semitik alanlarda tar\u0131m ancak \u00e7ok<br \/>\ns\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 vahalarda hurma gibi \u00e7ok az t\u00fcr \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, kavisin (di\u011fer<br \/>\nad\u0131yla Verimli Hilal\u2019in) her taraf\u0131 tarla olmaya elveri\u015fli olup zeytin,<br \/>\nf\u0131st\u0131kgiller, palamut (me\u015fegiller), ard\u0131\u00e7 (meyvegiller), ba\u011f (\u00fcz\u00fcmgiller),<br \/>\ntah\u0131l (bu\u011fdaygiller) yeti\u015ftirmeye son derece elveri\u015flidir. Yine yabani koyun,<br \/>\nke\u00e7i, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r, domuz, k\u00f6pek, kedi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere evcille\u015fmeye uygun bir\u00e7ok<br \/>\nhayvan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u00fcr\u00fcler halinde dola\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 aland\u0131r. Da\u011flar\u0131n y\u00fckselen<br \/>\nk\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131nda geni\u015f ormanlar vard\u0131r. D\u00f6rt mevsim en uygun halleriyle<br \/>\nya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u011fmurlar adeta d\u00fczenli sulamay\u0131 and\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok akarsu ve<br \/>\nnehir k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 yerle\u015fmeye olduk\u00e7a uygundur. Y\u00fcz<br \/>\nbinlerce y\u0131l boyunca insan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli yo\u011funla\u015fma alan\u0131 olmas\u0131, dil<br \/>\ndevriminin yo\u011funca ya\u015fanmas\u0131 ve Semitik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn dayatmas\u0131 sonucunda, b\u00f6lgenin<br \/>\nk\u0131sa s\u00fcren bir mezolitik (orta ta\u015f devri, yakla\u015f\u0131k M.\u00d6. 15 bin-10 bin d\u00f6nemi)<br \/>\nd\u00f6nemden, devirden sonra neolitik devire ge\u00e7ti\u011fi varsay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hakk\u00e2ri<br \/>\nma\u011faralar\u0131 mezolitik ve daha \u00f6ncesinin yo\u011funca ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ipu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nvermektedir. Yontma ta\u015flar da bu konuda bolca kan\u0131t sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6lgede as\u0131l<br \/>\npatlaman\u0131n neolitikle ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, yakla\u015f\u0131k on iki bin y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinden bu<br \/>\nk\u00fclt\u00fcre ge\u00e7ildi\u011fine dair bolca kan\u0131ta rastlamaktay\u0131z.
